Many commenters have pointed it out, but I only realized this recently - Sienna Miller loves to play the victim. Most recently, Sienna?s interview in Vogue was a study in the push-pull of Sienna?s own victim complex. She talked on and on about Jude Law and what had happened between them (re: the nanny), and how she was in a different place, all of which was designed to make us remember ?poor Sienna?. Meanwhile, she only made some cryptic allusions to her on-again relationship with married Balthazar Getty, saying she was ?nave and trusting?. Let me point out - Balthazar is an extreme douchebag, and I?m not absolving him of his fair share in the culpability of this affair. He?s the one who is married, but for her part, no one is forcing Sienna to wander around topless with him month after month.
Unlike many of the celebrity girls with a martyr complex, Sienna has never and will never be a poster girl for The Sisterhood. But she?s trying! After the scandal with Sienna dropping out the Russell Crowe version of Robin Hood, some sources (Sienna?s people) went around complaining about how Sienna was just too young, thin and beautiful for the role. Sienna is now trying to roll that back, saying that the casting of Cate Blanchett was ?better?. She even describes all of these rumors as part of some vague ?vendetta?:
Sienna Miller has insisted she holds no grudges against Cate Blanchett for taking a film role she was originally meant to play.
The actress was initially down to portray Maid Marian in Ridley Scott’s epic Robin Hood, starring Russell Crowe, but the role was recast to Oscar winner Cate.
“Cate’s 10 years older than me, which is more suitable for the script,” Sienna told Total Film magazine. “The script kept changing and evolving to the point where I was no longer appropriate for it.”
She also admitted: “If they’d recast with Keira Knightley I’d have been heartbroken but they’ve gone for something different - and better in my opinion.?
“If I had the choice between Cate Blanchett and me I’d go for Cate Blanchett.”
Sienna also hinted she thought there was a “vendetta” against her in the media.
“There were several people supposed to be doing the film who no longer are but because it’s me it becomes this enormous drama - I think it’s a Sienna thing! There’s just a vendetta against… I don’t know.”
?Films take two-and-a-half years to come out. I understand why I made them at the time but I’m absolutely not there now. I have to be more strategic in the choices I make.”

Sienna is one of those young stars who needs a really great publicist, and she needs to learn how to take career advice. Someone needs to sit her down and explain in detail that people don?t have a ?vendetta? against her, we just think she’s rather trashy, drunk, narcissistic and trampy because we?ve been provided with lots of evidence. Doesn?t Sienna have good representation? Someone to tell her to break it off with Balthazar for good, and maybe give one interview where she takes some responsibility?

Sienna Miller has a spread in next month’s Russian Harper’s Bazaar that’s supposed to be all “sexy” and “cutting edge,” but it comes across more “disheveled” and “confused,” like a hobo trapped in a bathroom at a petting zoo. Or, you know, like you just woke up in a motel room in Guadalajara next to a live goat and a sea captain with an actual hook for a hand. Hey, what happens in the ’90’s stays in the 90’s, I always say! Well, except for the herpes, of course. That one stays with you forever.

While they?ve both been busy doing their own things, Sienna Miller and Balthazar Getty reunited for a lover?s holiday in Positano over the weekend.While the ?Layer Cake? actress arrived with Balthazar?s mother on Friday, the ?Brothers and Sisters? hunk didn?t make his appearance until earlier today (June 21).Boarding a watercraft, Miller and Getty shared a few romantics kisses as they joined a group of family and friends as they boated from Positano to Nerano to lunch at a restaurant called Lo Scoglio. After finishing up their meal, the group then made their way back to Positano, taking to the same hotel in which they shared last summer.

Sienna Miller is really not a celebrity that I’m that familiar with. She is apparently an actress that doesn’t actually look half bad. In fact, Sienna looks pretty damn good! I’m posting these bikini pictures of Sienna because I love bikini pictures. I mean, I love staring at celebrity hotties in bikinis. Might explain why we post so many of them. They are awesome! Something about seeing these hotties half-naked really makes my day. Okay, maybe I’m a bit obsessive about it, but these Sienna Miller pictures are pretty nice to look at. Sienna has a nice body!

Sienna Miller is a Vogue cover girl again. It feels like she?s been on the cover like a dozen times - including the infamous September 2007 rooster-tail issue in which Anna Wintour claimed Sienna was too toothy. But really, I think this is her fourth cover. What exactly has Sienna done to warrant such slavish Vogue coverage? She?s promoting her part in the G.I. Joe film and her first Broadway role in Miss Julie this fall. You?d think part of the deal for another cover would be that someone would make Sienna sit down and really talk about all of the Balthazar Getty stuff, but alas, Sienna just talks around it.
Regarding either Balthazar in particular or her public relationships in general, Sienna says stuff like ?I think I was really naive and trusting and thinking that if you are true to yourself, that’s enough, that’s the best way to be. But actually, it’s important to become more conscious. Being the center of a lot of judgment and controversy while not feeling like a hurtful or controversial person in my essence, I’m trying to understand what it is that makes me that way and what it is that makes people feel that way about me.? Good Lord. Take responsibility. You were ?dating? a married man for more than a year. It was ridiculous. At least give us a ?my bad.?
The piece also has some interesting quotes from people like her G.I. Joe costar Channing Tatum, who says ?She just kind of intoxicates the room.? Jeez, Sienna, how drunk do you have to be to intoxicate the whole room? Here?s more from the interview:
[She] has long been battling the perception that she is, variously, a superficial party girl, a quirky fashion plate, an almost famous indie regular with no box-office clout, Jude Law’s ex-girlfriend, or all of the above.
“We have to be honest about it,” says Miller of her reputation. “It’s pretty bad. On the whole, you know, I’ve made some bad choices and done some stupid things.” In other words: It is high time for a bold move. Or two.
[G.I. Joe] has an odd ensemble cast: Jonathan Pryce, Dennis Quaid, Marlon Wayans, and Channing Tatum. But it is Tatum and Miller who have the most scenes together. “She is nut bags,” says Tatum, underwear model turned actor, paying Miller a big compliment. “I love her like I can’t even explain. She’s one of those people who you can’t help but be in a good mood when she’s around. She just kind of intoxicates the room.”
It’s well known that Miller has, since Jude Law, been entangled in a series of somewhat baffling, ill-fated, and extremely well-documented relationships, all of which seem to have burned very brightly and then crashed to the ground. From Calvin Klein model turned indie-rock heartthrob Jamie Burke to oddball 40-ish Welsh actor Rhys Ifans, there is no discernible pattern, no type. Most notoriously, she took up with Balthazar Getty last summer, while he was still married to his wife, Rosetta, with whom he has four children. The paparazzi shot of Sienna and Balthazar on the balcony of a hotel room in Italy?Miller topless with a sailor’s hat perched on her head at a tipsy angle?came close to self-sabotage. When I saw it I thought, Oh, dear.
Today, she is officially single and seems a bit repentant. When I ask about her love life and use the word dating she says, “I’ve actually never been taken on a date in my whole life. I have never had a one-night stand. I’m a real relationship person?contrary to public perception. I’m either in one or I’m not. I get kind of emotionally involved very quickly, and I’m not going to spend time with someone unless I love them. But it’s not hard for me to fall in love.”
[Dating Jude] ?was a very pivotal time in my life, and I’m happy saying that,” she continues. “It’s a private moment when you get your heart broken for the first time, and that was the absolute antithesis of private.” She starts to laugh. “It couldn’t have been more public! I had people on the street being like, ‘ ‘Ang in there, loov!’ and all you want to do is crawl into a cave and weep for a week.” She pauses for a moment and then finds the bright side. “I think I discovered a whole new emotional depth that I didn’t have access to before. When you have your heart broken for the first time, you gain depth, and that’s why actors tend to get better with age, I think.”

One of my favorites, Jonny Lee Miller. He?s totally married, and his wife just gave birth to a baby boy named Buster. I have my fingers crossed that Sienna doesn?t screw up Jonny?s marriage.
Oh, and by the way - within the interview, Sienna tells the Vogue guy (Jonathan Van Meter) that she wants to try to stop talking about Jude Law, but she still talks about Jude when asked, and even brings Jude up during several different points. At some point, she really should just refuse to say his name. That?s enough, Sienna.

Sienna Miller has started the publicity rounds for G.I. Joe, which is probably going to be her ?comeback role? after maybe breaking up with married man Balthazar Getty. Sienna is talking about how much fun she had working on G.I. Joe, and how great it was to play a villain. Which surprised me, because I didn?t know her character ?The Baroness? was a villain. But when I was a kid, I was always a bigger fan of ?She-Ra: Princess of Power? and ?Gem and the Holograms? rather than G.I. Joe, so I learned something today. The Baroness is not a heroine. Good to know. Sienna also talks about how she loved playing with machine guns. Hmm… Sienna Miller with a machine gun. Wives, girlfriends and nannies beware.
Sienna Miller says she was freaked out by the fan interest in her character in action movie G.I. Joe - and was also at first terrified by the director Stephen Sommers.
Miller plays the gun-toting leather clad Baroness (pictured above). She said she’d previously been unaware of the G.I. Joe franchise - based on a line of action figures.
She said: “I thought it was all about this one guy called Joe who was a G.I.! But I loved the idea of being in a movie that was action-filled and fun and different to anything I’d done before.?
“I didn’t feel like a big villain until I got my machine gun. But then I thought: ‘Right, I can get into this!??
She’s also discovered her character already has a fan base: “She’s an iconic character. I’ve been Googling her a lot and seen that a lot of people go to Halloween parties and ComicCon dressed as her. It’s terrifying, but being the first person to tackle her on screen is great.”
Asked if she enjoyed working with director Stephen Sommers, she said: “Have you met him? He’s like zoom, zoom! At first I was terrified but then you get him, you get his rhythm.?
“It’s about having fun. We’re not trying to win awards for acting. You go in and deliver what you’re supposed to and look cool while you are doing it.”
Miller said her skintight outfit with holsters and boots was “so different to how I normally look.”
She told this month’s Total Film magazine:”That helps when you’re creating a character - the more different you look, the more different you feel. I’ve got green contact lenses too, I don’t recognise myself.?
“[My character] used to be good but then a series of circumstances caused her to lose faith in life and in a lot of people she trusted. It’s been confusing at times but I think fundamentally she’s a villain, a femme fatale. She’s a pretty nasty piece of work.”
She added: “Rachel Nichols and I have one of the toughest girl fights I think people will ever see. I mean, it’s chains and it’s brutal, nasty, dirty fighting - proper boy fighting.”
Miller’s character is a spy and a baddie who is part of the evil Cobra organization. Nichols’ character is Shana O’Hara - codnename Scarlett - who is the intelligence expert for the G.I. Joe team.

If Sienna really gets the comeback some are predicting because of this movie, I will be shocked. The rumor going around a few months ago was that the producers were cutting Sienna?s scenes considerably, so it?s interesting to see her front and center promoting the movie.

Sienna Miller, who has earned more headlines for her love life than for her acting, might be dating Josh Hartnett. There were rumors that she and Balthazar Getty (who is still married to his wife Rosetta), broke up in January, but last we saw they were seen kissing at the airport in February. Balthazar and Rosetta are said to be estranged, but trying to make it work for the sake of their four children.
Now it seems like the relationship between Sienna and Balthazar is totally over, and the Daily Mirror is reporting that she is now seeing Josh Hartnett.
A pal reveals: ?Sienna loved being with Balthazar but there was too much baggage and she couldn?t commit to anything more than a few months. They are still good friends.?
The pair began dating after they were introduced by Sienna?s Edge of Love co-star (and former beau) Matthew Rhys last May while Balthazar was nursing a new baby with then- wife Rosetta.
Now Sienna is getting more and more friendly with Hollywood hunk Josh Hartnett. My moles tell me she flew to his bedside in New York when he got a bad tummy bug and nursed him back to health ? and they chat all the time on the phone.
My source reveals: ?Josh and Sienna have a unique bond. They understand each other and I wouldn?t be surprised if a relationship blossomed.?
Sienna?s aides will be thrilled by the break with Balthazar. The relationship led to her being branded a home-wrecker and is rumoured to have put an end to her role as Maid Marian in the new Robin Hood movie. The source adds: ?She has a real chance of hitting the big time again.?
But it?s not as if she needs that much help. The talented blonde is preparing for the release of GI Joe where she?s a leather-clad villain. Sienna tells me: ?It?s going to be big for me. Then I?m off to Broadway, treading the boards.?

Of course this is the Daily Mirror, so take the Josh Hartnett bit with a grain of salt. But maybe Sienna has finally realized that openly dating a married man and being photographed topless with him was not a good idea. This isn’t the first story we’ve heard about Sienna and Josh hooking up. They were also linked in the fall of last year, when they were spotted on at least two dates.
As we’ve reported, and as mentioned in the article, Sienna’s reputation has been ruining her chances for roles. The official story was that Sienna was “too young” to play Maid Marian to Russell Crowe’s Robin Hood, and was replaced by Cate Blanchett. But it also seems likely that her diva ways and self-entitlement didn’t help either.
The last we heard from Sienna she was in the Congo reporting on the beautiful surroundings and luxury hotels.
