Bringing her box office hit overseas, Emma Stone took center stage at the 37th Deauville American Film Festivalin Deauville, France on Saturday (September 3).
The adorable young actress joined co-stars Viola Davis, Octavia Spencer and Allison Janney at a photocall session for "The Help".
The previous evening, Miss Stone and friends were busy partaking in the annual film extravaganza's opening ceremony.
The ladies worked the arrivals area prior to a screening of their movie - with this year's festival paying tribute to American director Francis Ford Coppola.

I saw this video (^above^) last night, and it really creeped me out. At first, I only read the transcript, and I thought, ?Oh, that?s not so bad. Jim Carrey is just declaring his love for a young actress, it?s kind of sweet. Everyone loves Emma Stone and her vagina dust ruffles.? But then I saw the video, and? NO, it?s just creepy. Jim Carrey put the camera right up to his face, the way you would if you were making a hostage plea or a suicidal rant. Plus, I have discomfort because I worry about Jim?s mental health, and this kind of thing piques my concern-troll. Here?s the transcript:
I just wanted to let you know that I think you’re all the way beautiful. Not just pretty, but, you know, smart and kindhearted. And if I were a lot younger, I would marry you, and we would have chubby little freckled faced kids. We’d laugh all day long and go camping and play Yahtzee and tell ghost stories by the fire. Everyday for the rest of your life, you would thank God that I was the appropriate age for you. But I’m not. I’m 49. I have lines on my face, sometimes a little grey in my beard, and it takes me a little longer to pee than it used to. Those are the only discernable signs of aging that I can find so far. He?s 49, she?s 22. What would you do if some dude 27 years older than you made a vlog about how he wanted to get you pregnant? Would you alert the authorities? Or would you just laugh it off as harmless? I do think it?s harmless, by the way. Like, Emma?s not in any danger, and Jim?s interest in her, while creepy, is inoffensive. I don?t know? I would probably take it as a compliment and just move on. Which is what Emma will probably do, I guess.

Taking some much-deserved time off, Emma Stone was spotted out and about in Hollywood yesterday afternoon (August 17).
The ?Help? hottie was joined by some of her gal pals as she made her way around town, sporting a black scoopneck top and jeans.
In a recent interview, Emma told press that while the Spider- Man/Mary Jane upside down kiss from 2002 was iconic, she and Andrew Garfield aren?t looking to duplicate the past.
?Why would we do an upside-down kiss? I?m not Mary Jane. I?m Gwen Stacy in the Spider-Man film. New girl. New kiss. I wanted to do different kisses to make our mark.?
Miss Stone also noted that ?The Amazing Spider-Man? isn?t the only project she?s pumped about. ?It?s an incredibly exciting time. I?m part of a few movies I?m so excited about, which is fantastic. These are stories I was dying to tell, which is pretty rare, because there is so much junk out there."

She?s been working overtime promoting her new movie ?The Help,? and this afternoon (August 11) Emma Stone was spotted out and about in New York City.
The ?Crazy Stupid Love? chick headed over to Japonica for some lunch and also grabbed some ice cream at Ronnybrook Milk Bar in the Chelsea Market, all the while snapping back at the paparazzi as she toted a camera of her own in-hand.
During her interview on ?Live with Regis and Kelly? earlier this week, Emma lamented her lack of a dating life.
Regis asked her, ?Now that you?re a big major star, are you dating?? and Emma shot back sarcastically, ?Oh man, just hundreds. They?re coming out of the woodwork ? it?s like The Bachelorette!?

Kicking off another day of promotions, Emma Stone was spotted arriving at ?Live with Regis and Kelly? in New York City this morning (August 11).
The ?Easy A? actress was in the house to plug her new flick ?The Help,? and she looked lovely in a minimalist grey dress with hot Pink heels.
During a recent interview, Emma discussed the fact that many of her peers aren?t aware of the extent of racism as recently as the 1960s.
?I don't know if it's my generation or if it's just me, but I didn't know the levels, the depths, the intricacies ? I didn't know on a day-to-day basis what life was like [then]. I learned a huge amount through the story and through researching the time period more, but I really hope for my generation that they will go see this movie, because I don't know that we know as much as we should about our very recent history.?
?It was an amazing experience across the board, life-wise,? she continued. ?Telling a story that I was so proud to be a part of, getting to meet these women and getting to work with these women ? It's really inspiring, and such a supportive environment being around all these women I was learning so much.?

Last night was the LA premiere of The Help, which I don?t really want to see. I like Emma Stone, of course, and Viola Davis walks on water, but I?m still rather meh on the premise. Sure, I think it?s great that Hollywood made a film with a diverse, largely female cast. But I have lived in the South for most of my life, and Hollywood tends to patronize Southerners and Southern history. Anyway, back to the photos. Emma is the lead in the film, but judging from her red carpet appearance, she looks kind of pissed off about something. The dress is Chanel! It?s pretty, and I kind of like it, but Emma doesn?t look comfortable in it, which is a bad sign. I do like that Emma is usually pretty covered on red carpets - it?s refreshing for someone her age.
Allison Janney! God, I love her too. She?s wearing Dolce & Gabbana. The dress is kind of meh and I absolutely HATE Janney?s hair. But I still love her.
Octavia Spencer, designer unknown. That?s a beautiful color on her!
Bryce Dallas Howard continues her reign of unflattering maternity clothes in Kate Spade NY.
Jessica Chastain in Oscar de la Renta that I feel sure that she?s recycled from a previous red carpet. I really think I?ve seen her in this dress before. Eh.
Sissy Spacek and her daughter Schuyler Fisk. I love how mother and daughter look so much alike. I love that Sissy isn?t messing with her face, but I wish she would mess with her hair. She would look so cute with a shorter haircut!
Viola Davis in Escada? love the dress, love the color, love the flattering cut, love the age-appropriate-ness. Dislike the hair, though. It looks like a wig!

She's one of the hottest young talents in Hollywood, and Emma Stone stepped out to promote her much-awaited new book based movie "The Help" in Los Angeles on Tuesday night (August 9).
The 22-year-old actress charmed her way along the red carpet at The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Samuel Goldwyn Theater while joined by co-stars Bryce Dallas Howard and Jessica Chastain.
With its release date set for Wednesday, August 10th, "The Help" is an adaptation of the bestselling novel focused on race relations and civil rights in the south during the 1960s.
Talking about her role as a young college graduate who befriends a group of African American maids, Miss Stone recently told the Los Angeles Times, "I'm from Arizona ? there was no in-depth conversation in my life about the civil rights movement. Now I feel more open to those kinds of discussions. Friends I have will say closed-minded stuff about things having to do with race that they haven't really examined. And I'm like, 'Maybe I would have thought that way before I actually knew the history.' It really changes your perspective."
Also impacting her career as a whole, Emma explained, "It made me feel like I don't need to be afraid anymore ? afraid of relying on a joke. My whole life, that's been the way I relate to people. 'Oh, let's hope I can make them laugh at some point, otherwise ? I don't know.' I was always the ham. There's been an element of playing to my strengths. This was exciting, because it made me feel like I could be part of something that I wasn't necessarily comfortable doing before."

Back in June, there was a hot rumor that Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield were hooking up. They have been working together on The Amazing Spiderman, and Andrew suspiciously broke up with his long-term girlfriend around the same time that he and Emma started. I know that some (many) of you don?t care, but I think they?re a really sexy young couple (does that make me sound old? Whatever). Remember, I had a dream about Andrew and his amazing? talents? and now I always think of that whenever I see him. As for Emma, she?s just adorable. I imagine the sex between them is both hot and cute. Anyway, Us Weekly has further ?proof? that they are having hot/cute sex.
Spider-Man sleepover! Just three days after promoting their 2012 movie The Amazing Spider-Man at Comic Con in San Diego, Andrew Garfield, 27, and Emma Stone, 22, cozied up in a corner banquette at a West Hollywood hotel bar on July 25. But their fun didn’t end there: a source tells Us Weekly they spent the night together, too!
The duo, who’ve been dating since late June, got to the bar at 10:50 p.m., shared drinks and snacks and had an animated conversation.
So who grabbed the check? Garfield told the waiter, “Put it on my room,” and he and Stone headed for the elevator.
But don’t expect these two lovebirds to pack on the PDA in public anytime soon. A source tells Us of the relationship: “It’s very hush-hush!”

Did you read Emma Stone?s Vanity Fair cover story last month? Andrew was quoted a couple of times in the piece, which makes me think that he?s into it. Like, he adores her. Openly. He told VF, ?She?s not caught up in the game of this profession?which is, I think, incredibly hard for anyone to do. She has her head screwed on straight. She?s a one-off.? Also, Andrew gets a kick out of how she wants to intern (for free) at a bakery: ?The thing that sums her up for me is she wants to be a baker. She?s serious about it. I always have to remind myself that she?s younger than me since she feels older than me in many ways.? All at once: AWW.
