Showing some love to her German fans, Kate Beckinsale was spotted at a promotional event for ?Underworld: Awakening? today (January 26) in Berlin.
The ?Everybody?s Fine? actress was all smiles as she chatted with the press at the Adlon Hotel, sporting a beautiful strapless white dress.
In a recent interview, Kate?s fitness trainer Ramona Braganza shared that getting Ms. Beckinsale in fighting shape for ?Underworld? was all about precise eating and working out.
"If you don't keep your metabolism going by hydrating and eating you can slow down your metabolism quite a bit. The workout goes back and forth between the elements to keep her heart rate elevated. I just adjust the exercises to include what she likes to do."

Showing some love to her Spanish fans, Kate Beckinsale was spotted at a photocall for her new film ?Underworld: Awakening? in Madrid today (January 25).
The ?Serendipity? actress looked super-hot in a sleeveless red dress as she greeted the press at the Villamagna Hotel ahead of the big premiere.
During a recent interview, Kate shared that in making the film she was forced to use an axe as a weapon, something that made her initially uncomfortable.
?I'm very happy with a gun. I don't mind a machine gun, I'm perfectly happy with my pistols, but I always panic if I'm given, well, I have an axe in this movie, and I had a lot of angst about the axe. I just felt like, 'Is anyone really going to buy me with it?' And it actually comes out OK, but axes and knives I'm a bit more nervous; with guns, I feel like I know what I'm doing!?

Bringing it's long awaited squeal to the big screen, the action/fantasy "Underworld: Awakening" made its theatrical debut today (January 20).
Available for viewing in 3D, 2D and IMAX 3D, the film stars Kate Beckinsale, Charles Dance, India Eisley, Michael Ealy, and Kris Holden-Ried in the story of humans who try to eradicate both the Vampire and Lycan clans.
Of the follow-up, Miss Beckinsale recently told MTV News, "The Underworld is now not so much 'under' anymore. Humans are aware of vampires and werewolves. I wake up to find that I've been in some kind of coma for 12 years, and everything is different. As I'm discovering what's different about the world, the audience is on the same page with me, and then it turns out I had a daughter who's now 12, and that's pretty insane for my character."
Her franchise co-star, Theo James, added, "We're pushing the boundaries a bit. You have a lot more characters, and it's bigger. It's 90 minutes that doesn't really stop."

Taking care of some media duties, Kate Beckinsale was spotted paying a visit to ?Chelsea Lately? last night (January 19).
The ?Serendipity? hottie was in the house to promote her new movie ?Underworld: Awakening,? and chatted with Chelsea Handler about her transition into an action hero.
?I went on a meeting, and someone said, ?Well, she isn?t very tough,? and I thought, ?Well, I?ll have to do something about that,? and then it all got completely away from me.?
Chelsea asked Kate if all of her ?Underworld? training has made her into a fierce street fighter. ?I?d like to think I can [fight]. I probably couldn?t, but it does make me feel a bit like, ?Yeah, really? Okay, bring it!? But I don?t think so.?

It doesn’t matter if all the Underworld movies suck, as long as Kate Beckinsale is in them and men continue to pay upwards of $14 a ticket to see her rubber-clad ass shoot things. Not that I blame them at all. Hell, I would pay Kate $14 to shoot me in the ass. Okay, okay, that’s not true. I wouldn’t charge her at all.

These are photos of Kate Beckinsale and her director husband Len Wiseman at last night?s LA premiere of Underworld: Awakening. Something is bugging me about Kate in these photos, and I can?t really put my finger on what. I think she looks lovely, as she almost always does. I like the cut of her Jenny Packham dress, and while the color doesn?t do much for Kate, it?s not bad or offensive in any way. Kate?s makeup is usually the same too – flawless. And considering Kate is wearing one of Duchess Kate?s new favorite designers (it?s amazing how Jenny Packham?s profile has grown in Hollywood since Duchess Kate started wearing her last year), I think Beckinsale is even trying to style herself after the Duchess of Cambridge. Look at Beckinsale?s waves – it?s like she rolled her hair (Waity-style) and then brushed it out. And Beckinsale?s hair look more red-carpet ready than Waity?s, honestly. Duchess Kate?s curly ?do always look so ?sorority girl on her first job interview.?
So maybe my problem is that Beckinsale has styled herself in the Waity style, and that Beckinsale might have even exceeded Waity?s ?look?? I don?t think that?s it. I think my problem is that Kate doesn?t look ?special? for her own premiere. Seeing Kate in a beautiful gown is normal – she throws on a gown for ANYTHING. It just seems like another day for her, so she doesn?t look ?special? for one of the few events she has where she is The Star.
Also – I?d love to see this dress in red. Wouldn?t it be gorgeous in red? I would wear it.

Ready to Usher her hit franchise's latest installment into theaters, Kate Beckinsale spearheaded the premiere of Screen Gems' "Underworld: Awakening" in Hollywood, California on Thursday night (January 19).
Held at Grauman's Chinese Theatre, the 38-year-old big screen beauty was accompanied by husband Len Wiseman along with castmates Theo James, India Eisley and Michael Ealy.
With fellow stars such as Carmen Electra and Alex Vega turning up for the movie's debut, the red carpet event comes as "Underworld: Awakening" is set to open in theaters on Friday, January 20th.
Picking up pretty much where "Underworld: Evolution" left off, Miss Beckinsale recently told MTV News, "The Underworld is now not so much 'under' anymore. Humans are aware of vampires and werewolves. I wake up to find that I've been in some kind of coma for 12 years, and everything is different. As I'm discovering what's different about the world, the audience is on the same page with me, and then it turns out I had a daughter who's now 12, and that's pretty insane for my character."
Franchise newcomer Theo James added, "We're pushing the boundaries a bit. You have a lot more characters, and it's bigger. It's 90 minutes that doesn't really stop."
Fellow cast addition India Eisley echoed Theo's sentiments, as she said, "It's nonstop, back-to-back-to-back action."

People* are always telling me how much I look like Kate Beckinsale, I so I finally sent her my photo and petitioned to be her “Underworld:Evolution” stand-in. I also petitioned to be her high priestess and astral guide, but she didn’t take me up on those offers, either. People just can’t look past a harelip, even if you’re well-trained in advanced magick and crystal gazing.
