Enjoying the fabulous view far above 32nd street in New York City, Heidi Klum was spotted at the top of the Empire State Building today (April 26).
The German supermodel/designer was all smiles as she hammed it up for the paparazzi in a darling black-with-white-polka-dots leggy dress and looked through one of the coin-operated viewfinders.
Heidi is in the house to promote the DKMS bone marrow donor center?s awareness campaign for the fight against blood cancer.
Klum will give a speech and the Empire State Building will be illuminated in red and white lights for the occasion.

Stopping traffic with her undeniable gorgeousness, the lovely Heidi Klum offered up one sexy cab call while on the streets of New York City on Wednesday (April 25).
Clad in a long-sleeved black Michael Kors mini, the 38-year-old headed inside the Hudson Hotel to unveil the new additions to her WILDLIFE by Heidi Klum QVC Collection.
During the fashion-focused luncheon, Heidi spoke with HollywoodLife about what she plans to wear at next month's MET Ball.
Of her wardrobe plans, the newly single Miss Klum dished, ?Escada is making a dress for me. It?s very very lacy and very very see through.?
Going all out for the annual event, Heidi continued to tell that you have to be on your A-game for this particular gathering, explaining, ?You have to be a little bit cooler, since it is an event about fashion. You can get away with more at the Oscars ? you can?t be cheesy [at the Met Ball]."

A gorgeous Heidi Klum was spotted with her mother, Erna Klum, grabbing a quick cup of coffee this afternoon (April 21) in Brentwood, CA.
The newly single model/TV personality rocked a beautiful silk maxi dress with red and brown patterns along with a pair of black flats and long necklaces while keeping her locks worry-free and up to showcase her stunning visage.
In personal news, Heidi's estranged husband, Seal, recently introduced his rendition of Teddy Pendergrass' classic 'Love TKO' while saying, ?I feel like digging up some dirt, getting all emotional,? to the Sydney Entertainment Centre crowd on Thursday night. He then dedicated 'Prayer for the Dying' to ?anyone who has lost someone. We've all been there.?
Although the ?Kissed by a Rose? singer may be having second thoughts about the split, 38-year-old Miss Klum is rumored to be dating Thomas Hayo - as they were seen getting cozy on the set of Germany's Next Top Model. Her potential new beau acts as a judge on the hit television show.

38-year-old mother-of-four Heidi Klum gets naked for next month’s Allure, claiming never have succumbed to the lure of a surgeon’s knife. She tells the magazine:
“I’m proud to be able to say, in this day and age, I haven’t done anything. Everyone has a view of what’s not pretty and [plastic surgery] just doesn’t look pretty to me. Especially when I see it on really young girls.
I don?t want to name names, but it?s like, wow, I remember you five years ago, looking to me so beautiful, and now it?s like ? who is this person? And I know girls half my age who do it. What are they gonna do at 40 or 50, when the shit really hits the fan??
I can tell you exactly what they’re gonna do at 40 or 50 “when the shit hits the fan” and the slow wilt of age and gravity sets in — it’s called “mood elevators” and “wine.” Luckily, I’ve already gotten a preemptive head start on both. Not to mention all that human growth hormone I ordered off the internet!

Heidi Klum covers the May issue of Allure, and the photo shoot — which I think is supposed to be a homage to 1970s Vogue shoots — is just so zzzzzzzzzz. As much as I admire Heidi’s entrepreneurial spirit and business savviness, I can’t get excited about her as a model, which is weird, right? Like even with the below nude shot, she’s merely a bronzed, blonde Goddess of Boredom:
Maybe I’m being too hard on Heidi here, and it’s really the stylists to blame for this photo shoot atrocity. The interview is much more interesting, and here are some excerpts where Heidi talks about various things including breaking into modelling and how awful plastic surgery looks to her:
On her pre-Victoria’s Secret career: “I never did fashion shows–not in Paris or Berlin or even in New York City. I tried, but no one would book me. I was too curvy and too busty and a little too short. And I was a little bit self-conscious about it. But I was by no means heavy, I just–well, you have hips and boobs, and that’s it. Haute couture, you don’t really see girls with big boobs. And I always wanted first to be a model. So I had to say, ‘OK, you’re going to find other things to do in this industry, or it’s maybe not my industry.’”
Gay men are awesome: “They are like this kaleidoscope of interesting thoughts and opinions. They teach you so many things about men that are useful.”
She’s never had cosmetic surgery or botox: “Ask me again when I’m 65, but…I’m proud to be able to say, in this day and age, I haven’t done anything. Everyone has a view of what’s pretty and what’s not pretty, and [surgery'just doesn't look pretty to me. Especially when I see it on really young girls. I don't want to name names, but it's like, Wow, I remember you five years ago, looking to me so beautiful, and now it's like... who is this person? And I know girls half my age who do it. On marriage/divorce to Seal: "It's hard, just like for other couples. People go through our trash cans. It's crazy. And you know, we have four kids; they have to go to school. You know, I wouldn't change anything. If I had to go back in time and say, 'I should have changed this or that...' No. I don't resent anything that ever happened. Things just turn out the way they turn out... I'm still in the eye of the storm now, and it's all a little bit crazy. But sometimes you have to be apart in order to figure it out."

Do I believe that Heidi has yet to alter her appearance with either cosmetic surgery or botox? Sure, she looks pretty damn natural to me. On a more amusing note, who do you think she was talking about when mentioning, “I don’t want to name names” … possibly Kim “Kat Face” Kardashian? That would be my first guess.
As far as Heidi talking about her marriage to Seal, eh. Of course she would change things that happened in the past, or she wouldn’t have just filed for divorce after word got out that she was probably banging Thomas Hayo. Then again, Seal is probably banging Delta Goodrem (who doesn’t look unlike Heidi) even though he insists that they’re just friends. Whatever.

Keeping busy during this difficult time in her personal life, Heidi Klum spent the morning taking her kids to karate class in Brentwood, CA on Saturday (April 14).
The supermodel mom looked sporty in an off-the-shoulder black shawl, black skinny pants and high top sneakers while carrying little Lou Samuel in her arms - with the family later grabbing an Italian lunch before heading back home.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Klum filed for divorce from her singer husband, Seal, earlier this month.
The divorce is making progress and now the ?Kiss from a Rose? singer has filed his own paperwork with the court, seeking joint custody of their four children - Leni, Henry, Johan, and Lou.
Though a source says that Seal's documents are just a part of the process, they do change the initial arrangement requested by Heidi - as she wanted to have primary physical custody while he would have visitation, a situation in which Seal isn't in total agreement.

Once again, I?m always confused when months after a couple splits up, media outlets treat any kind of formalization of their split months later as some kind of epic ?breaking news!!!!? coverage. Back in January, TMZ and other outlets got various scoops about divorce, and then Heidi Klum and Seal basically announced that they were over, and that they were currently separated. While Heidi and Seal have both made some comments about leaving the door open for reconciliation, I don?t think anyone really bought it, and in the end, everyone just got used to the idea that Heidi and Seal were no more. On Friday (the Friday before Easter), Heidi filed for divorce from Seal. Breaking news!!! Except not really.
Nearly three months after announcing their separation following almost seven years of marriage, Heidi Klum has made it official and filed for divorce from Seal, PEOPLE has learned.
A petition, which lists irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, was filed Friday afternoon in Los Angeles Superior Court, PEOPLE confirms.
Klum is seeking joint legal custody, but primary physical custody of their four children ? Leni, 7, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2 ? with visitation rights for Seal. The model is also requesting to have her maiden name restored. She legally changed it to Seal’s last name, Samuel, though professionally she continued to use Klum.
“While we enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching, we have decided to separate,” the couple previously said of their split. “We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart.”
Rumors first swirled that Klum, 38, and Seal, 49, were planning to divorce the day before they made the announcement. For the couple who married in Mexico in 2005, the split played out in headlines as the end of a fairy tale as both Seal and Klum gradually stopped wearing their wedding rings.
Although multiple sources told PEOPLE that the couple hoped to reconcile, by mid-February it was clear a reunion would not be in their future after all.
Seal was vocal about their split in the weeks following their announcement.
“When you publicize your marriage as much as our marriage was publicized, when you renew your wedding vows, when you do all those things, what you are saying to people is ? you’re giving people a picture of an ideal relationship that people aspire to,” the British singer explained in February. “When it goes south, you can’t all of a sudden take the philosophy of a monk and decide to go for a vow of silence.”
The quieter Klum acknowledged in the April issue of Elle that she couldn’t control what Seal said to the press, but “it’s hard.”
“People don’t need to know who did what,” she said. “I don’t want to talk positively or negatively about the ups and downs that we had.”

My question is ?Why did she wait to do it on Good Friday, like it was some huge news story that she hoped that people would ignore for 48 hours? Because everyone ignored it anyway, but not in the way Heidi hoped.? So? whatever. Seal and Heidi are over. And can I just say? Even though I?m on Team Heidi by default (because why not?), I think both Heidi and Seal are acting like jackasses by claiming ?privacy? and ?nobody?s business? at this point. They?re talk about everything in their marriage to the point of exhaustion, but when it all goes south, then they clam up?

I don’t know what to think about this story. As we all know, Heidi Klum filed for separation from husband Seal after seven years of marriage. Heidi and Seal have four children together, including Heidi’s daughter from an earlier relationship, whom Seal adopted. The split seemed to be a shock to everyone except perhaps Heidi herself, and I honestly thought that both parties would take some time off before jumping in the sack with anyone else.
Well this week’s issues of Enquirer and In Touch have stories about Heidi moving on already with Thomas Hayo, who is one of her co-judges for “Germany’s Next Top Model.” Here’s his photo as well as the Enquirer’s account of a blossoming romance:
Nearly divorced supermodel Heidi Klum is wasting no time moving on!
Just months after her shocking breakup with Grammy winner Seal, Heidi was spotted getting VERY snuggly with her “Germany’s Next Top Model” co-star Thomas Hayo, say insiders.
The 40-ish, new York marketing exec and co-judge on Klum’s newest showbiz venture was spotted feeding Heidi a nibble form a fork by a lakeside set in Torrance, Calif.
He gazed deeply into her eyes and even caressed her shapely thigh as the pair sat together at lunch.
“They wanted to keep their romance a secret, but for staffers on the set, it was pretty obvious,” said an insider. “They are flirting and act like a couple.”
After her recent split from Seal, the 38-year-old stunner said she was ready to “move forward” with her life, but co-workers say it looks more like “fast forward.”
“He was all over her,” said the source, “and Heidi didn’t seem to mind a bit!”
The mega-model brought her father, Guenther Klum, to the set to meet Hayo, and they shook hands warmly.
During taping, the cuddly canoodling continued on the deck of the aircraft carrier USS Midway when Hayo leaned close to the beauty, his arm on the arm of her chair and his shoulder pressing against hers.

This week’s issue of In Touch is running almost the same exact story about and describes it a “rebound romance” despite the fact that Heidi and Thomas have known each other for a decade, which means that they’ve been friends for longer than Heidi has known Seal. Taking that factoid into account, wouldn’t it make sense that these two would’ve acted upon any conceivable mutual attraction many years ago before Heidi even got married? I guess it’s possible that Thomas was taken a decade ago, and he and Heidi may have nonetheless been attracted to each other this whole time. Now that Heidi’s (not really) single, maybe they decided to make a go of it. Still, it seems too soon because Heidi hasn’t even filed for divorce yet.
Interestingly enough, Thomas was was also Heidi’s “date” to last year’s Halloween bash when Seal wasn’t around. Here’s Hayo with another judge from “Germany’s Next Top Model,” Thomas Rath. Two judges named Thomas on the same show? Sounds like a nightmare.

The beautiful mother of four, Heidi Klum was spotted with her dad as she picked up her kids from a karate class in Brentwood, California on Saturday (March 31).
Showing off a fresh face with hardly any make-up, the "Project Runway" star wore a striped maxi dress with a leather jacket and ballet flats as she set out to round up her kids.
As Heidi faces a divorce with her now former husband of seven years, Seal, the model has her good friend Sandra Bullock by her side to help escape the heartache and stress of the split.
After the duo were spotted enjoying a girls night out, a source told UK magazine Closer, "They banned talk of exes and spent the night laughing. It was just what Heidi needed".
Sandra supposedly called Heidi last week, saying "they were going out for some fun" and has been there for her ever since their friendship began.
"They became friendly after Sandra adopted her son Louis, two years ago. Heidi has always offered parenting advice and invited Sandra and Louis on play dates with her kids - Leni, seven, Henry, six, Johan, five, and Lou, two," an insider revealed.

Bringing her beauty and model-esque bod to the star-studded orange carpet, Heidi Klum was all smiles as she arrived at Nickelodeon's 25th Annual Kids' Choice Awards in Los Angeles, California on Saturday evening (March 31).
The "Victoria's Secret" angel looked striking in a little cream number with thigh-high boots as she posed for photographers and fans alike as she passed through the chaotic USC Galen Center press area while gearing up for an entertaining and slime-filled night.
Though Miss Klum has graced the orange carpet many times, this year she isn't just a spectator, as she's been tapped to hand out one of the sacred Nickelodeon blimps while joining fellow celebrity presenters including Zac Efron, Selena Gomez, Taylor Lautner, Nicki Minaj and Emma Stone/Andrew Garfield.
Meanwhile, the 2012 KCAs kick off with the 'Countdown to Kids' Choice' Orange Carpet pre-show at 7/6c, followed by the big event which is being hosted by Will Smith and it's all happening live on Nickelodeon at 8/7c.
