Think you know who Paris Hilton is? According to her, she only plays “vapid self-absorbedidiot” on TV. Says Female First,
Paris Hilton will show her “real” self in her new TV show.
The 29-year-old heiress has promised ‘The World According to Paris’ – which will air on US network Oxygen in the spring -will show her how she really is, unlike the “character” she created to appear with pal Nicole Richie on ‘The Simple Life’ between 2003 and 2007.
She said: “On ‘The Simple Life’, I was playing a character I kind of invented. I didn’t realise the show would last five seasons, so I had to keep doing it.
“I think people assume that’s really how I am in real life. But when I’m with my friends and my family is when I feel most comfortable and myself. In the show, it really shows the real Paris.”
So all this time she’s just been Method acting. She really isn’t a stupid twat, it’s all been an act! Oh Paris, you really got me. So…when are you going to start acting like the smart, responsible and productive citizen that you must be underneath this brainless exterior? I’m waaaaitiiing…

Having headed south of the border for the holidays, Paris Hilton was all about the beach while out in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on Thursday (December 30).
Looking fabulous in a white bikini, the hotel heiress was joined by boyfriend Cy Waits as the pair took to the sandy shoreline outside of the Casa Dorada Hotel for a PDA-filled sun n' surf session.
Tweeting her happiness, Miss Hilton wrote, "Another beautiful day in Cabo, Mexico. Having the best time! Is everyone excited for New Years Eve?"
The previous day, the 29-year-old tweeted of the trip, ?Had so much a great day. Worked out, then went on the horseback ride on the beach. Just finished a romantic dinner. I love Cabo! Is everyone excited for New Years Eve??

Still living the good life in the islands, Paris Hilton and beau Cy Waits enjoyed the Hawaiian sunset on the beaches of Maui on Christmas Day (December 25).
Clad in a green one-piece swimsuit, the hotel heiress and her man wandered the sandy shoreline as they eased into their evening Christmas celebrations.
Keeping active throughout the day, Miss Hilton first tweeted, "Going Ziplining with my family. Loves it. So much fun! :)"
A short while later, Paris continued to tell, "Just finished going on the water slides at The Grand Waileah Hotel with Cy and my dad. So much fun! I love being a kid sometimes ;)"
Also exchanging presents with her loved ones, the former "Simple Life" star ended her messages by tweeting, "Had a lovely family dinner at Spago again. Now off to bed. Sweet dreams everyone. Xo P"

Taking full advantage of the gorgeous weather, Paris and Nicky Hilton were spotted out on Wailea Beach in Maui, Hawaii yesterday (December 23).
The heiress sisters both displayed their fabulous bikini bodies as they splashed in the ocean and sunned themselves in the sand.
Of course, Paris and Nicky were accompanied by their gentleman callers Cy Waits and David Katzenberg, respectively.
Later in the evening, Paris tweeted, ?Swimming in the ocean was so nice and peaceful till a huge wave knocked me under the water. So scary. :( I'm safely on shore now. :) ha,? followed by ?Just got back from an amazing day at the beach! Love being in the ocean. Time to relax. :)?

Continuing to enjoy her downtime, Paris Hilton was spotted out and about in Maui, Hawaii yesterday afternoon (December 22).
Joined by her boyfriend Cy Waits, parents Rick and Kathy Hilton, sister Nicky Hilton, and Nicky?s boyfriend David Katzenberg, the ?Simple Life? babe sauntered around in her swimwear while the local shutterbugs looked on.
Paris and Cy also headed over to some local shops where they browsed the racks along with Nicky and David.
Earlier, she tweeted, ?Just had a nice walk on the beach with my parents and Cy. I love that they love him as much as I do. Such a nice feeling. :)?

Kicking off her holiday stay in Hawaii, Paris Hilton was spotted out shopping in Maui yesterday afternoon (December 21).
Joined by her boyfriend Cy Waits, the ?House of Wax? hottie hit up the Minit Stop, Jamba Juice, a Verizon store, Starbucks, and ABC General Store along the way.
Earlier in the day, Paris and Cy were among the passengers on her flight who had to be deplaned because there was a knife hidden on the aircraft.
Paris tweeted, "We were about to take off then security made everyone deplane because they found a big knife on board the plane. Scary that it got on plane."
As for the trip to Hawaii, Paris and Cy are joined in the island locale by Hilton's family - as parents Rick and Kathy, as well as sister Nicky, were all seen flying out of LAX Airport the previous day.

She?s no stranger to drama, and the latest ordeal in Paris Hilton's life occurred earlier today when she was evacuated from a Maui-bound airplane at LAX International Airport.
The ?Simple Life? babe was on board along with her boyfriend Cy Waits and other passengers when a knife was found in a seat pocket.
Everyone was immediately taken back into the terminal by airport security until they sorted everything out.
Paris tweeted, "We were about to take off then security made everyone deplane because they found a big knife on board the plane. Scary that it got on plane."
Later she added, So strange a knife got on board. Can't wait to get to Maui."
