They?re always up for a fancy fete and last night (May 4) Beyonc Knowles and Jay Z attended the 2015 Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
All decked out in designer duds, the ?Crazy in Love? songstress rubbed shoulders with fellow famous folks like Lupita Nyong?o, Zoe Saldana, Taylor Swift and Olivia Munn while her handsome hubby charmed the crowd in his dapper tuxedo.
The 2015 Met Gala?s theme is ?China: Through the Looking Glass,? and once again Anna Wintour has outdone herself. Each year Anna Wintour helps make sure the event is a massive success, given that the money raised goes to fund the Costume Institute?s annual budget.

Beyonce and Jay-Z decided to walk the carpet of last night?s Met Gala like last year?s post-Met beatdown never happened. Note that they did walk the carpet WITH Solange (Solange arrived separately and did not pose at all with Jay and Bey). I guess that just goes to show you? Beyonce and Jay are fine. One year later, they worked through whatever it was and they?re still strong. And I guess props to them for doing the Met Gala carpet like it was no biggie.
Beyonce was basically naked in this Givenchy gown. If you can tell me how this is Chinese-inspired, I would love for you to try. I think Bey just wanted to look naked and blonde. CB said she looked like Britney Spears in the ?Toxic? music video. Truth. I would also say that there?s a heavy dose of Madonna in there, especially with the rooster-tail blonde pony. Bey and Jay were also some of the last people to arrive ? wanting a big entrance, I guess, and hoping to soak up the last of the red carpet. As for my general thoughts on Bey?s dress? I don?t even think we should call this a dress. It?s just bejeweled netting. Also: this is like the thinnest Beyonce has ever been, right? Has she been on a crazy diet for six months to wear this dress?
Solange Knowles wore Giles Deacon. This isn?t Chinese-themed either! And it?s a disaster. I know a lot of you enjoy Solange?s offbeat style, but this doesn?t work. At all.

Always concerned for the well-being of others, Beyonc Knowles took to her Instagram account to share her thoughts on the craziness that?s been going on in Baltimore, Maryland this week.
The ?Bootylicious? songstress wrote, ?People are hurting. Join us in supporting the NAACP to help in the cleanup efforts and to provide housing, food and supplies to those affected by the unrest in Baltimore.?
In addition to her words, Beyonce posted a photograph of a man draped in a black and white flag with the names of victims of police violence, including Freddie Gray, written on it. Stay linked to the GossipCenter more celebrity reactions to the Baltimore riots.

Never one to miss out on fashionable footwear, Beyonc Knowles showed up at the Beverly Hills grand opening shindig for Giuseppe Zanotti on Tuesday night (April 14).
The ?Crazy in Love? singer was all smiles in her plunging white ensemble as she meandered around the boutique and posed for a few snapshots.
Meanwhile, Beyonce just scored a new stepsister in Bianca Lawson given that her mother Tina Knowles married Richard Lawson over the weekend. Bianca has appeared on ?2 Broke Girls,? ?Pretty Little Liars,? ?The Vampire Diaries? and ?Teen Wolf.?

She certainly knows how to put on a killer show, but rather than flashy props and skimpy outfits, Beyonc Knowles let her priceless pipes do the talking last night (February 8) at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards.
The ?Crazy in Love? singer brought out a group of handsome backup singers to join her in cranking out a moving rendition of ?Take My Hand, Precious Lord,? leaving many audience members with tears in their eyes.
Knowles explained, "I wanted to find real men that have lived, have struggled, cried and have a light and a spirit about them. I felt like this is be an opportunity to show the strength and vulnerability in black men. My grandparents marched with Dr. King, and my father was part of the first generation of black men that attended an all-white school. My father has grown up with a lot of trauma from those experiences. I feel like now I can sing for his pain, I can sing for my grandparents' pain. I can sing for some of the families that have lost their sons."

Beyonce Knowles? Grammys red carpet dress was such a snooze. She wore this black Proenza Schouler which looked like a million other dresses, and it even looked like gowns Beyonce has worn before on other red carpets. I sort of give Beyonce some credit though: she?s won a bajillion Grammys (and she won three more last night, making her total Grammy haul 20), and it really felt like she was there as an already established icon, like she doesn?t have to try-hard and attention-grab and all of that (coughMadonna). When she won one of her Grammys last night, she did thank the most important people in the universe: ?I’d like to say thank you to my Beyhive. Thank you guys for riding so hard.” They do ride hard.
Beyonce was saved for the next-to-last performance of the evening, singing ?Take My Hand, Precious Lord.? It?s an old Civil Rights Movement song and Bey did it well. But I think she got schedule-blocked by producers who decided to put on f?king AC/DC on the opening. How much better would it have been if THIS had been the opening?

She never disappoints her loyal fans, and earlier tonight (February 8) Beyonc Knowles was dressed to impress as she meandered around the Staples Center during the 57th Annual Grammy Awards.
Once again, Queen Bey knocked it out of the park with her designer ensemble including a Proenza Schouler dress teamed with Balenciaga shoes and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.
Hosted by LL Cool J, the Grammys is the biggest night of the year for the music industry and this time around Gwen Stefani, Madonna, Katy Perry, Adam Levine, John Mayer and Miranda Lambert are all slated to hit the stage.

Jay-Z is to New York like? Oprah is to Chicago. You know? Some people are synonymous with their cities. Jay could travel the world, he could live for years in the middle of nowhere and he would still be a New Yorker, he would still rap about Brooklyn and New York would still be in his blood. I always thought he was probably pretty happy calling Manhattan his homebase, but as it turns out, Jay-Z and Beyonce have already relocated to the West Coast. For months now, TMZ has been tracking Bey and Jay?s attempts to purchase major real estate in LA, and now TMZ says that they?re already living out of a hotel in LA and have been for a month or so. And they already enrolled Blue Ivy in pre-school!
Beyonce and Jay Z are moving to L.A. and they’ve already enrolled Blue Ivy in school … TMZ has learned. We’ve learned … Beyonce and Jay Z are currently living in a hotel in Beverly Hills and actively looking for an estate to buy on the westside of L.A., which includes Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills and Bel-Air. We’re told they have already discreetly looked at a number of homes, but so far none fit the bill.
We’ve also learned the famous couple enrolled their 3-year-old into a toddler program at an elite private school — we know which one but we’re not naming it. But we will tell you, the tuition is $15,080 a year. We’re told Blue Ivy was admitted halfway through the school year, which is unusual. The school generally only accepts students at the beginning of the school year.
As for why they’re moving, sources connected with the couple tell us they want “a change in lifestyle.” You’ll re recall, Bey and Jay spent the summer in a $200K a month rental near Bev Hills. We do not know but assume they will keep their New York digs.

This is just? weird. Right? I mean, Beyonce and Jay-Z are the Queen and King of New York. Blue Ivy is a New York baby! Is this all part of the sketchiness that went down between Bey and Jay last year? Is this part of the deal? Like, we?ll stay together and try for another baby but only if we move to a city so I don?t have to keep running into all of your New York side-pieces?
According to Us Weekly, it wasn?t about the side-pieces though. Their sources say Gwyneth Paltrow ?heavily influenced? the move. A source says:

The source also says that Bey and Jay will keep their New York property (properties, I believe) but LA will become their homebase. I can sort of understand moving to LA for a change of pace, and being able to move around with more freedom. What I don?t understand is moving to LA because Goop suggested it. I know Gwyneth likes to name-drop her friendship with Beyonce, but I really doubt that they?re close enough for Beyonce to uproot her family to be closer to Goop, you know?

Back in 2013, Beyonce and Jay-Z went on a 22-day ?Vegan Challenge.? They basically went completely vegan for three weeks and they enjoyed it. It didn?t seem like Bey and Jay did it out of any kind of animal-rights belief ? Beyonce wore leather and cowhide to a vegan restaurant, after all ? but it felt like they were experimenting with something for their health. Well, two years later, Beyonce is endorsing/launching a 22-day vegan challenge program for the peasants. I?m sure Gwyneth Paltrow is so proud of her!
Today Beyonce and exercise physiologist Marco Borges announce their business partnership in 22 Days Nutrition and launches the 22 Days Nutrition plant-based home delivery meal service. Beyonce, who trains with Borges, took the 22 Days Nutrition challenge in the winter of 2013 with her husband, JAY Z, and has since made an effort to include more plant-based foods in her everyday diet. The program’s philosophy is based on the concept that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit and on the 22nd day you are well on your way to forming new habits.
The home delivery service was born out of a demand from Borges’ friends, colleagues and clients who enjoyed his delicious meals that were naturally low in fat, sugar and salt and filled with flavor from whole-foods such as vegetables, beans, grains, herbs and spices. The home delivery program takes away all the guesswork and makes it easy to adopt the plan.
“I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example,” says Beyonce. “He is the most energetic person I know and it’s all because of his decision to live a healthy lifestyle. He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices. All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him.”

I never really think of Beyonce keeping to one specific diet though, you know? She?s like Gwyneth that way ? Gwyneth?s diets change every month, and Gwyneth will literally try anything with ?cleanse? or ?elimination? in the description. I guess this 22-day thing is less of a lifestyle change and more like a fancy vegan cleanse. Once the 22 days are over, you can go back to eating whatever you want. The point of it is that after 22 days, you won?t want to stop, I guess. So, what do you think? Is Beyonce encroaching on Goop and Tracy Anderson?s turf? Or is this a totally different thing?
