The "Firework" cutie donned an olive green warm up suit embellished with peacock feathers as she and a pal went inside.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, the talented songstress listed the home she bought with her ex Russell Brand up for sale.
The former love nest is on the market for a cool $6.9 million.

The newly single Katy Perry showed up to Nickelodeons 26th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards where she was the prettiest girl there. I bet all the boys wanted to talk to her but couldn’t because they all had painful boners.
As far as the actual awards show goes, I have no idea if Katy won anything. Unless there was a category called “Person I’d Most Like to Motorboat,” in which case, she won all the awards. Twice.

At Saturday’s Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, Katy Perry wore Herve Ledger by Max Azria, and she failed to tone down her sex-kitten vibe for the kiddies. This ensemble featured a tight, tight skirt and a halter bra top, which has no business being at this event. This is Katy’s first red carpet appearance since her second breakup with John Mayer, and I imagine she’s showing doucheface exactly what he’s missing. Their latest split took the cover of People, and an insider claims that the breakup was a result of John’s manipulations: “He’s very defensive and comes across as extremely jealous of her career. He’s basically using Katy, who fits into his plan to stay in the spotlight right now.” So basically, he used her to stay in the headlines because he can’t do much singing due to his throat granuloma, and he probably cheated on her too.
But back to Katy’s look. I really think that a bare midriff is a bit too much for a children’s event, and maybe it wouldn’t have looked as extreme on someone else, but Katy’s boobs always take center stage. A bra and a skirt for this event? Inappropriate. Also, Katy took great care to pose seductively, and it all looks very desperate. Katy could have highlighted her gorgeous figure without going to such extremes.
I also never cease to be amazed at how much makeup Katy wears even when going for a “neutral” look.
Selena Gomez looked just right for the occasion in Oscar de la Renta. This soft blue silk peplum top and white linen shorts are very age appropriate for Selena, and the ankle-cuff sandals make the look even more fun. I’m a little bit tired of her obsession with hair extensions because that’s just so much hair, and the effect when combined with Selena’s baby face is a bit bobble-headish. Her makeup looks good though even if the artist got a bit carried away with the undereye concealer.
Poor Ashley Tisdale will never be able to escape her style rut, I’m afraid. She wore a Rafael Cennamo, seafoam-colored dress with an illusion neckline, and the effect is not only slightly ice-capadey but also very dated. Overall, the look is very busy with clashing silver sandals and a copper-toned clutch that easily overpower the dress. The ombre hair doesn’t help much. I’d like to see Ashley go simple for once, you know? Instead, she’s dressing like a continuation of her Sharpay character on High School Musical.
Victoria Justice looked colorful and cute in this Pia Pauro dress. I’m not crazy about the tribal print, but I do like these bright orange Aldo “Alvara” sandals.
Bella Thorne wore a Bec & Bridge silver peplum top over a matching skirt, and she accessorized with neon pinks pumps. If she would have kept it simple, this look would have been great for the occasion, but she added a bizarre, overdone Dannijo necklace with Dannijo earrings that looked like spiders clamped onto her ears.

Here we go again! One mere month after John Mayer gave Katy Perry a $46,000 (yet somehow still cheap looking) ring for Valentine’s Day, the two have reportedly called it quits … for the second time. This most recent breakup actually comes as a shock to me because although the two started dating last August (as the perfectly gross couple) and broke up for the first time two months later, they quickly got back together again. Then things supposedly got serious with John dressing as gross-sexy Santa and visiting Katy’s family for Christmas. John also bragged to Rolling Stone about their wonderful relationship: “I?m quite happy. I?m happy in all aspects of my life. I?m very happy in all aspects of my life.” I honestly thought they’d make it to at least a year together before breaking up again because Katy’s wilful douche-blindness seemed semi-permanent, but now it’s over all over again:
Katy Perry and John Mayer have once again said goodbye — for now. The pop songstress, 28, and singer-songwriter, 35, have split for the second time, multiple sources confirm to Us Weekly. The high-profile pair began casually dating during summer 2012, and briefly called it quits back in August before reconciling the next month.
“It’s sad,” one pal tells Us, but cautions that it might not be a permanent break. “It’s not over until it’s over. You have to see how things play out.” Adds another source: “She’s leaving the window open. They have both been so focused on work.”
Indeed, Perry has been busy recording her third studio album in Los Angeles, while Mayer — on the mend following serious vocal problems and throat surgery last year — is prepping for upcoming tour dates and a live Google Hangout chat this Thursday, March 21.
Following their September 2012 reconciliation, the twosome seemed to ramp up their relationship: The “Waiting on the World to Change” troubadour visited Perry’s Santa Barbara hometown in November, they attended high-profile events together as a couple, and Mayer, famous for his string of A-list exes, gushed about Perry in a January 60 Minutes interview. “I’m very happy in all aspects of my life,” said Mayer, who had messy splits with the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Love Hewitt, to name a few.
Perry, who finalized her divorce from Russell Brand in February 2012, was tweeting happily about her man as recently as March 2. “My boyfriend is taking me to a kitten shelter in his truck,” she wrote to her nearly 34 million followers. “I can’t think of a more perfect Saturday.” But on Monday, March 18, she suggested she’s been dealing with turmoil. “ATTENTION: Mercury is OUT of retrograde today. Thank GOD,” Perry wrote.

Naturally, I’m guessing that John probably did this relationship in by cheating on Katy, and she found out about it. There have been buzzings all along that he’s been getting some on the side with sex dates from the very beginning. Of course, the source tells Us that this upheaval in their romance has everything to do with mutual busy schedules, but — let’s face it — John is not relationship material, and Katy knew it but signed up for it anyway because she wanted to change him. I’d feel bad for Katy, but she must have been aware of John’s reputation before going there.
Meanwhile, Katy is still trying to quietly unload the $6.5 million estate that she bought with Russell Brand even though neither one of them oficially ever moved into the home. For his part, Russell has let slip on an Xfm radio program that he and Katy’s “marriage was shaky from the get-go.” Poor Katy — she really needs to take some time out from relationships because she keeps on picking the wrong dudes for her.

PEOPLE reports that Katy Perry and John Mayer have split thus signaling the end of that confusing phase she was going through. They’ve parted ways after 7 months of dating which, frankly, was way 6 months too long anyway.
Katy can now get back to what she’s good at doing. Wearing cone shaped bras that shoot fireworks.

Nearly unrecognizable casually dressed and make-up free as she headed to the gym, Katy Perry stepped out in Beverly Hills on Saturday (March 16).
The "California Gurls" singer sported a simple dark gray hoodie over a white T-shirt, black workout tights, and black sneakers as she pulled her hair back and hid her eyes behind shades.
Though a recent rumor stated that the 28-year-old pop star would be writing a tell-all autobiography, a rep insists that the reports are false, stating, "No book, no deal."
Meanwhile, Katy is enjoying her time with current beau, John Mayer, tweeting earlier this month, "My boyfriend is taking me to a kitten shelter in his truck. I can't think of a more perfect Saturday."

Taking her fitness look seriously, the ?I Kissed a Girl? songstress donned black gym pants and a grey hoodie as she trekked through a park near her home.
The 28-year-old and boyfriend John Mayer have been the subjects of speculation to take spots on the judging panel of "The X-Factor.?
Though she has appeared on the show as a guest judge, Ms. Perry has repeatedly said she is not interested in a full-time stint.

John and Katy were out on a date an Italian restaurant in these photos, and Katy was showing off a new ruby ring on her significant finger. The ring, which looks rather cheap to me (but I don’t like yellow gold), supposedly set John back 30,000, which equals approximately $46,563. So I guess those rumors about John going ring hunting were all too true, but don’t worry just yet. According to an insider who spoke with The Sun, this is only a “ commitment ring,” and in the eyes of John, commitment probably has an incredibly relative meaning:
John Mayer has set himself up for a massive dent in the bank balance if he decides to propose to Katy Perry.
She was pictured on Valentine’s Day with a ruby ring on her wedding finger.
But instead of getting engaged, John bought the missus a commitment ring to celebrate them moving in together.
