Lindsay Lohan was out and about in London again last night, making her second public appearance of the week. She crashed the ELLE Style Awards earlier this week, looking pretty cracked-out. I kind of doubt she was even invited. Last night, Lindsay attended the private Madonna performance at Annabel?s, which was a pretty star-studded crowd. Annabel?s is a private club, so I wonder how the Cracken even got in.
I was actually waiting until we got some new, cracked-out photos of Lindsay because she had a bad week in more ways than one. When we last checked in on her ongoing crack shenanigans, the LA City Attorney was investigating Lindsay?s claims that she had completed two weeks of community service in three days, all while deathly ill. As it turns out, Lindsay totally fudged her numbers. Community service, in Lindsay?s mind, constitutes ?signing autographs for fans? and ?acting in a play? and ?getting hammered at nightclubs.? Well, Lindsay?s lawyer and the City Attorney finally met with the judge this week, and the judge agreed with the City Attorney:
Lindsay Lohan and her community service organization just got slammed by a judge Wednesday morning … a judge who threw out more than half of her hours. The judge in Lindsay’s probation case ordered LiLo to do another 125 hours … this after the prosecutor called BS on the service she performed.
Most of the hearing was conducted privately in the judge’s chambers, but hizzoner did call the work Lindsay did “unacceptable.” TMZ broke the story … prosecutor Terry White was indignant over the work Lindsay did for CSV in London, saying in one case she got credit for six hours of community service work … even though four hours of those hours were for acting on stage and the remaining two were for meeting fans.
Lindsay’s never-ending probation stems from her 2012 reckless driving case when she slammed into an 18-wheeler.

Lindsay will have three months to complete the additional (or original, depending on how you see it) 125 hours. What?s interesting is that no one has a problem with Lindsay living in London and doing her community service in England. I guess no one wants to rock the boat, and LA County is happy that the Cracken isn?t loose on their streets. Anyway, I fully expect Lindsay to continue to be a cracked-out mess in London for the next two and a half months, and then she?ll suddenly remember she has to complete all of these hours and she?ll lie about it? again. Going to a Madonna performance is totally community service, you guys.

As we?ve been discussing for days now, Lindsay Lohan checked into a London hospital because she was super-sick, you guys. So sick that she could barely move. So sick that she needed ALL the painkillers. So sick that the hospital discharged in a hot minute, which gave her enough time to post some sketchy Instagram photos and then go to Paris to party into the wee hours. So what was all of this ?sickness? about? Well, Lindsay has a court date today, and some theorized that Lindsay?s mysterious illness was a way for her to explain how she had not completed her 240 hours of community service for her last cracked-out legal shenanigans. If she didn?t complete the hours, ?jail? was a ?real possibility.? (Except it never is with the Cracken.)
Yesterday, TMZ reported that Lindsay was ?scrambling? to complete her community service hours? in London. She went back to London after partying in Paris to complete her hours at the Community Service Volunteers organization. She needed 15 days of community service to complete her sentence, and sources told TMZ that she had been working nonstop on Friday, Saturday, and maybe Monday and Tuesday. Maybe today. And somehow, using crack math, TMZ now says Lindsay finished everything. She managed to get 15 days of community service finished in like three days? YOU ARE KIDDING ME.
Lindsay Lohan will get a letter of completion from her London community service center … but it will still be warm off the photocopy machine when her lawyer hands it to the judge. Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Community Service Volunteers will certify Lindsay has completed her 240 hours to satisfy her probation requirement in her reckless driving case.
As we reported … Lindsay waited until the last minute to get it done, and she put in her time at a breakneck pace beginning late last week. There’s one thing that’s unclear … whether she completed her hours on Tuesday or whether she has a few left that she’ll do Wednesday before the court hearing. Since London is 8 hours ahead of L.A. she has the full day to finish if she hasn’t already.
We’re told CSV is prepared to send a letter of completion before her court hearing Wednesday morning. Lindsay will not be in court. Her lawyer, Shawn Holley, will hand the sacred doc to the judge.

Seriously?! We?re just going to roll our eyes as Lindsay once again crack-jacks the system? I don?t believe that LA County should allow community service to be fulfilled in another county, much less another country. And I think Lindsay probably pulled some kind of shenanigans with the Community Service Volunteers to get them to sign off on her hours. They probably have her ?working? while she was partying in Paris.
So, another day, another crack drama. She?s not even coming to LA to face the judge. The system is broken!

Last week, we heard about the latest crack-tragedy to befall our beloved Cracken, Lindsay Lohan. We already knew that she had contracted a mosquito-borne virus called Chikungunya, while in vacation in Bora Bora. But last week, Lindsay had to check into the hospital because of the pain and fever. Many of us assumed it was probably just an attempt to get better drugs. Perhaps. Whatever it was, Lindsay was released from the hospital pretty quickly. She spent her post-hospital days trying on thongs and posting Photoshopped photos on her Instagram.
So, what now? Is she all better? Will she be returning to America anytime soon? Well, she had a court date tomorrow in LA. She has to check in with a judge about the terms of her probation/plea agreement. Remember that? The last time she had a major crime spree and court-cycle, Lindsay was put on probation and she agreed to do 240 hours of community service. She was given until November 2014 to complete those hours, but she got an extension because she hadn?t even finished half of those hours. So what will her excuse be this time? ?I couldn?t finish my hours because I was on vacation in Bora Bora and a mosquito bit me??
Lindsay Lohan will use a mosquito defense when her lawyer goes to court next week to announce her client has failed A SECOND TIME to complete her community service … and this could land her in jail, TMZ has learned. Lindsay is due in court Wednesday to prove she completed her community service in connection with her 2012 reckless driving case … where she slammed into an 18-wheeler on PCH.
She was required to perform 240 hours of community service, but on November 6, 2014 — when she was required to show proof of completion — her lawyer, Shawn Holley, told hizzoner LiLo had completed nearly HALF the hours. So the judge set a second date for Lindsay to show proof of completion — next Wednesday. But TMZ has learned Lindsay isn’t even close to finishing.
Her excuse … the community service center in London was closed for 2 weeks during the holidays and she ended up in the hospital with a mosquito virus. Here’s the problem … she got the virus while vacationing in Bora Bora, instead of putting in her time.
And there’s a bigger problem. She screws up a lot and has lots of excuses. Here’s a partial list:
– 2009 … Lindsay failed to complete her alcohol ed program
– 2010 … Bench warrant issued after Lindsay was a no show, claiming she was in Cannes and her passport was stolen
– 2010 … Bench warrant issued after her SCRAM bracelet went off at the MTV Music Awards after party
– 2010 … Lindsay failed to complete her alcohol ed program
– 2010 … Lindsay allegedly beats up a woman at Betty Ford
– 2010 … Probation revoked after cocaine found in her system
– 2013 … Late to court after missing a flight
Will the mosquito defense fly? The prosecutor hasn’t said, but he could ask for jail.

I wish TMZ would stop ringing the ?he could ask for jail? bell. We get all excited and gear ourselves up for a good old-fashion ?Cracken in the Slammer? cocktail party and then nothing happens. Lindsay gets a friendly pat on the firecrotch from Lady Justice and she gets to go one her way. TMZ even did a follow-up story about how Lindsay is ?scrambling to finish her community service by Wednesday? because she?s totally worried about jail. Yeah, right. The funniest part is that TMZ?s sources whisper that Lindsay might have checked herself into the hospital ?just to create an excuse.? OMG THAT IS COMPLETELY SHOCKING INFORMATION.
Oh, and guess where Lindsay went after being released from the hospital in London? She went to Paris. She went to a fashion event and then went out clubbing.

Here are an assortment of Lindsay Lohan photos. The candid airport pics are of Lindsay at LAX on December 16th, just days after she declared that she would never, ever live in LA again. For what it?s worth, she didn?t stay in LA very long ? she ended up flying to French Polynesia for the Christmas holiday. I don?t know if Ali or Dina made the trip or if Lindsay went with friends (?friends?). So, I?m also including an assortment of Instagram photos from her holiday.
In one of the Instagram photos, Lindsay posted this message: ?In good faith with good people. I refuse to let a virus effect my peaceful vacation?.? Yes, she has a virus. What kind, you might ask? It turns out she caught Chikungunya, which is largely spread through mosquito bites. Symptoms include fever and joint pain. There is no cure. That sucks. I?m sorry, I don?t really have a joke about this. I was trying to figure out something that wouldn?t be too mean, like ?The Herp Invades French Polynesia? but blah. It sucks being sick during vacation! I?ve had this weird stomach bug since Christmas and I just can?t shake it. Mad cramps, y?all.
In other Cracken news, In Touch Weekly says that Lindsay wants to do Broadway next after her successful (??) run of Speed-the-Plow on the London stage. Sources say Lindsay is ?begging? Oprah to produce a Broadway show and let her have a part and ?If that doesn?t work out, she?s hoping Oprah can get her an audition for something like ?Cabaret.? Lindsay needs another helping hand.? Lindsay as a cracked-out Sally Bowles in Cabaret? NOOOooo.

Yes, Lindsay Lohan has totally changed, you guys. She?s so different now that she?s living in London and not LA. All she did in LA was go out at night and party. All she does in London is? attend random events and get fall-down wasted. And she brought her little sister Aliana along for the ride! Last night, Lindsay and Ali went to the LOVE x Balmain Xmas Party at The Ivy Market Grill. Lindsay was also at the Chiltern Firehouse at some point in the evening, in a different outfit.
Ali is 20 years old now. Michael K at Dlisted always calls her The Curious Case of Ali Lohan, which is funny and somewhat true. I think Ali looks somewhat normal in these photos though ? she isn?t messing with her face like she was a few years ago. She looks even younger to me in these photos, actually. Like, I had to look up her age because Ali looks about 16 years old.
As for Lindsay? cracked-out mess. She never changes. There is no ?New Lindsay.? Just the same Cracken in a different city.
PS? Apparently, Ali was in London to record something with Duran Duran. What the hell? Step away from Simon Le Bon!!!!

Showing off their sisterly bond, Lindsay Lohan and her sibling Ali headed over to Tramp nightclub in London for some late night fun on Tuesday (December 9).
The ?Mean Girls? actress and her model sister both looked lovely as the mingled at the Sunday Times Style Christmas party into the wee hours.
And it sounds like LiLo and Ali have been busy on a new project as they were both invited to sing on the new Duran Duran record. An inside source told The Mirror, ?Lindsay was in the studio with the boys from 6.30pm right through to 1am. Lindsay's contribution is more of a spoken word part, while Ali is singing on the track - the sisters will feature on the same song which they thought was really cool.?
?[Lindsay] has been thinking of giving music another shot recently after recording with Kate Moss' husband Jamie Hince from The Kills last year.?

Her run in Speed-the-Plow is over, so now her nights are free to party and attend high-profile events, because she?s totally an A-lister. Last night, she attended the Christmas party for Chopard at Annabel?s. Annabel?s is a private, members-only club, and Chopard is a luxury brand. Do you think Lindsay was actually invited to this event? Do you think she was someone?s plus-one? Or did she crash it?
I have to say? I don?t really think she looks that bad these days. I mean, her long-term drug and alcohol abuse have made her age prematurely, but quite honestly, this is probably the best she?s looked in a few years. Now if we could only get her to stop blowing kisses at everyone. Yikes!
As for her future career path? as we discussed last week, Lindsay is ?determined? to be a movie star again, following her ?successful? run with Speed-the-Plow. A few days ago, she posted a photo and message on her Instagram, writing: ?And so it is. ONE MAMET DOWN!!! Next stop. 1 year #OLEANNA.? Yes, she?s talking about another David Mamet play, Oleanna. I remember when Cate Blanchett did Oleanna early in her career and that was one of the roles that made her a star. Do you think Lindsay could pull off a role that Cate Blanchett owned more than 15 years ago? Sigh?

Here are some photos of Lindsay Lohan out and about in London two weekend ago, plus some other photos I just never got around to posting, including some pics of Lindsay at a makeup event last week (those pics are at the end of the post). To her credit, Lindsay hasn?t been getting pap?d very often in the past month. I have a theory about that! I think she was partying pretty hard in rehearsals for Speed-the-Plow and then she partied hard the first few weeks of the show. But she couldn?t deal with the schedule or the parties, so she actually made the choice to not party as much. Amazing, right? Well, what if this is a whole new Cracken? Radar?s sources say that Lindsay has been doing so well in London, she wants to come back to LA and relaunch her film career. Er? good luck with that.
Is Lindsay finally ready to make a career comeback? The actress will soon be returning to the U.S. when her London play Speed-the-Plow closes on Nov. 29 ? and she?s thinking about her next steps in life.
?Lindsay is doing better than she has in years!? a close friend of the once-troubled star tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. ?Lindsay is determined to be a movie star again.?
?Lindsay plans to return home to her family in New York for a bit and is then heading to L.A. because she has three big movies that she is getting ready to star in,? the source reveals.
According to IMDB, Lohan is playing the lead in three several projects listed as in ?pre-production.? In the upcoming films Soul Carriers and Life Travelers, Lohan will star opposite James Duvall, 42, and in Six Gun Dead, she will play opposite Eric Roberts, 58.
?She almost has a clean slate after all of her legal issues,? the source notes, referring to her probation in the necklace theft case, which an L.A. Superior Court judge ended on Nov. 6. Following the court?s decision, Lohan?s attorney Shawn Holley said, ?The judge was pleased, the prosecutors were pleased and of course I?m pleased that Lindsay?s doing well on probation, with her career, and generally with her life.?
As Radar previously reported, those close to the 28-year-old Mean Girls star insist that ?the old Lindsay is back? and that ?she has allowed all of her old friends back into her life.?
?She is still sober and we are all very supportive,? the friend tells Radar. ?We always will be.?

Legally speaking, I think the state of California was just tired of dealing with her crack drama, so everybody turned a blind eye and let Lindsay complete her probation period without fulfilling all of the requirements. As for Lindsay returning to a career in films? at this point, she?s been a cracked-out mess longer than she was ever an A-list actress, and Lindsay pretty much thinks she?s going to be a huge movie star again every three to six months. She?s still talking about winning an Oscar someday, you know. But? if she is doing better (judge for yourself), then God bless. While I don?t think she?s in a good place or anything, I think she?s better right now than she was two or three years ago.
