It?s interesting to watch the evolution of this storyline in real time. For months, we?ve been told repeatedly that the Princess of Wales would join her husband in Singapore for the Earthshot Awards in November. It was supposed to be Kate?s big outing of the year, especially given that she hasn?t left the country on official business since last year?s Earthshot Awards in Boston. Then, over the summer, the Mail had that curious story about how Prince William is ?increasingly happy to go solo,? seen by many of us as William soft-launching his ?divorced dad? brand. Even in that story, sources insisted that Kate would go to Singapore though. Except it?s not happening. Camilla Tominey was the first to report that Kate would not join her peggy husband at this year?s Keenshot. Now the Mail is seemingly confirming it:
The Princess of Wales will not travel to South East Asia in November for the final of The Earthshot Prize, according to reports.
Despite previous speculation suggesting the contrary, Kate Middleton, 41, is not expected to accompany William, 41, to Singapore, the destination of the third annual awards ceremony for the Princes environmental prize, says the Telegraph.
Following the Wales decision not to undertake a foreign tour this year, Kates presence is not to be expected, it is believed, and so she will not attend the ceremony which is also set to feature performances by world-renowned musicians and artists.
No specific reason has been confirmed for why Kate is not expected to attend, but some have speculated that it may be due to her parenting duties.
It marks a change from last year, when Kate travelled to Boston for the ceremony.
[From The Daily Mail]
These are the same people who spent weeks writing hundreds of stories analyzing the travel plans of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex this month, yet all we?re getting here is some terse, minimal statements in two publications, the Mail and the Telegraph? William has been on a briefing spree in the past fortnight ?Prince William Wants To Be A Global Statesman? so this is coming from Kensington Palace. In the same breath as all of his talk about being a revolutionary keen statesman who never puts a foot wrong, he?s also like ?yeah, I don?t want the Wiglet in Singapore.? And no one will speculate in the British media, no one will say ?hey, maybe there are significant issues in the Wales marriage.?
One positive for Kates absence is that at least Williams ass will be ungroped in Singapore.

I cannot even imagine being this embarrassing, this desperate and this obvious. As soon as we got a good look at the Duchess of Sussex?s spectacular Invictus style, we knew that the Princess of Wales had added each one of Meghan?s looks to a certain Meghan mood-board and copykeening lookbook. It literally only took Kate a matter of days before she furiously copykeened Meghan?s beige-heavy color palette and her trouser-heavy wardrobe. Can this woman get her own life and her own style? She?s 41 years old and she?s doing this. These pics are from today, Kate visited Streets of Growth in London. Her suit is from Roland Mouret.
Kate Middleton is checking in on a youth support charity inspired by an American organization that she and Prince William visited in Boston last year. The Princess of Wales, 41, headed to east London on Tuesday to visit Streets of Growth, a charity that works to transform the lives of young people.
The group ? which strives to re-engage people aged 15 to 25 who find themselves socially isolated, bullied or trapped in a cycle of exploitation, violence and criminality ? was inspired by a visit to Roca in Boston, which Kate and William, both 41, visited in December last year.
There was some symmetry to Tuesday morning?s visit, which came as Prince William was stateside promoting his Earthshot Prize in New York City. It marked his first time returning to the U.S. since William and Kate visited London for the Earthshot Prize awards ceremony in December.
[From People]
Some would say ?symmetry? and others would say ?overshadowing her dumb husband?s stupid ?CALL ME A STATESMAN? trip.? It?s very strange that Kate is making a point of doing events in England while William is in New York, especially given William?s well-documented rage at being overshadowed by family members. This says to me that Kate actually wanted to go on this New York trip but he told her no, and she organized these events to get back at him and ruin his headlines. Just a theory. How the worm turns.

| Princess Kate 'held an Early Years meeting at Windsor Castle yesterday' | Added 579 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

As I?m writing this on Thursday, Prince William and Kate haven?t trotted out today to make asses out of themselves in a desperate bid to pull focus from the Invictus Games. William and Kate flew separately to France over the weekend, then Kate wore a tragique doll wig to prison on Tuesday, then William raged about suicide on Wednesday. Did? did they not plan something for today? I was really looking forward to seeing their pathetic shenanigans every single day of the Invictus Games. Looks like they?re too lazy to even pull desperate shenanigans. (Update: OMG, they really are doing something today! Theyre taking their sweet time getting there though, so we wont have photos today.) Anyway, what IS Kate up to? Please enjoy this Mail piece, ?Kate Middleton quietly carries on with royal duty by holding Early Years meeting at Windsor Castle amidst Invictus Games row.?
Kate Middleton is quietly carrying on with her royal duties this week as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle celebrated the Invictus Games with veterans in Germany. According to the Court Circular, The Princess of Wales, 41, held an Early Years meeting at Windsor Castle yesterday.
The royals work through her Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood to promote the importance of the first five years of a childs life has been accelerated over the past year.
It comes as her brother-in-law the Duke of Sussex and his wife the Duchess continued their week long trip to Dusseldorf for the Invictus Games. It has been claimed veterans have become frustrated that the Invictus Games are not getting the attention from senior royals which other sporting events enjoy with Buckingham Palace looking petty and mean-spirited by not paying it enough attention.
The Prince and Princess of Wales were integral in the early stages of the Invictus Games.
The Royal Foundation, which was shared by Prince Harry at the time invested significant amounts of money in the event. There is now a sense of frustration among some British athletes that their endeavours are not recognised by public figures including senior royals who are quick to send good wishes to competitors in other international events, The Telegraph reports.
Critics argue the royal familys ill-will towards Harry should not be held against the disabled veterans who are competing.
[From The Daily Mail]
There?s a real strain here, a strain in the invisible contract, a reach to give William and Kate ?credit? for Invictus, and yet a small sliver of criticism towards the Windsors too. The Mail knows that William and Kate had nothing to do with Invictus. Everyone knows that. Everyone knows that William and Kate are too insecure, too jealous, too pathetic to actually send their best wishes to British veterans as well. But mostly, the Mail wants more content and they?re not being placated with a line in the Court Circular about Kate?s ?private meeting.?

| Low: Princess Kate is a lot tougher than her 'slightly bland' public persona | Added 630 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Valentine Low?s Courtiers is coming out in paperback, which is why the Times ran an exclusive several weeks ago with excerpts from some new chapters. Low?s sources insist that the now-Princess of Wales was particularly upset after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex?s 2021 Oprah interview. Low claims that Kate insisted that QEII?s statement post-interview include the phrase ?recollections may vary.? Kate insisted on that because Kate had spent the better part of three years telling everyone in the family and everyone in the media that Meghan had made her cry, when really, Wedding Karen Kate had made Meghan cry. Well, Low is still shilling this book and he?s trying to promote it by saying that Kate is ?steely? and yet she might also be very bland and an instigator. Of course, Low can?t come right out and say that, so here you go:
Kate Middleton is one tough cookie. Royal expert Valentine Low exclusively told Page Six in a recent interview that the royal, 41, is ?tougher? than she lets on.
?Interestingly, behind the scenes, she?s a lot more steely, a lot tougher than we give her credit,? he said. ?She?s this nice-looking woman, dresses nicely, smiles nicely, adopts sort of fairly uncontroversial charities. You know, they think she?s slightly bland.?
Low said one example of the Princess of Wales? steeliness occurred after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle?s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, which aired in March 2021.
The Palace waited until the interview aired in the UK to issue a response and Low says in a new chapter for the paperback edition of his book ?Courtiers,? that there the royal family split on how to respond.
?The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan. The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning,? the statement from Queen Elizabeth II read at the time. ?While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.?
Low said that Jean-Christophe Gray, Prince William?s newly appointed private secretary, came up with the memorable line, ?recollections may vary? in the statement, implying that the Palace disagreed about what had happened.
?There were some people in other [royal] households, who felt it would antagonize Harry and Meghan and would go down badly and just keep the whole unpleasantness going,? Low explained. ?But it was Kate who really strongly made the argument,? he noted, adding that the mom of three wanted that line to stay in the statement so that Markle and Harry?s version of events wouldn?t be accepted as truth.
Low told us that Middleton is acutely aware that ?she?s one day going to be Queen? and ?thinks very carefully about the long-term security and strength and stability of the royal family as an institution.? He added, ?She?s good. She has a good eye on the big picture, the long game.?
[From Page Six]
?They think she?s slightly bland.? I swear, Kate really is that bland. You can argue that she?s aiming for ?uncontroversial? and I think that?s true but mostly, she really is that bland, that uninspired, that intellectually lazy. Of course Kate didn?t want the Sussexes? version of events to be ?accepted? because even though Meghan took pains to go gently on Kate in particular, Kate came across like a huge ahole. Even moreso in Prince Harry?s memoir. Kate was probably thrilled at the idea that recollections may vary would antagonize the Sussexes, because that seems to be her thing too.
Honestly though, one of the most surprising aspects of Low?s new chapters and these talking points about who came up with what line in the statement is that we?re definitely left with the impression, over and over again, that these people were issuing all kinds of statements in Queen Elizabeth II?s name and QEII had very little say in any of it. But tell me again that QEII ?wanted? Camilla to be called ?queen.?

This is amazing. It?s absolutely hilarious that the palace brain trust decided to use the Princess of Wales as ?counterprogramming? for Prince Harry?s court appearances in London. Remember how often the palace brain trust would speak glowingly of themselves, like they were the creme de la creme of international public relations, that they were the best image-makers in the world? And here we have yet another example of how thoroughly they?re in the trenches, how badly they miscalculated everything. They have to send poor, lazy Jazz Hands out there in a ponytail to pose for photos. Poor sausage had to work two days in a row, specifically because Harry is in town.
Kate Middleton is playing with the guys! The Princess of Wales, 41, took part in some rugby training on Wednesday morning before talking to the players about their childhoods as she highlights her ongoing campaign highlighting the importance of the early years in a persons life. The outing combined her leadership of the Shaping Us initiative to talk about how best to nurture children with her support for the game of rugby, of which she is patron of the Rugby Football Union.
While Princess Kate has spent a lot of time with mothers and carers since launching her campaign in January, the visit to Maidenhead Rugby Club was all about hearing from men. After taking part in the rugby drills on the field while sporting a high ponytail and blue t-shirt featuring a red rose, England rugbys logo, she went inside to talk about the impact that local sports clubs have for those who are helping to raise children.
Kate was joined by Shaping Us champion Ugo Monye, a former England rugby professional and father of two, and other professional rugby players and representatives from Maidenhead RFC. Also there was Si Trower, the founder of the mental health charity Brave Mind, which works with rugby clubs, universities and schools to provide a platform to help rugby clubs an schools to improve their approach to supporting mental health in their community.
Her visit came as her Early Years Foundation found that men are less likely than women to realize the importance of the first years of a child?s life.
[From People]
It?s about rugby! No, it?s about Early Years! No, it?s about Shaping Us! It?s about raising awareness! Of what? Something something MEN! Rugby, men, children, sports, ponytails! God help us all. I guess they can?t say ?we put her hair in a high pony and told her to run around and flap her hands because we?re scared sh-tless about Prince Harry?s testimony in court.?
They got her to hug someone too. Those pants are unfortunate. Speaking of unfortunate pants, where the hell is Kate?s husband? He just disappears completely for weeks in a row and no one says anything.

As everyone predicted, the Windsors just had to do something to ?get attention? while Prince Harry is in London, testifying about the unholy alliance between tabloid media and royalty. Since King Charles is conveniently out of the country (he?s in Romania) and Queen Camilla is getting sauced at Ray Mill this week, the Princess of Wales was sent out to flap her jazz hands in an off-kilter wig. Of course!
Kate stopped by the Windsor Family Hub today, although the photo agency dated the pics for the 5th (curious). Kate and William have been on vacation, because of their kids? school break. William did stop by a football match a few days ago, so I guess it was Kate?s turn to ?do some work? during her vacation. Weirdly, I could have sworn that Will and Kate were in Norfolk this whole time, but the Windsor Family Hub is just a stone?s throw away from Windsor Castle. Hm.
Kate?s ensemble consisted of a Zara blazer which retails for 73 and Emmy London shoes retailing for 405. People assume that we?ve seen those pants and the white tee before. I actually think the ensemble and the event feel hastily thrown together, like she was only ordered, one hour beforehand, to show up somewhere and look keen. I suspect that the palace held Princess Eugenies baby announcement for Monday as well. These people are utterly transparent.

Many have theorized correctly, I believe that the Windsors are doing so many ?secret? and ?unannounced? events these days because they?re terrified of being protested. In the lead-up to the coronation, every single time King Charles stepped outside, Republic staged a protest near his events, and those protests kept getting bigger and louder. Even the so-called ?most popular royals,? Prince William and Kate, have gotten heckled by protesters, although it?s nowhere near the level directed at Charles and Camilla. Well, during her events yesterday, the Princess of Wales had to dodge some protesters. By my count, fewer than a dozen people were out, holding signs and yelling. But it?s a significant shift has Kate ever been protested by republicans while doing solo events?
A protestor couldn?t shake Kate Middleton?s focus during her latest royal duty.

Here are some photos from January 2022, when Prince William and Kate visited the Foundling Museum. Kate has another visit to the museum scheduled for today, and we?ll post those photos when we get them. Her visit today will coincide with a statement made to encourage people to donate to the museum?s latest fundraising drive. While Kate should absolutely do stuff like this more often attach her name to a fundraiser so that a cause or group gets more attention wait until you pick up on the fact that Kate and William supposedly have a huge foundation and it doesn?t sound like they?re donating anything.
Kate Middleton is appealing for help for a favorite charity dedicated to young people. The Princess of Wales, 41, says she wants to help secure the ?long-term future? of the Foundling Museum, which supports people who have been in care and develops groundbreaking work in the early years sector.
The organization wants to secure the museum?s home and custodianship of the Foundling Hospital Collection for the next 999 years and needs around $1.2 million. Princess Kate, who is patron of the center, said in a statement released Wednesday that the Foundling Museum has delivered pioneering creative ?programs and life-changing support to families and young people for over twenty years.?
?Their ground-breaking work to support each care-experienced young person to fundamentally change the future direction of their lives is one that means the world to me. Importantly, it shows that it is never too late to make a difference, and that by providing the right support, we can enable those who have faced real difficulties to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals,? the royal mom said.
?The Museum?s work opens the door to new opportunities for vulnerable children and young people, connecting them with artists and developing skills which they can take into their adult lives. By helping them to undertake this journey, we can create positive, lasting change that benefits our society as a whole,? she added.
?Just as the Museum has helped so many people, I hope that we can come together to do what we can to help protect the long-term future of this wonderful organization. I am grateful to all those who have already shown their support for the Foundling Museum and I sincerely wish that its vital work can continue for decades to come,? Kate concluded.
The Foundling Museum needs $1.2 million (1 million) to reach its target of $5.7 million (4.6 million) in its fundraising effort. Organizers have closed in on the goal via donations from 20 foundations and are now turning to the public element of the pitch.
The patronage unites two of Princess Kate?s passions ? working to help young people and their carers while also highlighting the role that art can play in therapy and support. The Foundling Hospital Collection includes masterpieces donated by the leading artists of the 18th century, like Hogarth, Gainsborough and Reynolds.
[From People]
For years now, we?ve heard that the Royal Foundation is raising all of this money from big donors, that they got their hands on various charities? donor lists and they?re using those lists to build their own charitable war chest. While I understand that the Royal Foundation can?t single-handed fund all of the causes near and dear to W&K, it does look extraordinarily cheap that Kate is making this ?urgent appeal? for funds? all while sitting on all of that foundation money. Nevermind the fact that she?s constantly blowing thousands of pounds on ugly couture, busted wiglets and copykeening whatever Meghan wore.

Last summer, the Princess of Wales hired photographer Matt Porteous to Norfolk to take family photos. I don?t know how long Porteous stayed there, but it was long enough to shoot their summery, denim-clad Christmas card, their anniversary photo and several of the kids? birthday photos. Kensington Palace has been parceling out those photos for the past year. And here?s another one from the 2022 Porteous Photoshoot, one would assume: Kate in her beekeeper?s outfit, playing with bees in Sandringham. Queen Bee Kate loves bees, don?t you know.
Kate Middleton is giving royal fans something to buzz about! The Princess of Wales, 41, skillfully handles bees in a new picture released by her office on Saturday.
The photo, which was taken by one of Princess Kate and husband Prince Williams favorite photographers, Matt Porteous, last summer, highlights World Bee Day and the royals own contribution to creating conditions for the insects to thrive.
The image was also shared on The Prince and Princess of Wales official Instagram account, with a caption that began, We are buzzing about #WorldBeeDay .
Bees are a vital part of our ecosystem and today is a great opportunity to raise awareness of the essential role bees and other pollinators play in keeping people and the planet healthy, the caption concluded.
[From People]
In June 2021, Kate debuted the ?keen beekeeper? persona and it?s been a while since she dusted it off. That 2021 incident was when she visited the Natural History Museum and she brought ?her? honey, the honey she jars from her Norfolk beehive. I wondered at the time if Kate was just taking credit for the larger beekeeping projects at various royal properties. King Charles is bee-obsessed and the Sandringham Estate sells its own branded honey, from the beehives on the estate. So? is Kate in charge of the Sandringham beehives or does she just have some of her own personal-use beehives in Norfolk? We still don?t know! The only thing I know for sure is that Kate is absolutely NOT the queen bee of Norfolk society. Say hello to Queen Bee Rose Hanbury.

| Marca: Princess Kate has 'been through the wringer' with William's verbal abuse | Added 726 days ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

I generally don?t put a lot of faith in Marca, the Spanish tabloid which covers European royals and celebrities. They have some good gossip about Spanish celebrities, for sure, and I appreciate the fact that they?re stirring up gossip about the British royals, but y?all can?t take ALL of their reporting seriously! Back in February, Marca breezily reported that Prince William spent Valentine?s Day with Rose Hanbury and they had an intimate dinner together in London. Which? the British media covers up William?s crap for the most part, but I doubt the entire British establishment would cover it up if William was flaunting his affair(s) so publicly. Meanwhile, Marca reports this week that William is being emotionally and verbally abusive to Kate. This is kind of the first time anyone has printed that.
Insiders within the royal family have been divulging a lot of controversial information lately, and now a staff member has come forward with some truly shocking allegations. This person claims that Kate Middleton has been subjected to emotional and verbal abuse by her husband, Prince William. This revelation has caused quite a stir among royal watchers and the public alike.
The staff member, who has chosen to remain anonymous, has been working closely with the royal family and therefore has firsthand knowledge of the situation. According to the source, the alleged mistreatment has taken a toll on Kate Middletons mental health, leaving her struggling to cope with the constant pressures of her royal duties and the challenges of maintaining a harmonious marriage.
Kates really been through the wringer lately, the source shared. The way William treats her is just awful, and its been really hard on her. Shes such a strong person, but even she has her breaking point.
These allegations are incredibly concerning, especially given Kate Middletons well-known work ethic and dedication to her royal duties. If the claims are true, there are serious implications for her ability to continue fulfilling her responsibilities.
[From Marca]
In the 24 hours following the Guardian?s excerpt of Prince Harry?s Spare, the part when Harry described William cornering him in Harry?s home and then violently throwing Harry to the ground, I?ll never forget how quickly thousands of royal-watchers went straight to ?what does William do to Kate behind-the-scenes.? I don?t know what happens between William and Kate, all I know is how Harry described his brother?s actions, behavior and words. I also know that everyone around William has said for years that he has a terrible temper and that he?s constantly incandescent with rage as his default emotion. It would absolutely be believable to me that William is the same way when he?s with his wife and children.
