She?s no stranger to drama, and the latest ordeal in Paris Hilton's life occurred earlier today when she was evacuated from a Maui-bound airplane at LAX International Airport.
The ?Simple Life? babe was on board along with her boyfriend Cy Waits and other passengers when a knife was found in a seat pocket.
Everyone was immediately taken back into the terminal by airport security until they sorted everything out.
Paris tweeted, "We were about to take off then security made everyone deplane because they found a big knife on board the plane. Scary that it got on plane."
Later she added, So strange a knife got on board. Can't wait to get to Maui."

She?s been helping out at an animal shelter in Las Vegas as part of her community service sentence, and earlier today (December 20) Paris Hilton showed off her new Chihuahua pup.
The ?House of Wax? actress looked quite excited as she introduced Skeet to the paparazzi, a dog she adopted from the Animal Foundation of Las Vegas.
Of course, Paris opted to rename the dog Sid Vicious, and it won?t be long until he?s dressed up in some swanky gear.

Enjoying a wild night overseas, Paris Hilton was the center of attention at the Supermartxe VIP Party in Madrid, Spain on Saturday (December 18).
Held at Fabrik, the hotel heiress joined up with Nano Barea on the arrivals carpet before taking the stage alongside a number of scantily clad male and female dancers.
Holding the bash in honor of her new motorcycle racing team, Miss Hilton tweeted prior to the event, "On my way to My Supermartxe Party at Club Fabrik. See you there. xoxo Paris"
Once finished up with her hostess duties, Paris snuck in a few hours of much-needed rest before hopping on a flight Sunday morning en route to the States, as she wrote, "Taking off back to LA! :)"

Testing her luck in a new venture, Paris Hilton presented her Supermatxe Motorcycle Team in Madrid, Spain on Saturday (December 18).
Looking sexy in a skintight racing suit, the hotel heiress partook in a press conference at Hotel ME to announce plans for her team to compete in the 2011 125cc MotoGP World Championship season.
Signing a five-year-deal in which she'll attend multiple races throughout each season, the 29-year-old is said to be currently on the lookout for standout cyclists for the Queroseno Racing squad.
Tweeting about the event, Miss Hilton excitedly wrote, "Had an amazing press conference today. Hot."

Stepping out to play host of a birthday party, Paris Hilton was spotted at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas on Tuesday (December 14).
The hotel heiress looked lovely in a black dress and heels as she posed for several pictures in the media area outside the club.
Joining her in some of the photos was the birthday girl herself ? Jennifer Rovero, who most people know as a Playboy Playmate, but who also worked for Ms Hilton as a photographer earlier this year.
After the shindig at Pure, the blonde beauties headed on over to Serendipity to continue the celebration into the wee hours of the morning.

She?s usually seen around town in a Pink Bentley, but yesterday (December 6) Paris Hilton looked to be considering a new ride.
The ?Simple Life? babe was spotted taking her Continental GT to a Rolls Royce dealer where she hopped into a black Rolls Royce Ghost, the same car Kim Kardashian and Guy Ritchie both purchased recently.
A source at the Beverly Hills car dealership told press that if Hilton buys the Rolls, that could me big sales boosts for the Ghost overall.
?They said that they sell tons of Bentleys every week from wealthy people around the world that request the same model the heiress has. It?s always, ?I want the Bentley Paris has. We're hoping her driving the new Ghost will have the same effect.?
?Paris is known for her love of fast expensive cars. She may have met her perfect match. She was overheard gushing about the car.?
