Gearing up for a Independence Day bash, Rosie Huntington Whiteley and Jason Statham were spotted grocery shopping in Malibu, California earlier today (July 4).
The 24-year-old model and her 38-year-old actor beau were busy filling their shopping cart to the brim before unloading their just-purchased holiday goodies (which included staple bbq staple side dishes and some bottled adult beverages) into their car.
Meanwhile, Rosie has much to celebrate today, as her movie "Transformers 3" has just earned the title of biggest Fourth of July opening weekend ever!
The Paramount film has taken in over $97.4 million dollars domestically, beating out the previous record held by Spider-Man 2's $88.2 million opening.

Getting some much-needed relaxation following her worldwide "Transformers" press efforts, Rosie Huntington Whiteley joined boyfriend Jason Statham at a Fourth of July weekend beach party in Malibu yesterday (July 2).
The 24-year-old English beauty looked completely content as she lounged around on the sandy shoreline and cuddled with her "Transporters" beau during the holiday fete.
During her heavy duty "Transformers" media blitz, Miss Huntington-Whiteley attended numerous premieres while also partaking in multiple magazine cover shoots - including the July 2011 issue of British GQ.
With the behind-the-scenes video available for viewing pleasure above, Rosie made it clear that she's on a mission to give it her all when it comes to making it as a Hollywood actress.
She told the mag, "Would I like even a sniff of Angelina Jolie?s career? Yes. Do I think I have a future in this business? I certainly hope so. And I?m going to work damn hard to make sure I do."

Stopping to chat with pal Michelle Rourke along the way, the casually-clad couple continued onward with their leisurely Big Apple day following a late night at the "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" premiere the previous evening.

I think Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is both the bee’s knees and the cat’s pajamas, so prepare yourself to see her at every Transformers premiere this side of the Mississippi. She hit the red carpet at the New York premiere of the movie last night in this super-sexy red number. When asked for comment, Rosie reportedly said, “I’m not bad, I’m just drawn that way” before hopping into a cartoon taxi to play pat-a-cake with a rabbit in a bow tie and suspenders.

Last night was the NYC premiere of Transformers: Dark of the Moon, and once again, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley tried to lure me into caring about this film with her fashion porn. Unlike her gorgeous sapphire-blue Burberry gown in London, however, I?m underwhelmed by this red lam Antonio Berardi Fall 2011 gown. I really love the structure? so what?s the problem? I don?t know. I think it?s the fabric that?s bugging me. It?s too orange-red for my taste (a blood-red would have been nice) and the sheen is giving me a ?Vegas showgirl? vibe. Plus, she looks like Jessica Rabbit. Certainly, there are worse style icons, but the whole effect is kind of meh.
More photos from the New York premiere? there is never a time when Patrick Dempsey?s wife is not looking sullen and sulky. I would say she has a ?natural bitchface? but I just think she?s a morose person.
I don?t ?get? Josh Duhamel. Never have.
And finally, Shia Labeouf. I don?t like seeing him in a suit nowadays. He needs to just wander around like this.

Adding to the already massive amount of hype, ?Transformers: Dark of the Moon? held its New York City premiere tonight (June 28).
The action-packed third installment of the uber-popular series drew quite a crowd in Times Square, as stars like Shia Labeouf, Rosie Huntington Whiteley, Tyrese Gibson, Patrick Dempsey and Josh Duhamel all showed up.
Also on-hand for the "Transformers" premiere were famous siblings Willow and Jaden Smith, as well as singing sensation Gabrielle Union.
During a recent interview, LaBeouf chatted about the future of the franchise, and that he?ll be going out with a bang with this movie.
"I just don't think right now there's anywhere to take Sam. If you'd asked me fifteen years ago if I would be here, I would've said, 'No way.' I don't have a grand plan. There's not this grand scheme. I just fall into movies. I'm blessed in that regard. The movies I've been involved in, it's never been plotted and planned and picked.?
?I was seventeen when I met [director] Michael [Bay], and I'm sort of Michael Bay-raised. I've learned a great deal from Michael, as a person, as an actor, as a person on set. And it's not that I don't enjoy working with Michael. I love working with Michael. I would do any movie Michael wants to do. I just don't think there's anywhere to take it with Sam."

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s feet must have healed from the half mile Michael Bay forced her to walk because she showed up at the UK premiere of Transformers looking great. She no doubt floated above the red carpet since she’s obviously too good to walk on anything that’s not a runway.
