Spending time back in her homeland, the lovely Miranda Kerr was spotted making her way around Sydney, Australia on Friday (August 10).
The Victoria's Secret supermodel looked flawless as she hopped out of her chauffeured ride while toting a jar of 'Green A Juice' - which is one of the six components of the Lucky You juice cleansing program.
An avid supporter of the healthy living product line, the 29-year-old brunette beauty said, "'Lucky You juices are my first port of call when I arrive in Australia. These cold pressed wonder juices are essential to my health and well being, loaded with nutrients and anti-oxidants."
On the topic of healthy living, Miranda just spoke with Harper's Bazaar about her dietary guidelines, of which she revealed, "Rather than diet my family instilled in me a real appreciation and passion for good health and organic living. I adopt the 80/20 rule. 80% good, 20% indulgent and that works for me and my body personally. I love food and enjoy eating fresh organic produce."
She added, "I drink warm water and lemon every morning and I also drink lots of good quality purified and preferably alkaline water throughout the day. My Nan introduced me to Noni juice when I was twelve years old, which I drink twice daily. I treat myself occasionally and don't have any guilt or conditions placed on it. Food is my friend and consistency is the key. I believe that everything in moderation is best."

Miranda Kerr has a sexy (ish) photo shoot with Terry Richardson in the new September issue of Harper?s Bazaar. You can see the photo shoot here ? the photos are slightly NSFWish. I can never tell if butt crack is SFW or NSFW. I will say, Miranda?s body in bangin?. She looks lean and strong and sexy, and I like that she doesn?t have bolt-ons, choosing to rock her small(er) boobs. There are also some really great boots in the shoot ? I?m personally in love with Givenchy pair, although I would never, ever be able to walk in them. Miranda also gave an interview to Bazaar, which you can read in its entirety here. Miranda appeared on the cover of Bazaar UK a few months ago, and people are still pissed about her comments regarding epidurals ? so it?s interesting that she stays away from discussing childbirth in this interview:
Miranda?s style icons: ?I have always admired Audrey Hepburn?s style and my Nan has always been a style icon for me. Growing up I would play in her wardrobe and was very influenced by her. She taught me that you don’t need to have a lot of money to have style. It?s the way you put things together and how you carry yourself.?
Her favorite shopping spot: ?Because I?m never in one spot for too long I shop a lot on Net-a-Porter.?
Her healthy lifestyle: ?I live by the philosophy that beauty starts from within and I make a conscious effort to fill my body with nutrients through the food I eat. Becoming a mother has made me even more aware and more passionate about nutrition and wellness. So much so that I am now a certified health coach practitioner. I love when we are all together as a family and I can cook really healthy, delicious meals for them. Most of my childhood was spent outdoors climbing trees, swimming in the river, riding dirt bikes and horses and I would like Flynn to experience all of those things.?

She still adheres to the blood type diet: ?I follow the Dr. Peter D’Adamo Blood Type Diet as best I can. It?s an eating and living guideline that understands you as a biochemical individual? and I find it really works for me. I eat vegetables, ocean caught fish, and small amounts of organic free range chicken.?
On whether she?s a spiritual person: ?I find the practice of yoga very spiritual and taking the time to just be and to reflect through meditation and chanting helps me to connect to a higher energy. I also discovered a spiritual strength in affirmations when I was very young which was the inspiration for my book Treasure Yourself.?

I can?t hate on her for any of this ? mostly because Miranda seems to practice what she preaches, and because she really doesn?t seem to be ?judging? other people who don?t follow her way of life. Maybe I?m reading this the wrong way, though. She was being interviewed about her diet and stuff, so obviously she talks about it a lot. But what about Miranda claiming that she?s now ?a certified health coach practitioner?? I?ve never really heard of that job before, so I had to look it up to see if it?s real. It is a real thing ? but it seems like the job is just encouraging people to eat better and exercise? You can get “certified” in that?

Ugh, I am completely in love with Miranda Kerr?s fluttery little summer dress. It?s perfect. It?s beautiful. I want it. I know it probably costs a million dollars, though. Perfect summer dresses always do. Why is she taunting me?!?! Anyway, these are some pics of Miranda out and about in NYC yesterday. She had a costume change at one point, and I?m including a photo of her alternate ?Wednesday outfit? too.
Did you know that Miranda has now joined the ranks of Gisele Bundchen with her ?controversial? statements about mothering and childbirth? True story. A few weeks ago, I covered Miranda?s Harper?s Bazaar UK cover and profile, in which she said about childbirth, ?I had made a decision that I wanted to do it [naturally]. I had been watching all these baby-bonding videos, and [without epidural] when the baby comes out it goes straight onto the breast. Then they showed ones right after the epidural, and that didn?t happen. The baby was a little bit drugged up, and I was like ?Well, I don?t want that.? I wanted to give him the best possible start in life I could.?
I wasn?t enraged by her comments or anything (I?m not a mom, and childbirth terrifies me, so I?m always on Team Any-Drugs-You-Want-To-Give-A-Bitch), but I did wonder aloud if there was any scientific evidence that epidurals are damaging in any way to the mom or the baby. My focus was on the science of it ? but Miranda?s comments quickly went viral and it became ?Miranda Kerr JUDGES mothers who get epidurals because they?re not doing what?s best for their baby.? There was a firestorm and all of the mommy blogs were discussing it. We?re now two weeks out and other sites are still talking about it. Miranda still hasn?t issued any kind of clarification or anything, so I don?t know what to tell you. My guess is that she stands by what she said but she didn?t mean it in a Judgy Mother way.
Meanwhile, Miranda does have a new interview in the latest Women?s Fitness Mag, and she?s discussing her ?raw, clean and organic” diet. UGH. Miranda says:
?I find the most satisfying food is food that’s full of life, so it’s raw and clean and organic. We have a vegetable patch in Los Angeles so when I get the veggies out and eat them from there I love that. My grandfather had a vegetable patch when I was growing up and my grandma would just chop the vegetables up and give them to us, so I learned from that. I find that really satisfying, the raw enzymes. I also love kale, spinach, fennel, avocado – I like to eat clean. I love to cook. I love to have people over to the house and cook for them and have dinner parties. I cook anything – fish, a roast – it really depends on who is coming and what they feel like and what my husband feels like eating. I just love to make things. I make a really good panna cotta as well.?

I like greens, I love a salad and I like fresh food too. But I am getting a little bit tired of Miranda?s ?my way of life is better than everyone else?s way of life? interviews. Maybe she doesn?t mean it that way (in fact, I?m sure she isn?t the Judgy Mother that she seems), but she?s really starting to give me Gisele and Goop-vibes. Enough, Miranda.

Australian model Miranda Kerr was spotted walking in Manhattan today (July 11th).
The 29 year-old wife of actor Orlando Bloom wore a vintage looking flower printed dress with flesh-toned heeled sandals that she matched with coral-colored nails.
A love for the Big Apple is apparent on her Twitter page, where she frequently posts Instagram photos of the city. On June 25th she tweeted "I <3 NYC."
The Victoria's Secret model ruffled some feathers during a recent interview with Harper's Bazaar UK where she voiced her disapproval of the use of epidurals during birth adding she didn't want a "drugged-up baby."
Miss Kerr who is on the cover of the August issue, told the magazine that she decided to have a natural birth with baby Flynn after watching baby-bonding videos. She saw that babies without an epidural come out and go straight for the breast.
?Then they showed ones [babies] right after the epidural, and that didn?t happen,? she added. ?The baby was a little bit drugged up, and I was like, ?Well I don?t want that.? I wanted to give him the best possible start in life I could.?

I’m not so sure if I’m digging Miranda Kerr‘s look for this Vogue photoshoot. Next time they decide to put her in a blond wig, make sure she’s wearing a bikini or lingerie. It’s a crime to pair a blond Minranda Kerr in such a ridciulous hipster doofus clothing. I’m Very disappointed.
