Taking care of the day’s duties, Kate Moss was spotted making her way out of her London home on Wednesday (January 20).
Still not wearing her supposedly recently received engagement ring, the sexy supermodel headed to an antique shop before going over to the Topshop head offices.
As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Moss reportedly received a diamond engagement ring from her longtime boyfriend Jamie Hince during her 36th birthday festivities over the past weekend.
An insider told press, “Kate was stunned- Jamie called her up and told her not to come home. He said he was flying out to Mustique. He had carefully picked a ring and chose her birthday to propose. It was the first time they had been alone together in quite a while and it was extremely emotional.”

Even though this report seems to have originated in The Daily Mail, many other sources are running with it, so I think it?s true - Kate Moss is engaged! Her boyfriend of more than two years, Jamie Hince, is said to have popped the question over the holidays in Mustique. Apparently, they are already living together, and Jamie wanted to take the next step, so he picked out a nice ring and ?surprised? Kate by flying to her on holiday and proposing on her birthday. Which sounds really nice, actually. No snark.
So far, her love life has brought her mostly heartache and headlines. But Kate Moss may finally be heading for domestic bliss after her boyfriend, Kills guitarist Jamie Hince, proposed.
Hince, 40, flew out to meet Miss Moss last week while she was working in Mustique and proposed on Saturday, her 36th birthday, using a diamond ring chosen with the help of her boss and friend, Topshop tycoon Philip Green.
The couple have had a fiery romance since meeting in September 2007, just three months after Miss Moss finished a turbulent two-year relationship with Pete Doherty. They were introduced by mutual friend Sadie Frost backstage at a Kills gig.
Today, the couple flew back to London and seemed very loved up as they kissed while they waited for their luggage before grabbing a coffee and heading to their car.
A friend said of the proposal: ‘Kate was stunned, Jamie called her up and told her not to come home. He said he was flying out to Mustique. He had carefully picked a ring and chose her birthday to propose. It was the first time they had been alone together in quite a while and it was extremely emotional. Kate and Jamie are in a very good place, they already live together and this is the next step to settling down for good.’
Despite a string of rows, friends say that Hince has been a stabilizing influence for Miss Moss. He is said to get on well with Lila Grace, her eight-year-old daughter by ex-boyfriend Jefferson Hack.
The big love of Miss Moss’s life is still said to be actor Johnny Depp, with whom she split in 1998 following a four-year romance.
Depp, who has two children with partner Vanessa Paradis, is later alleged to have said: ‘I don’t think I was very good for her. So what we did was right - we walked away from each other.’

Congratulations to the happy couple. It?s interesting to me that they?re making such a point out of Jamie getting along with Kate?s daughter Lila - from what I?ve read, Kate?s mom does much of Lila?s childrearing. I guess it could be worse - Lila could be around for her mom?s alleged coke binges. What am I saying? Kate doesn?t do that anymore, right? Right?!?
By the way, some people are making fun of Jamie, claiming that he?s too ugly for Kate or something like that. I don?t see what the big deal is. Yeah, he?s not Johnny Depp, but Jamie is far from hideous. He has an interesting, strangely attractive face. And he does seem like a pretty solid guy, so in that sense, he?s probably really good for her. Considering her last boyfriend was Pete Doherty, I mean, come on! This guy is a Godsend.

Looking as if she’s ready to settle down, Kate Moss is said to be engaged to marry longtime boyfriend Jamie Hince.
According to UK reports, Hince gave the catwalk cutie a sparkling diamond ring while celebrating her 36th birthday on Saturday night (January 16).
The Kills rocker is said to have jetted out to Mustique last week to celebrate his lover’s birthday with a group of friends, including Topshop boss Sir Philip Green.
A source tells The British Daily Mail, “Kate was stunned, Jamie called her up and told her not to come home. He said he was flying out to Mustique. He had carefully picked a ring and chose her birthday to propose. It was the first time they had been alone together in quite a while and it was extremely emotional.”

Out for some Saturday shopping, Kate Moss and daughter, Lila Grace, were spotted in Faringdon, Oxfordshire earlier today (December 19).
The beautiful model, clad in a long fur coat, took Lila and friends to a piano gallery, and didn’t seem all too pleased when the paparazzi showed up.
And coming as no surprise, Ms Moss has landed herself the number one spot on Vogue’s 2009 Best Dressed List.
Other ladies who made the list include, Gwyneth Paltrow - who came in second - along with Sarah Jessica Parker, Nicole Kidman, Chloe Sevigny and Charlize Theron.

Kicking off the weekend with a holiday shopping session, Kate Moss was side-by-side with her boyfriend Jamie Hince in London, England on Friday evening (December 11).
To start things off, the sexy supermodel and her rocker beau picked up a few Christmas gifts at the shops around Alfie’s Antiques Market.
More interestingly, Kate and Jamie then headed into a nearby jewelry store - checking out the ring selections in a possible hint that the pair may be making plans for a lifelong commitment to one another.
The retail outing followed what was a big week for Miss Moss, as she received John Galliano’s Outstanding Achievement in Fashion award and the London 25 trophy at the British Fashion Awards on Wednesday night.

Treating herself to a much-needed retail romp, Kate Moss was spotted shopping around at the fashion boutiques in Central London on Wednesday (November 25).
Looking quite glamorous in an all-black ensemble, the sexy supermodel is reportedly gearing up for a day of binge eating in public as a response to her eating disorder critics.
Apparently, Miss Moss will be turning herself into a “human eating machine” to prove that she doesn’t starve herself after being criticized for saying “nothing tastes as good as skinny feels” during a recent interview.
“Kate was deeply hurt by the backlash against her,” a source told the Daily Mirror. “She does eat and would hate to be a role model for anorexic websites. She is sensible about what passes her lips but she is rarely pictured eating. It’s her friend Fiona’s birthday and Kate has taken control of proceedings. She is insisting on an al fresco dinner — where the paparazzi will be rife.”
The insider adds, “Once she is seen to be tucking into her grub with gusto, Kate hopes to put an end to the criticism once and for all.”

Though her reps claim that her words were taken out of context, Kate Moss has landed herself in hot water when it comes to eating disorder groups.
The uproar stemmed from an interview with Women’s Wear Daily, during which time Kate said, “Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.”
Eating disorder group representatives were quick to jump down Moss’ throat, according to Us
Mary George, a rep for a British organization called Beat said, “Comments like this make it even more difficult for young people struggling with an eating disorder. She probably doesn’t realize how dangerous such comments can be.”
Meanwhile, Kate’s fellow catwalk cutie Katie Green dubbed the 35-year-old’s remarks as both “shocking and irresponsible.”
Green tells, “Kate is a mother herself and how would parents with children suffering from eating disorders feel reading something like this? (Kate) should really have thought before she spoke like most of us do before giving interviews.”
In their client’s defense, Miss Moss’ agency released a statement reading: “This was part of a longer answer Kate gave during a wider-ranging interview, which has unfortunately been taken out of context and completely misrepresented. For the record, Kate does not support this as a lifestyle choice.”
