The last time I discussed Emma Roberts and Evan Peters was not a pleasant occasion. (Has this couple ever produced any cheery, heartwarming news? Nope.) We spoke about their explosive fight at San Diego Comic-Con. Emma started pushing Evan around at a party, and he fled the scene. Their relationship is not a healthy one, and god only knows why he proposed to her in January.
I suspect the Comic-Con incident wasn’t the first time Emma got physical with Evan since her domestic violence arrest last summer. One doesn’t go from biting and hitting to completely behaving themselves. At least, it doesn’t happen without professional help. Sources have said the relationship is a mess with Emma and Evan going to “passionate, extreme” ends. Evan’s family is reportedly very upset that he won’t quit Emma. According to Star, Emma knows the drill and is trying to get Evan to elope. She wants the deed done:

I believe this story because Star has had a few inside scoops on Evan and Emma. “Passion” should never be an excuse for hurting anyone. A physically abusive person will not stop being violent simply because they’re enjoying post-marital bliss. Emma’s already been busted for laying hands on Evan in public and in private. This couple needs an intervention. I hope Evan’s family steps in before it’s far too late.

Treating herself to a swanky pampering session, Emma Roberts showed up at Nine Zero One Salon on Monday afternoon (August 4).
The ?Hotel for Dogs? actress smiled for the shutterbugs as she scurried back to her car, flaunting her new hair extensions and sporting a Marlboro parody shirt that actually said ?Moreboys.?
Miss Roberts and her fianc Evan Peters are excited for the upcoming season of their hit television show ?American Horror Story: Freak Show,? set in the 1950s.
Creator Ryan Murphy told press, ?I just love it. It feels really right. I thought it was going to be light but it?s turning out to be quite terrifyingly dark, which it feels much more like the Asylum season. But look ? if you have a character named the Clown Killer, it?s going to be dark.?

Emma Roberts is enjoying a relaxing Hawaiian vacation and wants everyone to know about it. She’s been Instagramming bikini pics and soaking up some sun while enjoying juice drinks in the pool. Those are some seriously tiny swimsuits. Emma is vacationing with fianc Evan Peters during their American Horror Story hiatus. I guess this is an upswing period of their “passionate, extreme relationship.”
Everything is literally peachy for Emma right now. A new story in Star claims that Emma is addicted to juicing and that she does not eat solid meals. Only liquid ones. The details arrive from an eyewitness who saw Emma grocery shopping and filling a cart with nothing but juice:
The juice is loose for pin-thin starlet Emma Roberts. An eyewitness saw the actress at Whole Foods in Beverly Hills on May 16 filling her cart up with liquid meals!
?Emma had at least 50 bottles of a popular cleanse in her cart,? the onlooker reveals. ?She cleared out the entire section … and she looked insanely skinny.?
While juicing can be healthy, Emma is taking it to the extreme. “Juice needs to be fresh because it loses its nutrients quickly,” the informed shopper explains. “So unless she drank 50 bottles a day, she didn’t get any benefits. It’s pretty clear she was just trying to cut back on calories – which is crazy, because she’s already so small.”

Maybe Emma really is addicted to juicing, or maybe she was simply preparing for her Hawaiian bikini photos. I’m not saying crash diets are healthy (at all), but I can understand wanting to look good before putting swimsuit pictures on Instagram. Was it really a cleanse though, or was Emma simply buying a bunch of “Naked” juice bottles? Maybe they weren’t all for her. You never know.
What I’m more concerned about is that Emma’s having a such a “romantic” time with Evan Peters. I still don’t understand that couple and why they stayed together after Emma allegedly punched and bit him last year. Nobody was outraged when Evan stayed with Emma, but if the genders were reversed, the story would have been different. Their dynamic in photos is always so weird.

Proving she?s a masterful multi-tasker, Emma Roberts ran some errands in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon (May 7).
The ?We?re The Millers? actress seemed preoccupied as she chatted on her hot Pink iPhone while wearing a retro 1984 Summer Olympics t-shirt paired with snake skin boots.
Later in the evening, Emma dropped by ? Jimmy Kimmel Live? and complained about unfair treatment she received from the LAPD when she was recently pulled over for talking on the phone while driving.
Roberts explained, "I was like, 'I'm eating a bagel, my phone is in my purse,' and he's like, 'I've heard a lot of stories, but eating on the bagel (sic), never heard that one.' I was like, 'What are you talking about, I have cream cheese on my face! I'm eating a bagel.??
"He wrote me a ticket for talking on the phone... and then when he asked for my license, I was like, 'Oh my God, my house flooded. I don't have my license,' and he still didn't believe me, and he then wrote me a ticket for both of these things. Now I have to go to court and I'm scared.?
She continued, "The ticket was cryptic. It wasn't like, 'Pay the fine'. It was like, 'Downtown... July 2nd... 4pm.? You can't even log in (to the Los Angeles court website) and get it over with."

These are photos of Emma Roberts wearing a Chloe dress at a New Yorkers for Children event last week. I haven’t talked yet about her new blonde bob, which looks really good. What doesn’t look good? Emma disregarding James Franco’s Instagram antics.
I don’t expect this Emma story to gain as much traction as one about the defenders of Woody Allen. Emma seems to inspire boredom in comment threads. People were alarmed when she was arrested for domestic violence for biting and hitting Evan Peters. They got got dramatically engaged a few months later, and no one cared. Let’s do this anyway.
James was busted a month ago by the internet for trying to pick up a 17-year-old girl on Instagram. Franco “apologized” for his antics by admitting, “I used bad judgment.” His explanation was that it was super hard to meet people because he’s so famous. There was nothing in his apology about the creep factor of a 36-year-old man hitting on a teenager. Some people thought the whole thing was a publicity stunt for Palo Alto (he plays a coach that beds a high school student). I think he was trying to score and knew people would believe it was a stunt.
Emma Roberts is now promoting her role in Palo Alto as the teenager seduced by Franco. She says that Instagram stuff meant nothing at all and is completely “irrelevant” to her:
After James Franco’s Instagram conversation with a 17-year-old went viral, rumors swirled that the whole thing was a publicity stunt to promote Franco’s new film “Palo Alto,” which is screening at the Tribeca Film Festival.
When Franco’s co-star Emma Roberts and director Gia Coppola joined HuffPost Live’s Josh Zepps to discuss “Palo Alto,” neither woman was keen on talking about the Instagram incident.
“I honestly didn’t read any of it. When people sent it to me, I was like, ‘I don’t want to read about this.’ It’s irrelevant,” Roberts said.
Coppola added that she has not spoken to Franco about the matter and said only that he is “such a great, giving guy.”
Roberts was more open about her relationship with Franco on film. Roberts plays a virginal high school student who develops a flirtatious relationship with her soccer coach, portrayed by Franco. Despite some critics labeling the characters’ relationship as “too creepy to be hot,” Roberts said the age difference never felt gratuitous.
“And I think also because I wasn’t really 15 or 16, I think that kind of lightened the mood with shooting those scenes. I was 21, so it wasn’t like anything bad was actually happening,” Roberts added.

Emma could have told HuffPo that she simply didn’t want to discuss the Franco Instagram controversy. She decided to throw a little attitude in there instead. What does Emma even mean by “irrelevant“? Other than “I’m not interested and want to stick my head in the sand,” I don’t know. Emma’s previously gone off on how nepotism doesn’t exist in Hollywood, so I think she falls into denial when she doesn’t like an interview question.
You’ve probably already heard about Franco’s semi-NSFW nude paintings of Seth Rogen. Franco also has a new art exhibit out at the Pace gallery. Reviews are astoundingly bad. Vulture is convinced that George W. Bush is a better artist than Franco. The Daily Beast wonders why the art world still bothers with Franco at all. The New York Times says Franco is “embarrassingly clueless when it comes to art.” I’m surprised Franco hasn’t called the NYT critic “a little bitch” yet.
Franco is still finding time (while starring on Broadway) to post more gross, shirtless selfies to his Instagram account.

Per the synopsis, ?A dark drama centered on a group of teens with a penchant for finding trouble.?
The Gia Coppola-directed film also stars Val Kilmer and is slated to hit theaters on May 9.

Sharing more than just their feelings in Indio, CA, Emma Roberts and Evan Peters held each other close at the 2014 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on Friday (April 11).
Wrapping her arms around her man, the "American Horror Story" starlet sported a sleeveless white top over a cream colored lace skirt, and Evan went casual in a white tee and denim shorts.
Snapping a picture of the festival's set up, the 23-year-old tweeted, "It's finally here!! #coachella2014 ks_saturday #saturdayis."
Emma seems to be in a cheerier mood, after flipping the bird to a group of paparazzi who snapped pictures of her at the Grove in LA on Wednesday, and it looks like music and her man are enough to bring out the best in her!
