Oh, Photoshop. What would actresses do without you? Actually, I don?t think ScarJo looks too plastic-y on the cover of November?s Glamour Magazine. Her face looks gorgeous, her hair looks great (I love that shade of red on her), and overall the cover is very, very cute. But? her thighs don?t really look like that, yes? ScarJo has a lovely figure, but there?s no way her thighs are that thin. Photoshop magic shaved inches off those bad boys.
Speaking of ScarJo?s lovely figure, she talks a lot about the ?ridiculous? reports of her weight loss over the past year. She claims that any report of her losing 14 pounds is totally false, saying ?I could never lose 14 pounds.? Jaybird did a lot of coverage about Scarlett?s weight loss this spring, when it became obvious that Scarlett?s weight had dropped significantly while training for her role in Iron Man 2. There were even reports that ScarJo had been training with Madonna?s patented gristle-maker Tracy Anderson, a trainer who?s known for being a fraud, and for encouraging women to do really unhealthy things. Although I don?t think the Tracy Anderson thing was ever confirmed legitimately, I do believe that Scarlett, at one point this spring, had probably lost 15 to 20 pounds from her once curvy figure.
Scarlett Johansson is over endless speculation about her weight.
“There was this rumor mill cranking out stories that I had lost 14 pounds — I could never lose 14 pounds,” the actress, 25, tells the November issue of Glamour. “I hate seeing these ridiculous articles where [tabloids] guess someone’s weight.
“I can’t look at somebody who is 6 feet tall and 120 pounds and say, I’m going to get that body. That’s just never going to happen,” she admits.
Johansson — who slimmed down to wear a lycra catsuit as the Black Widow in the Iron Man 2 sequel (out next spring) — has accepted her body, she says.
“You have to work with what you’ve got,” she says. But despite coming to terms with her figure, working the red carpet still makes her freak out. I have a tumultuous relationship with it because I love to get ready for the red carpet, but being on it is very uncomfortable. It’s so freakish and weird,” Johansson says. “I get flop sweats, dry mouth, heart palpitations, allover panic!”
Johansson — who just released her second CD, a collaboration with rocker Pete Yorn — also opens up about her marriage to Ryan Reynolds. The pair wed in a low-key ceremony in Canada one year ago.
“I never really thought about getting married — it just kind of happened,” she says. “You hope that a relationship makes you better, that you learn things about yourself.?I feel more confident to explore things within myself that I hadn’t thought about in the past.?

By the way, all of the photographs inside Glamour are of ScarJo and her musical collaborator Pete Yorn in various cutesy poses and outfits. Pete and Scarlett worked together for the album Break Up, and they?ve spent the past few weeks doing promotion for it here and there. They also did a Rolling Stone photo portfolio that?s just as cutesy. They must really like each other. Or Pete?s just trying to hit that. What? We were all thinking it. Ryan Reynolds is going to be totes jealous.

Putting their time in at the gym, Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds were spotted walking to their workout facility earlier today (September 28) in Manhattan.
The “Relator” singer and her “Van Wilder” hubby looked geared up and ready to break a sweat as they both hid under sunglasses while passing the snapping photogs.
A little while later, Ms Johansson emerged from the gym, looking clean and cute while still jamming to her iPod.
And in other news, it was recently announced that Scarlett is the newest actress to join the “Guys of Iron Man 2.” Of her new role, she says, “I think I imbued enough femininity to quiet them down a little.”

She made quite a splash in the indie music scene with her debut album Anywhere I Lay My Head last year, and now Scarlett Johansson is ready for her sophomore shot.
The “He’s Just Not That Into You” actress teamed up with collaborator Pete Yorn to give a press conference for their new opus Break Up at Le Bon Marche in Paris, France today (September 11).
Ms. Johansson looked cute and conservative as she chatted with the press and posed for photos in a micro-dotted dress with red flats.
Scarlett and Pete’s new album is set to hit stores and online retailers next Tuesday, September 15 and from the pre-release buzz, it sounds like they may have a hit on their hands.

There’s no denying that fans put celebrities on a pedestal, but Scarlett Johansson wants everyone to know that she didn’t sign up to be a role model.
The “Lost in Translation” actress tells, “I always thought you reached icon status after you left this world. I never signed up to be a role model as such.”
Continuing on, Miss Johansson adds, “Of course, ever since I was a little girl I had an idea of what I wanted to do — which was to pursue my dream of being a successful actor. If that makes me a role model for people to look up to, then I suppose I am flattered by it.”
The 24-year-old beauty continues, “I suppose it shows that if you work hard at something you really can succeed — so it’s important to keep your head straight and focus on your goal.”

She’s been spending all of her time getting into killer shape, and this past Friday (August 7) Scarlett Johansson was spotted hitting the gym in New York City.
The “In Good Company” cutie was joined by her personal trainer a she made her way to a local fitness center to get pumped up for the role of Black Widow in “Iron Man 2.”
Scarlett hasn’t just been pumping iron, though- she has also completely changed her diet in a bid to look as fit as possible in the new flick.
She told press, “I had to change my diet — when you are working out like that you have to feed your new body so you eat in a different way. It’s very clean. I feel much stronger than I’ve ever felt just because I’ve had to build so much strength. I had no choice, I had to do it — I mean you want to do these stunts and you have to be strong in order to do them.”

Further expanding her presence in the merchandising world, Scarlett Johansson was spotted at a photo call for The Make Up at Selfridges earlier today (July 31).
The “Lost in Translation” hottie looked lovely as she posed for the paparazzi in a bright floral top with a muted plum skirt and vintage-look heels.
As for her recent transition back to being a red head, Scarlett confessed that she did it to secure her role in “Iron Man 2” and impress director Jon Favreau.
She explained, “When I met Jon Favreau the second time I had red hair. Part of that was me wanting to experiment with my hair color and the other part of that was me kind of hoping that Jon would like the fact that I had experimented and that would help me get the role.”
