Pamela Anderson filed for divorce from Rick Salomon earlier this week. They were married for the second time January and split less than six months later. Anderson and Salomon’s first marriage in 2007 lasted just two months so this is progress. (Anderson was also married to Tommy Lee from ’95-’98 and to Kid Rock for less than a month in 2006.)
Up to now we haven’t known why idea why Anderson and Salomon split, but it’s not like anyone expected them to last. Anderson may want to explain things. She has posted a very long, wordy poem to her Facebook page in which she heavily implies that her breakup happened after she found out that Salomon was up to some kinky sh*t online. I’m going to rely on E!’s bulleted highlights here, because the original is difficult to decipher. It’s some kind of treatise on her identity as a sex symbol preventing her from having a genuine relationship. At least that’s what I got out of it, there’s a lot to read into:

I can’t tell whether she’s saying that she checked Salomon’s web history and found that he was into bizarre sex stuff online, or whether he was ordering prostitutes or both. Not that it matters, I just wonder about it.
There’s more in the poem that hints at serious problems in her relationship and how she’s suffering. She writes: “It doesn’t feel good to be used, neglected, ignored—
controlled….
I’m not doing this—
It’s humiliating – I have to turn this around–
Settling is powerless- desperate–
an illusion–
Can’t buy your way out of this one …buddy!!”
Anderson also references drug or alcohol abuse. “feeling empty, sad– withdrawn- Left to Isolate– Medicate.”
I really, really hope she’s ok. She sounds very vulnerable and upset and I hope she has friends around her. About two months ago, Anderson revealed that she was sexually abused as a child. (Some of you mentioned that she opened up about this in the past.) It sounds like she’s really struggling with her relationship and her sense of well being. I’m worried about her.

I never paid attention to Rick Salomon long enough to form much of an opinion of him. He?s the guy in Paris Hilton?s sex tape, the sex tape that made her famous. He also married Shannon Doherty at some point back in the early aughts. He married Pamela Anderson back in 2007, but they had it annulled after a few months. Then they went back for more at some point last year I guess, and they got married again. And now it?s over. Good lord, Pam. You can do better than this!!
Pam Anderson is pulling the plug on her marriage to Rick Salomon … TMZ has learned. This will be Pam’s second split from Salomon, whom she married in 2007 and stayed with all of 2 months. She got the marriage annulled. She was also married to Tommy Lee and Kid Rock.
Pam went public in January, saying she married Salomon again.
Interesting timing … Salomon, a world-class poker player, won $2.8 million in the World Series of Poker Big One for One Drop last Tuesday. Pam filed on Thursday, so under the community property laws she gets half by the skin of her teeth … unless there’s a prenup.
In case you don’t recognize Salomon, he’s the one who co-starred with Paris Hilton in the famous sex tape, “One Night in Paris.” And then there’s Pam’s famous flick with Tommy Lee.

I actually forgot how many times Pam has been through this whole marriage-and-divorce thing. I completely blocked out the fact that she married Kid Rock. Seriously, I have so little memory of that. I think Pam just has issues with men and relationships. I think she?s like a dirtbag-magnet. And maybe those dirtbags genuinely love her (I believe Tommy Lee genuinely loved her), but she needs to phase them out. She?s 47 years old! She should settle down with a lawyer or a restaurateur. Someone with a real job, at the very least.

For months, Pamela Anderson has been going without her weave/extensions. Last October, she chopped off her hair into a shaggy pixie and she maintained it really well. I usually don?t like pixie cuts, but short hair really suited her. But I guess Pamela was totally over it! These are some new pics of Pam at last night?s World Music Awards held in Monte Carlo. This weave? gurl! NO. STAHP.
Previously, Pam had said that her old rock ?n? roll weave was bad for her, saying:
?The rock-star thing became very destructive, like, wow. I didn?t know what I was doing. I just kind of became that thing. The hair, that rock-star kind of lifestyle, just living a dream. It kind of took over. It started out very innocent and then I turned into a cartoon character. And I started to feel like a cartoon character.?

The thing is? I kind of get it. Even though the pixie cut suited her remarkably well, it?s tough to adjust especially when you?ve had long hair for years. But the answer is NOT getting this budget, ganky weave. Kim Zolciak wouldn?t even touch this weave and Zolciak?s hair looks like it came from a Barbie doll. So? if Pam wants long hair again, go ahead. But just get a better weave!

Pamela Anderson was at a fundraising event in Cannes for her animal rights group, the Pamela Anderson Foundation. She gave a speech to the crowd in which she revealed that she was molested at age 6, raped at age 12 and gang raped as a teen, leaving her suicidal. It all sounded horrible. Pamela said that her love of animals helped get her through the tough times.
Addressing the audience at the launch of The Pamela Anderson Foundation, an advocacy for animal rights, the actress surprised the crowd of 200 guests when she took the mic and opened up about her painful past, beginning with being molested as a little girl.
“I did not have an easy childhood. Despite loving parents, I was molested from age six by a female babysitter,” Anderson, 46, said at the Cannes Film Festival event, which she attended with husband Rick Salomon, according to The Daily Mail.
Six years later, the former Baywatch star had her first “heterosexual experience” when a board game with an acquaintance turned into a horrific ordeal.
“I went to a friend’s boyfriend’s house and his older brother decided to teach me backgammon, which led into a back massage, which led into rape,” she said. “He was 25 years old and I was 12.”
After a boyfriend “decided it would be funny to gang-rape me with six friends,” Anderson admitted she “wanted off this earth,” reports Radar Online ? until her love of animals helped her heal.
“My affinity with animals saved me, they came to me naturally. The trees spoke to me. I wasn’t sure why I was alive ? a burning question, a quest,” she said. “My loyalty remained with the animal kingdom. I vowed to protect them and only them. I prayed to the whales with my feet in the ocean, my only real friends until I had children.”
A rep for the star tells PEOPLE: “We’re not commenting any further regarding Pam’s speech at Cannes.”

That’s so sad and heartbreaking. I hope that she feels ok now. I hope that the fact that she’s talking about it means that she’s feeling like she’s ready, like she’s healed. Pamela’s awful story makes me want to protect my child. My heart goes out to her.
