Surrounded by security and her entourage members, Britney Spears was all smiles while out in Los Angeles, CA on Thursday afternoon (September 16).
Getting helped out by a few nannies, the "Womanizer" singer brought along her sons Jayden and Sean as they shopped it up at the Topanga Mall.
The sighting comes just after Brit Brit took to her website to respond to erroneous reports claiming she's engaged to Jason Trawick by simply stating, ?BS ALERT!? though she and Jason are doing quite well.
An insider told press, ?They?re really taking things day by day and really enjoying their time together.?

Britney Spears‘ representatives have laughed off rumours she’s secretly engaged to boyfriend Jason Trawick, dismissing the offending article on her official blog.
According to U.S. tabloid reports, Spears’ former agent proposed to the Toxic hitmaker while the pair was on vacation in Hawaii last month (Aug10).
But the singer’s official website has tackled the speculation head-on – uploading the report and striking through the page with a ‘Bulls**t’ alert in bold red print.

Her father?s been manning her finances since 2008, but word has it Britney Spears may re-gain control of her estate by the end of the year.
Two years ago, a judge ruled Jamie Spears and lawyer Andrew Wallet should be made co-conservators of her business affairs.
However, lawyers involved in the case believe the singer is ?more than ready? to take control of her estate again.
?Everyone involved believes she has the necessary proof that she is competent to be in charge of her affairs. She?s more than ready,? a source told E! News.

Her sons? birthdays are only two days apart from each other and Britney Spears gave her boys quite the celebration over the weekend.
On Saturday (September 11), the ?Womanizer? songstress treated her Jayden (4) and Preston (5) to a day at Disney Land in Anaheim, California.
Of the occasion, Ms Spears tweeted, "Spent the boys' bday weekend at Disney and had a blast. I can't believe my boys are getting so big! Happy birthday JJ and Preston.?
On Sunday (Jayden?s actual bday), the family made a stop at Johnny Rockets and today (Preston?s bday) the boys took a cake to school and celebrated with their schoolmates.

Looking to jump back into the music world, Britney Spears is heading back to the studio to create some new tunes.
Music producer, Sean Garrett, told E! News that he is set to reunite with the ?Womanizer? songstress to write a song or two in the near future.
"I'm going into the studio with her," Garrett said yesterday at the VMAs. "I love Britney. I want to help her grow. I want to do stuff that's going to be able to travel around the world."
"I really would like to get into her mind and find out what loving Britney is all about," he added with a very big smile. "It could get a little freaky."

Drawing into question whether she's ready to walk down the aisle, Britney Spears showed off some brand new hand jewelry while out in Calabasas, CA on Friday afternoon (September 10).
The "Womanizer" singer flashed a fancy diamond ring on that all-important finger while grabbing lunch with son Jayden James at Johnny Rockets.
As for the new bling, Britney has yet to make any announcements - although she and boyfriend Jason Trawick recently returned from a romantic Hawaiian getaway.
Nonetheless, it's no doubt that Miss Spears was in high spirits during the day, as she was much more active on her Twitter account than usual, posting, "Happy Friday people! Am I a part of your future? -Brit"

The "Gimme More" singer proudly toted her growing boy in her arms as the pair grabbed up a tasty bite to eat at the local Johnny Rockets.
Once finished up with the midday meal, Brit Brit and Jayden stopped to play at a water fountain before continuing about with the day's agenda.
The sighting comes amidst rumors - which appear to be untrue - claiming that Miss Spears was planning a performance tonight during a Fashion?s Night Out party at NYC's Don Hill?s.

Not letting her latest legal woes slow her down, Britney Spears was spotted out and about in Los Angeles, California on Thursday afternoon (September 9).
Joined by her trusty bodyguard and assistant, the "Gimme More" singer grabbed up lunch at a local eatery as she went about the day's business.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Spears made headlines yesterday after a former bodyguard named Fernando Flores filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Brit Brit for allegedly causing emothinal distraught after exposing herself to him.
Of the situation, legal expert Michael Bononi tells MTV News, "What he's gonna have to show in making these allegations is that he was subjected to a hostile work environment, and it's gonna have to be hostile in two ways: one, that a reasonable person similarly situated would have been offended by the conduct and secondly that he was actually offended by the conduct."
Bononi adds, "What courts and what juries look [for] is: Did he act consistently with the way you would expect someone to act who was actually offended by this type of conduct? In other words, did he make complaints? Did he tell her to stop? Did he talk to his friends and colleagues? Is there corroboration that at the time this was happening it was actually bothering him, and are people going to come forward and be able to testify that at the time this stuff was transpiring, he was talking to them about it, talking about how offended if, at all, he was?"
