Arriving in style to the Friars Club roast of Quentin Tarantino, Uma Thurman was spotted in the media area at the New York Hilton and Towers in New York City on Tuesday (December 1).
The ?Pulp Fiction? hottie looked to be in good spirits as she stopped to pose for several pictures before heading inside for the ceremony.
As previously reported, Ms Thurman?s stalker, Jack Jordan, is once again in trouble with the law after violating the terms of his restraining order by trying to get in contact with the actress.
Back in 2008, Jordan took the stand and admitted to having a crush on Thurman which began after seeing her in the 1988 movie "The Adventures of Baron Munchausen" and intensified when she appeared in "Kill Bill" in 2003.

Landing himself in trouble once again, Uma Thurman's stalker has landed himself back in the slammer.
After violating an order of protection by calling the ?Kill Bill? star, Jack Jordan is now being held at a Montgomery County facility.
A diagnosed schizophrenic, Jordan was ordered to not contact the actress after a trial during which a terrified Uma described how she had been stalked for years - and that she feared for her safety.
At Jordan's sentencing, the disturbed male declared, "My greatest wish is that I had known sooner that I was putting fear into the heart of Thurman.?

It happens all too often in Hollywood, and Uma Thurman's stalker was up to no good over the Halloween weekend.
According to police, Jack Jordan called the ?Kill Bill? star?s home on Friday and her cell phone on Saturday, demanding to know where she is and adding that she?s too good for current beau, Arpad Busson.
Luckily, Thurman?s assistant took the calls and alerted the police, although no arrest has been made just yet.
Jordan, who violated a five-year protection order from a 2008 incident with Uma, is a diagnosed schizophrenic and has spent time in a mental health facility.

These are new photos of Uma Thurman out and about on Tuesday, sporting a strange ring on her ring finger. Engagement much? Could be. Uma is allegedly still with billionaire Arki/Arpad Busson. Uma and Arki have had a famously tumultuous relationship, breaking up and getting back together several times over the past few years. Last December, it?s thought that Uma (or maybe Arki) broke off their then-formal engagement after a huge fight. But since then, they seem to have gotten back together. Who knows, though? Eh. He?s rich and he famously doesn?t care for formal commitment - he wouldn?t marry Elle Macpherson after two sons and a nine year engagement, and he seems to have a pattern of loving and leaving beautiful women, etc). Here?s a closeup of the ring? it doesn?t look like a diamond??
Here?s the kicker though - X17 put up these photos a few days ago - Uma and Arki on vacation in Italy, Uma frolicking around in a bikini. And the bikini is small - and Uma?s belly is roundish. She totally looks pregnant, and I?m not saying that in a ?Uma has a pasta baby? way. She looks PREGNANT. She also seems to be wearing the same ring in the X17 photos. Uma is 40 years old, by the way. And she already has two kids with ex-husband Ethan Hawke. Just FYI, I’m not judging her.
Anyway? I kind of think Uma is knocked up and their engagement is back on. Not that he?ll marry her? but I think he would be stupid not to. Uma is a catch! And she seems like a cool woman.

Here are some photos of Uma Thurman at the “Turnaround for Children” charity event in New York yesterday. God, she looks terrible, doesn?t she? And don?t get me wrong - I think Uma is a lovely, unique beauty, and I?ve always loved her. But she looks like she was having an off day with the bad hair, bad makeup and horrible outfit. On most people, all-black is fine. I understand a woman?s urge to wear all black, because I have that urge too, nearly every day. But for some women, the all-black look ventures into ?Viet Cong? territory (me), and for yet other women, the all-black look goes straight to ?The Widow? look. That?s what Uma is doing to me in these photos. She looks like The Widow Hawke. Or The Widow Balazs. Or The Widow Busson.
Maybe it would have been cute without the wrap or whatever she?s got on her arms. And minus the black hose too. But even without them, this is still basically a bad dress that does nothing for her lovely figure. The bad posture doesn?t help either. It makes me pay too much attention to the unfortunate hair.
Could it be that Uma is just having a really awful month? Or several months? A few weeks ago, Uma?s star project Motherhood debuted in the UK with a whopping $130 box office. Not 130 million. Not 130 thousand. One hundred and 30 dollars, total. This provoked a storm of articles wondering aloud what had ever happened to Uma Thurman?s career. Entertainment Weekly was one the kinder ones, asking ?What should Uma Thurman do next?? They point out: ?She?s currently filming the saucy film Bel Ami with Robert Pattinson, which could make her relevant again. I?d like to see her find a supporting role like she had in 1996?s The Truth About Cats & Dogs and get the female fanbase behind her. A mainstream role where she?s put-together on the outside (otherwise, we don?t buy it) and insecure on the inside. Something with subtlety ? not a caricature.?
See, I kind of think she should could do well with a ?caricature? role, but something reminiscent of Kill Bill. Something with action, where Uma gets to play it cool and saucy and seductive. I also agree that she should go in for more supporting roles. Yes, she?s a movie star and a good actress, but there?s no shame in playing second fiddle to someone else, especially if it?s a strong project. Oh, and she should definitely throw out this whole outfit. Please.

She?s always up for a good cause, and last night (April 13) Uma Thurman was spotted at the 2010 Turnaround for Children benefit dinner in New York City.
The ?Pulp Fiction? babe looked lovely as she arrived at the Plaza Hotel, sporting a fabulous black dress with matching heels.
Ms. Thurman rubbed shoulders with her fellow guests including the Turnaround For Children founder Pamela Cantor.
Prior to her arrival in the Big Apple, Uma was busy working on her new film ?Bel Ami? in Budapest, Hungary along with Robert Pattinson.

Getting some day’s duties done, Uma Thurman was spotted out in New York City on Thursday (February 4).
With her headphones in and cell phone in hand, the “Kill Bill” actress played it cool when the paparazzi showed up as she strolled toward a vehicle before hopping in.
In other news, Uma has taken on a role different from any others- she plays the mythological Greek monster, Medusa, in the upcoming “Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief.”
“She’s someone who’s so sensual and seductive,” filmmaker Chris Columbus says, “that you’ll look into her eyes and forget that she has 75 snakes on her head.”

Not far removed from calling off their engagement, recently reunited couple Uma Thurman and Arpad Busson were spotted canoodling together in New York City on Tuesday (January 19).
The “Kill Bill” actress and her man shared a passionate smooch on a park bench, continuing their PDA as they made their way around the Big Apple streets.
Miss Thurman and Mr Busson were previously engaged before calling things off in December 2009, only to get back together a few weeks back.
Upon her engagement announcement, Uma previously told press, “I’m not in a rush to do anything. One day we’ll do it, when we’re ready.”

Uma Thurman ended her engagement because her ex-fiance was too controlling.The “Kill Bill” actress reportedly split from French financier Arpad Busson because she was tired of him trying to take over her life and telling her what to do.A friend of the actresses told the New York Daily News newspaper: “It seemed like he always wanted to run the show.”The relationship allegedly turned sour when the 47-year-old businessman decided he wanted to make drastic changes to Uma’s lavish homes without even consulting her.The friend explained: “He wanted to bring in his own chef and his own security. He’d talk about redesigning her house in the city and knocking down buildings at her place upstate.”It had been reported that the couple ended their year-long engagement almost two months ago after a row about money.

Calling off plans for marital bliss, Uma Thurman has broken up with her multimillionaire beau, Arpad Busson.
Having managed to keep her personal affairs out of the public spotlight for some time now, an insider has revealed to Us magazine that the pair called off their engagement about two months back.
“Uma and Arki are still friends,” the source tells of the situation, which follows the announcement of their engagement just this past June.
Of the eight karat diamond engagement ring which Busson bestowed upon to Miss Thurman, the insider tells, “She will probably give it back. She wants to return everything that is his.”
