Chrismastime is here! And for Jennifer Aniston that means hosting her annual star-studded Holiday soiree.
On Saturday night (December 7) the ?We?re The Millers? babe invited all kinds of folks to her Bel Air home, including Gwyneth Paltrow and her hubby Chris Martin.
Interestingly enough, both Jen and Gwyn were romantically linked to Brad Pitt in the past, though their shared former flame didn?t seem to diminish their friendship.
Also in the house were gal pals Courteney Cox and Chelsea Handler, as well as Robert Downey Jr. and Will Arnett.

Despite my enjoyment of the tabloid stories regarding Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux?s weird relationship these days, I am one of those people hoping that Jennifer and Justin make it. At this point, I?m just exhausted with the ?pity poor Jennifer? storyline and I?m not looking forward to the idea that JustJen will split and we?ll have to spend the next three years casting Justin as The New Brad Pitt, or whatever variation they come up with next. I hope Justin and Jennifer make it through. I hope they get married and spend the next decade together, being faux hipsters in Bel Air or wherever. So, that?s why I?m happy that Jennifer and her publicist are FINALLY pushing back against the rash of break up stories. First thing was getting Justin on a plane to LA at long last, next was getting him on a photo-op with Jennifer (they went ?Christmas tree shopping? last Thursday). Next was dropping this story to Us Weekly:
‘Tis the season! Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are ready to deck the halls. On Thursday, Dec. 5, the couple paid their annual visit to Mr. Greentrees in Beverly Hills to pick the perfect Christmas tree for their new home.
The engaged stars arrived with two bodyguards and were promptly escorted into a tent, where the lot had set aside some trees for them to peruse, an eyewitness tells Us Weekly. Both were bundled up in jackets; Aniston, 44, also had on a green scarf and glasses. See more pics from their holiday excursion.
“They spent about five minutes [looking at trees] before deciding on a big noble fir,” the onlooker tells Us. “Jennifer knew what she wanted and was leading the way. She was smelling the trees and seemed very into the holiday spirit.”
After choosing the centerpiece for their holiday celebration, the duo browsed the selection of Christmas ornaments and decor. They left a short time later without the tree (presumably to have it delivered).

I don?t do real trees anymore ? I live with a big dog who gets upset with trees. He?s okay with my plastic tree, although I do tend to set it up in his favorite corner. But then again, I don?t have a huge Bel Air mansion. I?m sure Jennifer can probably fit a twelve-foot tree in there, easy. I wonder who decorates the tree? Does Justin get into it?
Here?s another push-back story, this one about the rumors that Justin spent Thanksgiving in NYC while Jennifer spent the holiday in LA, with her manager and Ed Sheeran. According to a short interview Ed gave to Closer Weekly, Justin WAS in LA, and Justin cooked:
Singer Ed Sheeran celebrated his first Thanksgiving in a big way this year, by hanging out with A-listers Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux! And Ed confirms to Closer that it was Justin who served as chef for fiance Jennifer and the singer.
When asked what Justin whipped up for the special day, Ed said a ?sweet potato, marshmallow thing,? which very well could have been his first tasting of Thanksgiving favorite sweet potato pie!
Either way, it was certainly a turkey day to remember for the 22-year-old Brit! So what does the famous redhead have planned for the rest of the holiday season?
?Spending time with family,? he shares, ?nothing big.?

Huh. So Justin was at the party after all? He was in LA? What does Ed have to gain by lying, so it must be the truth, right? I don?t even know. I guess this is good news. Justin and Jennifer are still together. For now.

Letting her pearly whites shine while out in West Hollywood, CA, Jennifer Aniston strolled the streets as she left a skin care clinic on Friday (December 6).
The "Life of Crime" sweetheart was cute in a black fedora, blue long sleeve button down and black skinnies, all smiles as she made her return home.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, the 44-year-old actress and her fianc Justin Theroux got into the holiday spirit yesterday!
The happy couple took a tip out to Mr. Greentrees in Beverly Hills to pick up the perfect Christmas tree for their new home.

Making for a surprising friendship, Jennifer Aniston and Ed Sheeran spent the Thanksgiving holiday together.
The "Friends" actress posed with the red-headed Brit and her manager Aleen Keshishian last night (November 28) in the social media post.
In addition to the pic, Keshishian wrote, "?#happythanksgiving #jenniferaniston @aleenkeshishian#edsheeran"
Meanwhile, it looks like Ed is taking a break from Twitter as he recently shared, "Leaving twittersphere til things repair, il be back on to tweet updates on only music until the new year"

This new National Enquirer story does not really mesh with yesterday?s In Touch Weekly cover story, all about how Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are having major relationship drama and the more Jennifer clings, the more she pushes him away. The Enquirer?s story makes it sound like Justin and Jennifer are okay, but that Jennifer has given up on fertility treatments and now she just wants to focus on her career. Which I guess I believe, considering Jennifer has been doing several projects back-to-back this year? Sure. What?s funny though is that instead of making this a story about ?Jen giving up on pregnancy,? it?s a story about how she?s going to go topless in We’re the Millers 2.

Jennifer Aniston is super-busy, you guys. She?s busy with endless hair appointments and spa treatments! These are new pics of Jennifer going into a spa on Friday. The spa? Mila Moursi Skin Care Institute in West Hollywood. These photos have everything you need for your Aniston fan-fiction: the quartz-looking engagement ring, the new bob hair style, the hint of Cheshire-cat smile (why is she smiling?!) and a bulky sweater jacket which will fuel another round of endless pregnancy rumors.
What should we tackle first? Let?s do hair. Her hair looks much better in these photos than in the first photos immediately following her hair catastrophe. I really do wonder if that formaldehyde ?Brazilian? hair treatment might have burned off a lot of her hair, but here we can see that it looks reasonably healthy. Kind of thin. Hm. I?ve come around to the idea that Jennifer, like Duchess Kate, has always worn a lot of hair pieces, but I?ve always believed that if Jennifer stopped messing with her hair, she would have naturally curly/wavy, thick hair. Which is awesome. Why does she hate her natural hair so much?!
As for the ring and the bulky sweater? well, obviously, it?s an invitation to Bump Watch her for the twenty-bajillionth time, and obviously she wants us to know that the engagement is still very much on. Good. I don?t have the strength to withstand another breakup, pity party and YEARS of Jennifer doing rent-a-dates with B-list models and C-list actors. Please, Jesus, let Justin be The One. PLEASE.

Last week we heard the sorrowful tale of how Jennifer Aniston had chopped off her golden locks, thus losing her magical powers. She?s like the Samson of TV actresses! While it would have been news no matter what (Aniston?s hair is always news, believe it or not), what I found particularly interesting is WHY she needed to cut her hair. Apparently, Jennifer was trying an experimental and very dangerous ?Brazilian? chemical treatment involving formaldehyde and keratin to chemically straighten your hair, giving you that oh-so desirable 1990s ?just flat-ironed? look.
While you?d think Aniston would be old enough to know that she should put formaldehyde on her hair (WTF!), it?s even more interesting because she?s an investor and profit participant in Living Proof, a haircare line that is supposed to be able to manage her hair naturally, without all of the chemical bulls?t. Aniston has been shilling Living Proof for a year, swearing by it up and down. And now it turns out that she felt the need for experimental chemical straighteners? Interesting.
Anyway, Aniston?s long-time hair guy and BFF Christopher McMillan posted the header photo to his Instagram with the hashtags: ?LOVE! “#JenniferAniston #bobhaircut #LivingProofInc #Flex #PerfectHairDay?. Well, that answers one question I had: whether this CODE RED HAIR DISASTER would ruin Aniston?s longest-standing relationship with a man. It hasn?t. Us Weekly even ran a story yesterday about Jennifer’s color treatment and how Chris is still putting the “finishing touches” on her look. But let me ask you something ladies: if your BFF hair guy ruined your hair with chemicals to the point where you had to chop nearly everything off, would that guy still be your friend?
Interestingly enough, just before Jennifer?s chemical disaster, she got her ear cartilage pierced with her new BFF Gucci Westman. Gucci posted this photo on her Instagram:

Jennifer Aniston cut her hair! This is big news. I guess. I?ve actually been wondering why there has been little to no Aniston news the past few weeks, and as it turns out, it?s because she?s recovering from a bad ?Brazilian? and she had to cut off most of her hair. You can see the exclusive photos here and here ? it looks like her hair is now just a choppy bob, and I don?t know if her hair is wet or greasy in those pics, but it looks awful. Aniston confirmed the ?Brazilian? disaster when she spoke to Elle UK recently:
On Friday night ELLE exclusively chatted with Jennifer Aniston, she of the we-want-it hair and former owner of the now infamous Rachel haircut. When putting to her the question of whether she would consider cutting her hair for a role she revealed that she has just gone for the chop.
?Funny you say that. I actually just cut all my hair off two days ago,? the star told ELLEuk.com exclusively. The haircut is so new, freshly cut last Wednesday, that the actress is yet to step out with her newly cropped hair.
So why the change? ?It wasn?t for a role. My hair went through a phase – I did this thing called a Brazilian and my hair did not react really well to it. It?s about 2-inches above my shoulders now,? Aniston revealed.
It?s not the worst timing for the star to feel compelled to cut her hair, this season mid-length hair, or as ELLE called it in our AW13 trend report ?The Rebel Cut?, is every where. In fact, numerous members of team ELLE including our editor-in-chief Lorraine, fashion features director Rebecca Lowthorpe and news editor Leisa Barnett have all gone for the chop (and we?re not exaggerating when we say there are too many ELLE staffers to list them all here).
But not one to follow trends, the actress isn?t too sure about her new shorter haircut.
?The minute I cut my hair I want it back. Always. It?s a guarantee. I?m trying really hard to love this one,? she said.
It’s not the first time the star has sported a bob; her hairdresser and longtime friend Chris Macmillan (who also cut off Miley Cyrus’s hair) tends to crop Aniston’s hair every few years to keep it looking healthy.

I had no idea what this ?Brazilian? treatment was until I read this story at The Daily Mail ? apparently, it?s like a hardcore chemical straightening process using ?formaldehyde and keratin? to keep your hair straight for three months. You know what?s funny about this? SO MUCH. For one, I think many women would love to have Jennifer?s naturally curly Greek hair, but she?s spent most of her adult life trying to look like Gwyneth Paltrow, complete with straight, flat-ironed, damaged-looking blonde hair.
This is also amusing because Jennifer has been shilling her MIT-produced haircare line Living Proof as the ?answer? to all of your hair needs. What?s that, Aniston? The Living Proof haircare line is insufficient for your needs so you had to go in for a sketchy and controversial chemical treatment? Well, I?ll be damned. Jennifer Aniston?s hair is MADE OF LIES.
