Gearing up for a departing flight, Milla Jovovich was spotted at LAX International Airport last night (August 25).
The ?Zoolander? actress looked to be in good spirits as she waved to the shutterbugs while strolling into the terminal.
As for her upcoming film ?Resident Evil: Afterlife,? Milla told press she is geeked at how action-packed and visually awesome it will be.
"I'm blown away by the things that I've seen so far that we've done. ? I mean, we're flipping out doing it, so I would imagine people will flip out seeing it."
"It's in 3D, which is making this movie just come to life in a way that none of the other films can even pretend to, because it's sucking the audience in. We are using this 3D technology to its fullest potential."

Boy, the last time I saw abs like these, it was this morning and I was looking in a mirror. But I can’t go around looking in a mirror all day, now can I? It’s just not practical. And you wouldn’t believe how hard it makes navigating a school zone. That’s why I’m glad that Mila Jovovich decided to show hers off in Italian Maxim. Involuntary manslaughter and vehicular homicide charges can really cramp a girl with rockin abs’ style.

Hard at work on their new film, Wentworth Miller, Milla Jovovich, Ali Larter and Spencer Locke prepared for a “Resident Evil: Afterlife” scene on a ship in Lake Ontario on Wednesday (November 4).
The foursome just got started on the Paul W.S. Anderson directed flick, which is the 4th installment from the franchise with a release date set for August 27, 2010.
As for the plotline, a summary tells, “In a world ravaged by a virus infection, turning its victims into the Undead, Alice continues on her journey to find survivors and lead them to safety. Her deadly battle with the Umbrella Corporation reaches new heights, but Alice gets some unexpected help from an old friend. A new lead that promises a safe haven from the Undead leads them to Los Angeles, but when they arrive the city is overrun by thousands of Undead and Alice and her comrades are about to step into a deadly trap.”
Excited about the new gig, Miss Jovovich tweeted: “Wow, just finished a scene with Ali Larter and Wentworth Miller on a skiff approaching the huge ship. To say its cold is a joke. A bitter joke. Of course, Ali and I aren’t wearing much and to make matters worse Wenty is driving the boat himself and crashing it repeatedly! lol!”

| Milla Jovovich on violence in films: 'parents need to take more responsibility' | Added 15 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Ukranian model and actress Milla Jovovich, 33, plays the lead in the uber-violent Resident Evil films, based on the video game of the same name. She’s currently promoting the alien abduction movie The Fourth Kind, out November 6. Jovovich spoke with Parade Magazine about being a mom to her daughter Ever, 2, with her husband, director Paul W. S. Anderson, and parental responsibility when it comes to violence in movies. I’m not that familiar with Milla, but ever since I read her funny explanation of how she gained a lot of weight during her pregnancy (which of course she lost pretty quickly), I’ve had a high opinion of her. She seems very funny and down to earth.
Now she’s feeling good as a mom.
“Before you have kids, you create so many problems that are centered in yourself. You’re thinking, Am I ready for this audition? Am I good enough? Now that I have a kid, it’s not such a big deal. Even if I don’t get the job, I know I’m going to be really busy at home. Being a mother to my daughter, Ever, is a full-time job. Now it’s all about my baby, her growing up well and getting everything she needs. Everything else is just a plus.”
Her message to parents.
“You’ve got to know your kids like the back of your hand and make sure they’re honest with you and not scared to tell you things. I know when Ever goes to school I’ll be letting my little bird go, but I just want to make sure she tells me everything that happened, good or bad.”
Take charge of what your children watch.
“I think parents need to take a lot more responsibility than they do about whether it’s OK for their children to go to Resident Evil or any other movie with violence or sex or whatever. It’s really easy to blame Hollywood for violence having an effect on kids, but movies would have no power if parents would just set their own standards. And it’s the same with video games.”
The video game that jump-started her career.
“Me and my brother Marco would play Resident Evil together and I said to him, ‘This is the perfect vehicle for me.’ I mean, Alice wears a tube top and a mini-skirt and she’s killing zombies. So when I first auditioned, I said to Paul [director Paul W. S. Anderson, her husband ] ‘If I don’t get this part my brother is going to kill me because he sees a huge boost in his popularity at school if I play her.’”
[From Parade]
That’s cute that she calls her daughter her “little bird,” and I agree that once you have kids you don’t sweat the small stuff anymore. There’s too much going on in your life. My son is five so I haven’t really had to deal with extremely violent movies, but I have had to make sure that he’s not playing video games on the computer that include shooting or violence. (It’s not as bad as it sounds. Some older kids from his camp introduced him to miniclip.com and they have a ton of games, some of which are not appropriate for little kids, but he has his favorites and they’re ok for kids. It’s not like he’s seen first person shoot ‘em ups. He also loves nitrome.com) For those of you with tweens and teenagers - how do make sure they’re not seeing violence on tv or film? How do you deal with limiting access to violent video games? Some of the stuff that’s out there now is pretty horrifying.

Model and actress Milla Jovovich married her longtime boyfriend/partner/baby-daddy Paul W.S. Anderson on Saturday. The bride wore a vintage-style wedding dress that she designed herself, and they were married in the backyard of their Beverly Hills home. Anderson is an English director (he?s done Resident Evil and Alien versus Predator) but he shouldn?t be confused with American director Paul Thomas Anderson, who did Magnolia and is with Maya Rudolph. Paul?s IMDB page says that he?s ?sick and tired? of having to explain the frogs in Magnolia, so cut him slack, people! He?s not P.T. Anderson! Milla and Paul are parents to 20-month old daughter Ever Gabo:
Milla Jovovich married director Paul W.S. Anderson in an intimate outdoor ceremony at their home in Beverly Hills on Saturday, PEOPLE has confirmed.
The bride, 33, wore a ’60’s-style mini dress she designed herself as she walked down the aisle in the backyard of the couple’s Spanish-style house, decorated with red and white floral arrangements.
The couple exchanged matching 18k Neil Lane classic gold wedding bands, to go with Jovovich’s 19th century vintage gold engagement ring with colored pink, yellow and white diamonds.
Among the 50 guests in attendance was actor Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian. The couple’s 20-month-old daughter Ever Gabo was also present.
“They’re a super duper couple,” says Lane of the newlyweds. “They clearly adore each other.”
Before the ceremony, guests enjoyed a cocktail reception by the pool, where a Spanish guitarist and a female vocalist entertained with traditional Spanish music.
After the ceremony, there was a reception that included entertainment by Cuban musicians playing traditional Cuban drums. The wedding cake was a round, four-tiered white cake decorated with a ribbon.
Jovovich and Anderson, 44, first met in 2002, when he directed her in the box office hit Resident Evil. They welcomed daughter Ever Gabo in November 2006.
“Having a child has completely changed the way I look at my life,” Jovovich told PEOPLE earlier this year. “I don’t worry about my career or what other people think about me. My main priority now is my child and my family.”
As for what the future holds for the couple? “I definitely want more kids!” Jovovich said. “I grew up as an only child, so I’ve always wanted to have a big family. I don’t know what the future will hold, but knock on wood, I hope it’ll bring me a big family.”
The actress can currently be seen opposite Steve Zahn and Timothy Olyphant in the thriller A Perfect Getaway, which premiered on August 7. Anderson’s latest film, which he wrote and directed, was 2008’s Death Race starring Jason Stratham.

It sounds like a lovely, low-key ceremony. I wonder how and why Patrick Dempsey was a guest. Doesn?t that seem random? Milla and Paul met while he was directing her on Resident Evil, and they?ve been together ever since. They don?t seem scandalous in the least, just happy and decent. Congratulations to the happy couple!

Making for quite the beautiful moment, Milla Jovovich tied the knot with Paul W.S. Anderson during a lovely outdoor ceremony in Beverly Hills on Saturday (August 22).
Wearing a white sleeveless mini dress of her own design, Milla gracefully walked down the aisle in the backyard of the couple’s Spanish-style villa in front of a 50-person guest list comprised of friends and family.
Beginning at 5:30 p.m, the 20-minute ceremony was full of laughs, with the couple exchanging matching 18k Neil Lane classic gold wedding bands with their 20-month-old daughter, Ever Gabo, by their side.
Following the exchange of vows, a fun-filled reception including Cuban musicians and a four-tiered white cake kept everyone in celebratory mode.
Meanwhile, it sounds as if more kids are on the way for Jovovich and Anderson, as Milla told press, “I definitely want more kids! I grew up as an only child, so I’ve always wanted to have a big family. I don’t know what the future will hold, but knock on wood, I hope it’ll bring me a big family.”

Milla Jovovich popped out a kid last November and now she’s back to looking amazing. Britney’s popped out two kids and it’s taken three years for her former body and fat body to compromise and meet somewhere in the middle. Based on that time line, Milla should be photographed standing next to Colonel Sanders in an over-sized sundress instead of lying seductively on a bed showing off her kick-ass body. What kind of sorcery is this.
