Showing some love to the less fortunate, Paris and Nicky Hilton were spotted at the Union Rescue Mission Shelter in Los Angeles yesterday (October 20).
The ?Simple Life? actress and her designer sister helped serve shepherd?s pie to a bunch of needy kids as part of their volunteer program.
And it sounds like Paris genuinely enjoyed taking time out of her crazy schedule to make a difference.
Hilton tweeted, "Spent all day with the kids downtown at The Rescue Mission Shelter. We had had such a great time."

Meeting up for a dinner on the town, Paris and Nicky Hilton were both spotted arriving at Cleo restaurant in Los Angeles, CA on Friday night (October 15).
Both clad in cute black frocks, the hotel heiress sisters met up with Paris's beau Cy Waits - who snuck in the back door to avoid the awaiting paparazzi flashes.
Earlier in the week, Paris and Cy gave up their precious time to help those in need - as they shopped for gifts, candy and pumpkins for the Rescue Mission Shelter in LA.
Tweeting of the good-hearted deed, Miss Hilton wrote, ?Just got home. Had a great day today. Cy and I went to the pumpkin patch to buy a bunch of pumpkins. Also some tools to carve and paint them and lots of candy and toys.?
The 29-year-old added, ?Brought everything down to the children at The Rescue Mission Shelter. They were all so excited and grateful. It?s such an amazing feeling to make a child smile and be happy.?

I wish I could tell you that minutes after Paris Hilton finished this photo shoot, that there was an (un)fortunate landslide that smothered her gangly body in a heap of earth, but I can’t. Never one to share her men with anyone, Paris Hilton has made an exception for her current love interest, Cy Waits.
The Las Vegas club owner spends most of his weekends in Sin City with his 7-year-old daughter, Shae, and apparently the hotel heiress couldn?t be happier.
"One of the things I love about Cy is what an amazing father he is," Paris tells E! News. "I've become really close with his daughter."
Enjoying their time together, too, Paris added, "She is an animal lover, just like me. We love going to the pet store together to play with all the animals. We do fun girly things like getting our hair and nails done together. She's beautiful, blonde and full of personality."

She just keeps attracting the crazies! Paris Hilton was once again the target of a home intruder, according to brand new reports.
According to Gossip Gop, a man arrived on a bike and proceeded past the guard gate and up to the home?s entrance where he continually knocked on the door.
Paris? security team reportedly tried to subdue the man and eventually had to restrain him while the police were called.

She's been keeping a low profile since her Sin City cocaine arrest, but Paris Hilton ventured out to do some shopping on a rainy day in West Hollywood, California on Monday (October 4).
The hotel heiress browsed around at Book Soup, where she picked up a little reading material including "29 Gifts: How a Month of Giving Can Change Your Life" before heading over to an office building in Beverly Hills.
Tweeting about the literary-nurturing outing, Miss Hilton wrote, "Just bought a lot of great books at Bool Soup. I love reading. You can learn so much from a well written book."
Also trying to help out her sister Nicky's jewelry making endeavors, Paris wrote, "RT - Hey everyone, check out my sister's hot new jewely. Nicky Hilton jewelry Available Now!"

She's made the headlines for all the wrong reasons as of late, but Paris Hilton is looking to turn things around by focusing her efforts on a new reality TV show.
The hotel heiress has inked a deal with Oxygen Network to create a new series documenting her life - with the program having yet been titled.
Reports tell that Miss Hilton's show will portray her interactions with Charlie Sheen's estranged wife Brooke Mueller, as well as her mother, Kathy Hilton, among others.
With no planned air date given thus far, the producers in charge of Paris's project are the people behind Hell's Kitchen, A. Smith & Co.

Paris Hilton was firmly seated on the passenger side when her boyfriend, Cy Waits, ran over a female photographer’s leg with his car and left the scene. Waits reportedly gunned the car to get away from a swarm of paparazzi when he hit someone. Radar Online has a video and it doesn’t look like the accident was Waits’ fault, to be honest. He was just lurching his car along trying to get away when he hit the woman. That part is at :45 seconds in.
To be fair he did stop and ask her if she was ok, the woman said “yes” and that’s when he left. Paris later tweeted about how the paparazzi “ruined” her evening. She wrote “Lovely evening with friends and family ruined by aggressive paparazzi. They are literally insane!” Then why did she go to a restaurant where they’re known to frequent? I’m sure her boyfriend ruined more than that woman’s evening when he ran over her damn leg and left the scene.
Hilton and Waits — arrested in Las Vegas just last month — were involved in an alleged hit and run accident outside of swanky Boa restaurant in West Hollywood, CA. on Wednesday night.
Video of the incident clearly shows that Waits was behind the wheel of his Bentley when he ran over the leg of a photographer, only identified as ‘Carol’.
The car was surrounded by paparazzi when an eyewitness says Waits “gunned” the car and hit the woman, who was knocked to the pavement.
The video shows Waits rolled down his window and asked if the pap was OK, to which another photographer responded, “yes” and told him to go.
Waits and Hilton then left the scene of the accident, but then on the video, you can hear someone yelling, “hit and run… hit and run.”
Police were called to the scene and were later seen questioning Waits, and giving him a field sobriety test.
Authorities tell RadarOnline.com that Waits was “detained”, but later released. At this time, no charges have been filed in the case, as police continue to investigate.
Paramedics were also called to the scene of the accident, and they transported the woman to the hospital for treatment for a cut on her right shin.

I was ready to condemn Waits for this, but it looks like it could have been a mistake if you watch the videos on Radar and TMZ. I guess he turned right unexpectedly, but it didn’t look like me that he was gunning the car or like he was deliberately trying to hit someone as a paparazzo claims afterwards in that video on Radar. He was driving the car slow and lurching along, not gunning it. The photographers were surrounding it and harassing him and Paris. I hate that I’m defending either one of them, but it’s not like they were trying to hurt anyone and it didn’t look to me like the guy was driving recklessly. He should have stayed there and waited for cops, but he did return afterwards at least. And I was hoping Paris was driving and would get sent to jail. Maybe that will happen next month, as in October.

Getting back in the swing of west coast livin' following a summer of travel, Paris Hilton ventured out for an afternoon shopping spree in Beverly Hills, California on Wednesday (September 29).
Carrying along one of her canine companions each and every step of the way, the hotel heiress stopped at a few stores on trendy Rodeo Drive while checking out the sunglasses selection.
Tweeting about the day's doings, Paris wrote, "Been in back to back business meetings since 10am. Very productive day, now time to do some shopping for my birthday boy and @NickyHilton."
The Beverly Hills sighting comes amidst reports that Paris has already gotten started on her court-ordered community service.
Stemming from a drug arrest in Las Vegas, the former "Simple Life" star is said to be logging hours at a local animal shelter, among other do-good endeavors.
