Offering up the first look at her upcoming Halloween ensemble, Heidi Klum tried on her towering costume while in New York City earlier this month.
The "Project Runway" babe was fitted in a blindingly bright robot outfit ahead of her upcoming AOL and Absolut sponsored party being held at LAVO this coming weekend.
Prior to the fitting session photo release, Miss Klum told E! of her costume plans, "I like to change things up. This year is back in New York and my costume is larger than life! I hope everyone will try to out do me! The game is on!"
Right on target, an E! source had previously said of the now-unveiled gigantic robot suit, "No one knows exactly what the costume is yet, Heidi won't tell anyone, but it is over 8-feet tall and she had to find a location where the doorway would fit her walking in in full costume."

Treating themselves to some retail therapy, Heidi Klum and Seal were spotted out shopping on Melrose Avenue yesterday (October 25).
The ?Project Runway? babe and her sexy singer hubby hit up Los Angeles fashion spot Kid Robot where they browsed for a few items.
In career news, Heidi has announced a new venture with the Lifetime network- she?ll be hosting a series called ?Seriously Funny Kids.?
Ms. Klum told press, ?Someone once said never work with children and animals...so I decided to drop the animals and stick with the kids. Nap-time, playtime and snack time are my favorites, so is it any wonder that kids and I get along so well? I have four children under the age of six, and to be honest, sometimes I enjoy them more than adults. They're uncensored, unpredictable and absolutely hilarious. The kids will be the absolute stars of this show.?

Tending to her three eldest children while leaving baby Lou back at home, Heidi Klum was in mommy mode in West Hollywood, California on Saturday afternoon (October 23).
The "Project Runway" babe dutifully escorted Leni, Johan and Henry over to Leni's ballet class at Sophie Dance before scooping up a frozen yogurt treat at the local Yogurtland.
Earlier in the morning, the happy family also ventured over to their routine karate class session - making for quite the active start to the weekend.
Meanwhile, Miss Klum is gearing up for what will be quite the busy week - as she's scheduled to fly out to New York City to prepare for her annual Halloween bash.
As for her costume plans - which are being kept a secret - the 37-year-old recently told FabSugar, ?It is larger than life, literally. I?ll be towering over everybody.?

Keeping up with their family tradition, Heidi Klum and Seal took their brood of kiddies out for a day of falltime fun in West Hollywood, CA on Sunday (October 17).
The German beauty and her "Kiss From a Rose" singing hubby joyfully watched on as their little ones rummaged through the offerings at the celeb-friendly Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch.
Also hitting up the games and slide area, the happy family ended up choosing a few perfect pumpkins before wrapping things up and heading back to the homefront.

Tending to their parental obligations over the weekend, Heidi Klum and husband Seal were out with their brood of kiddies in Los Angeles, CA on Saturday (October 16).
While sons Johan and Henry Samuel headed into a local building for their karate classes, the former Victoria's Secret supermodel and her singer hubby bided their time while caring for daughters Leni and Lou Samuel.
The weekend outing comes just as it has been announced that Lifetime Television has ordered 20 episodes of the Heidi hosted family-friendly show "Seriously Funny Kids".
Set to launch in 2011, Miss Klum said of the gig, ?Someone once said never work with children and animals?so I decided to drop the animals and stick with the kids. Naptime, playtime and snack time are my favorites, so is it any wonder that kids and I get along so well? She manages to do it all as a model, a mother and a show host, and now Heidi Klum has landed another major modeling gig.
After 13 years of working with Victoria?s Secret, it is being reported that the ?Project Runway? babe will be taking over for Naomi Watts as they new face for Ann Taylor.
This certainly won?t be her first time working with the women?s apparel retail chain store which is headquartered in New York City.
"Heidi posed for them in 2009 for the holiday campaign and it was a huge hit," an insider told E! News. "So she'll be returning to do it again. It's good, quick work for her and she makes a good pay day, so why wouldn't she do it?"

Getting started on her post-Victoria's Secret career, Heidi Klum was having a ball while shooting some video footage in New York City on Thursday (October 7).
Joined by gal pal Jill Martin, the German beauty was all smiles as she jogged around and stretched her fabulous figure for her just-released New Balance collection.
After her workout session, Heidi headed home to get prettied up before attending the launch of party for her "Heidi Klum for New Balance" collection held at Cedar Lake.
The "Heidi Klum for New Balance" collection was made available at Amazon.com beginning today, with Cathy Beaudoin, vice president of apparel at Amazon telling, "Like so many of our customers, Heidi is a busy mom who cares about fashion and ease in equal measure. The line is amazing -- gorgeous fabrics, incredibly styled -- and we're thrilled to be launching it in the Amazon Clothing Store."
With numerous offerings available priced from $32 to $168, Heidi said in a statement, "Finding and making the perfect basic is a major challenge, and I think with this collection we rose up to that challenge. The German beauty looked casual cute in a sequined shirt with patterned leggings as she meandered about town to make a few purchases.
The sighting happens to be the first since Miss Klum announced her retirement from Victoria's Secret on Thursday.
Bringing an end to a 13-year career, Heidi told the NY Post, "All good things have to come to an end. I will always love Victoria and never tell her secret. It's been an absolute amazing time!"

She certainly doesn't need the money and has her hands full with a sizable family and multiple side projects, so it seems fitting that Heidi Klum has ended her work efforts for Victoria's Secret.
Breaking the news to the NY Post, the thirteen year face of the lingerie giant said, "All good things have to come to an end."
Surely making for an emotional moment, Heidi continued, "I will always love Victoria and never tell her secret. It's been an absolute amazing time!"
As for how she'll keep busy, Miss Klum is the mother of four while also hosting "Project Runway" and working on a soon-to-be released activewear collection for New Balance.
