Treating themselves to a delicious dinner out, Rosie Huntington Whiteley and Jason Statham were spotted at Nobu restaurant in Malibu last night (July 19).
The supermodel/actress and her hunky ?Italian Job? stud both looked snazzy as they enjoyed their evening, walking a few feet apart as they made their exit.
Rosie is back in the States after spending time overseas for various ?Transformers: Dark of the Moon? promotional duties.
Meanwhile, Jason?s latest film ?Blitz? will be coming to DVD and Blu-Ray on August 23rd and sees Statham as a cop in pursuit of a serial killer.

Finished up with her overseas press duties, the lovely Rosie Huntington Whiteley was spotted arriving back in the States via LAX Airport in Los Angeles on Sunday (July 17).
Clad in a longsleeve top, leather pants, flats and sporting a necklace of her name, the English model/actress looked in fine form as she waited for a chauffeured ride home following the long flight originating out of Osaka, Japan.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Huntington-Whiteley has been occupied with promotional efforts for "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" - as she premiered the film in Osaka on Saturday (July 16) alongside co-star Shia Labeouf and director Michael Bay, with the trio appearing in Shanghai, China two days prior.
Meanwhile, the movie has done quite well for itself, as expected, churning out another $23.5 million this weekend for a total of $305 million in ticket sales.

Out for another Asian press effort, Shia Labeouf and Rosie Huntington Whiteley were side-by-side in Osaka, Japan on Saturday (July 16).
With director Michael Bay also in attendance, the trio attended the "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" press conference and stage greeting/premiere at Osaka Station City Cinema - with the film set to open on July 29 in Japan.
The Osaka press duties come as Shia and Rosie's movie continues to pile up the cash - with the film having raked in another $6.8 million on Friday.
Pacing towards another $21 million in earnings this weekend, the latest box office earnings push the action film's grand total up to a whopping $303 million!

Traveling throughout Asia in the name of her new movie, Rosie Huntington Whiteley was spotted arriving at Osaka's Kansai International Airport on Friday (July 15).
The model turned actress was looking casual in skintight black pants and a grey sweater as she offered up a wave while in town promoting her blockbuster movie "Transformers: Dark of the Moon".
Miss Huntington Whiteley will be premiering the movie in the Japanese locale after having joined co-star Shia Labeouf at the Shanghai, China press duties the previous day.
Talking about choosing Rosie to replace Megan Fox in the "Transformers" franchise, director Michael Bay (who's also on the Asia tour) told press, "I wanted someone new, fresh, different. Basically, the relationship was boy meets girl in the first movie. The second movie, the boy has the girl. The third movie, they are [only] 22 years old. Do they get married and have kids at 22? So we decided to get a new girl."

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was made the face of Burberry’s newest fragrance, Body. For the campaign shot by Mario Testino, Rosie is featured wearing only a satin Burberry trench and little else.
9 out of 10 people agree that this ad makes them want to buy perfume. Granted, these 9 people are also complete idiots.

Transformers beauty Rosie Huntington Whiteley stars in new ads for Burberry shot by Mario Testino in which her naughty bits are barely covered by one of their famous gorgeous trench coats. At first glance I thought this was an ad for the clothes, and I found it strange that they would do a clothing ad in which the focus is on the model’s body, not the clothes. This is an ad for Burberry perfume though, and they’re selling some vague idea of beauty, youth and sexiness, somehow attainable through scent. So in that respect I suppose this is a decent ad that is sure to get a lot of buzz. We’re talking about it after all.
Rosie is the “Burberry Body,” and all they have to go along with this announcement is a statement from Whiteley about how it’s an “honor” and a “compliment” and a scant few multimedia bits. There’s this bizarre 4 seconds long video in which it looks like Rosie is going to great pains to move her head to the side. I’m being serious, watch the video.
And there’s this announcement where she declares herself the “Burberry Body.” It’s all of 10 seconds.
I guess she’s a good choice in that she’s in a huge summer movie and is the next “it” girl. She’s also shown some really gorgeous fashion while premiering T3 this summer. USA Today has a slideshow interview with Rosie in which she talks about her premiere dresses and she says “I?ve been very lucky, designers have been very kind to me.” She said of the cobalt blue Burberry number that Kaiser loved that “We collaborated on it. I loved that one.”
Rosie is so lovely that she can sell anything. I don’t think we need to see half her body for a perfume ad, but that’s just me. If she wasn’t baring so much we wouldn’t be talking about her now would we?
Here’s Rosie outside her car yesterday. JustJared says she’s wearing Burberry. She’s so pretty even without makeup. There’s something awkward about her though, like she’s a teen who just went through a growth spurt. She’s all of 24.

Closing out the weekend with a little time together, Rosie Huntington Whiteley and Jason Statham took an afternoon stroll down the beach in Malibu, CA on Sunday (July 10).
The "Transformers" beauty and her "Transporters" beau looked to be in deep conversation as Rosie was busy telling Jason a story during their walk along the Pacific coastline.
The beach sighting comes as Miss Huntington-Whiteley has plenty of reason to celebrate - as her movie "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" once again captured the top spot at the weekend box office.
The Michael Bay directed picture beat out "Horrible Bosses" and "Zookeeper" with a $47 million weekend take - pushing its total earnings up to a staggering $261 million thus far.

The ?Transformers: Dark of the Moon? actress carried her steamy beverage up the street, sporting a grey scoopneck top, distressed jeans, and sunglasses.
And despite her hyphenated last name, Rosie insists that she didn?t have a luxurious English upbringing.
She explained, ?People assume I grew up with a silver spoon in my mouth because of the surname, but nothing is further from the truth. I grew up on a farm with chickens, ducks, sheep, pigs and horses. But my mum was always very glamorous and beautiful.?
