Out for some ?A-Team? promotions, Jessica Biel was spotted in London, England earlier today (July 26).
The ?7th Heaven? hottie looked lovely in a green skirt and white button-up shirt as she smiled for the paparazzi from behind a pair of sunglasses.
And when it comes to guys, Jess says she?s not interested in boys who are full of themselves, but rather prefers men who want to work.
?I like a guy who is confident but not cocky, who?s funny, doesn?t take himself too seriously and is driven. Being able to have fun and laugh is important ? I think that?s what I?m like too.?

Here are Jessica Biel and Bradley Cooper promoting The A-Team in Madrid on Sunday. Biel really can?t dress for sh-t, can she? I don?t even see how this dress would have been cute on the rack. It?s just hideous from every angle. Why would you want a puffy, one-armed bridesmaid looking cocktail dress? in this neutral beige color? It does absolutely nothing for Biel and her extreme beauty. Speaking of how beautiful Jessica is (rolling eyes), she?s once again making her looks a talking point. Previously, Jessica has pontificated on how her overwhelming gorgeousness has been a deterrent in her career. In this interview, however, Jessica tries to play the ?People shouldn?t talk about how gorgeous I am even though I just brought it up? game:
Jessica Biel feels uncomfortable when people praise her looks. The model-turned-actress is one of Hollywood’s top pin-ups, and regularly features on lists of the world’s most beautiful women. Modest Jessica says she does find compliments flattering, but the movie star insists there are many women out of the public eye who are more attractive than her.
“I think you just kind of go with it more than anything else, because it’s incredibly flattering to have that said about you. But come on, let’s get serious, there are a lot of people around the world that we don’t know about who are probably incredibly beautiful, so it just feels like: ‘Okay, cool. Thanks, I appreciate it,” she told the British edition of OK! magazine.
Jessica went on to insist her beauty comes at a price, as she admitted to following a dull diet in order to maintain her slim figure. Despite being a fan of delicious food, the actress moaned that she needs to be strict on herself to look good.
“I love food, love it. But I’m really disciplined and boring most of the time. It’s so true!” she lamented.
Jessica Biel also says criticism can be ‘toxic’ and she tries to stay away from negativity.
‘If you let in, what people say about you and how people think about you, it’s just toxic. It’s just horrible to try to please a bunch of people that you’ve never met before, who want to just make assumptions about your life and your career.?

Well, at least she?s trying to show a bit more grace? I guess. Someone must have told her, ?Stop talking about how gorgeous you are, for f-ck?s sake.? It?s especially strange because she has such sketchy style, you know? Not that how she dresses really has anything to do with her beauty, but she dresses like she thinks she can pull anything off, and she just can?t. Very few women can. It?s like? Nicole Kidman and Cate Blanchett, and nobody else.
By the way, did anyone see Jessica’s commercial for Revlon’s “Just Bitten” lipstick? It’s 90 seconds and directed by Oscar-winner Kathryn Bigelow, and it’s hilarious. Yes, Jessica looks pretty, but if she can’t even act her way through a 90-second commercial, she’s got bigger problems than her extreme beauty.

Stepping out for a promotional appearance, Jessica Biel and Bradley Cooper were spotted at a photo call for ?The A-Team? in Madrid, Spain today (July 26).
The ?7th Heaven? hottie and the ?Hangover? hunk both looked to be in good spirits as they posed for the paparazzi outside the Hotel ME.
Over the weekend, Ms. Biel got in some quality time with her longtime boyfriend Justin Timberlake in New York City.
The loved-up pair hit the West Side Highway for some active quality time, riding their bikes and chatting along the way.

Out for an afternoon bike ride together, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake were spotted on the west side highway of New York City on Friday (July 23).
The ?Good Luck Chuck? actress and her ?Sexy Back? beau seemed to be having a wonderful time on their ride as they were smiling and laughing, even after the paparazzi caught up to them.
Ms Biel, who has always had a love for healthy living, recently admitted that - although food is like a drug to her - she keeps her diet very clean.
Jess told press, "I love food, love it. But I'm really disciplined and boring most of the time. It's so true!"
Meanwhile, filming for ?Friends With Benefits? has been going strong as of late and Mr Timberlake was spotted several times this week on set with hottie co-star, Mila Kunis.

Here are some new photos of Jessica Biel, from her appearance in the August issue of Glamour UK. Enjoy the photos, because the interview excerpts that have come out are crazy boring. Jessica talks about ?zzz?. Wha? Yeah. Something about dieting (her diet is insane), blah, yoga, blah blah, fart jokes. She doesn?t actually tell a fart joke, or heaven forbid actually fart during the interview. Please! Biel would never. No, she just mentions that there were fart jokes in her general vicinity, which makes me wonder if her A-Team costars sometimes referred to Biel as ?The Fart Joke? re: her acting. Here are some of the highlights:

“I’m not a perfect person who doesn’t mess up, eat bad, not work out–I do all those things,” Biel tells the magazine.
But her normal workout regimen is two or three days a week with a personal trainer, and exercise every day–whether she goes to the gym or does hiking or ballet. And no bread, dairy, sugar, salt or much meat when she is working. (”Oh, it’s the worst!”)
Biel also subscribes to the Kelly Bensimon method of a weekly six-day fast followed by a day of feasting.
“When I’m working and I eat healthily all week, I then give myself one day–usually Sunday–when I just eat what I want. You have to, otherwise your mind goes a little nutso,” she said.
The A-Team actress fits a gruelling exercise regime around work to stay in shape. ?I see my trainer one day, next day I take a yoga class, or take a hike, take a ballet class,? the 28-year-old model told Glamour magazine.
?I used to do a lot of ballet ? it?s the most amazing workout. Every day I do something, whether it?s in the gym, the pool or hiking with my three dogs.?
But she has not always been so well behaved. ?I absolutely had a mad, crazy period. Probably 16 to 22-ish, I was sneaking out of the house, getting in trouble,? she admitted.
Actress Jessica Biel says she fears the big-screen remake of The A-Team might receive mixed reviews as it is an adaptation of a popular television show.
“There’s a heightened sense of concern when you’re doing something so beloved around the world. What I always think is you can’t please everybody. There will be people who hate it; there will be people who absolutely love it. Hopefully, people will come and see it and make whatever judgment they want,” contactmusic.com quoted her as saying.
The actress stars alongside Liam Neeson and Bradley Cooper in the movie. And despite the predominantly male cast, Biel enjoyed the on-set humour.
“It was super-manly, but fun. They loved having some female energy. It was nice to have men and women together. All testosterone, all oestrogen - a little too much of one is never good. I felt very comfortable. But there were a lot of fart jokes,” she said.

Do you mind if I don?t talk about what she actually said? It?s just that I now hope that Biel talks about how gorgeous she is and how she?s going to win an Oscar in every interview, but she?s just not bringing it anymore. While this interview was totally boring, it also didn?t offend me. Bad Biel!
As for the photos, they?re kind of gorgeous. Not as pretty as her GQ China shoot, but it?s still pretty good. One thing - is it just me, or does Biel have a couple of bad angles? Not hideous, but her face just looks oddly out of proportion when she dips her head down. It?s a strange effect.

Everyone enjoys a good rock show, and Hilary Duff and Jessica Biel were both spotted checking out the Kings of Leon concert last night (July 12).
The ?So Yesterday? songstress was joined by her hockey-playing-honey Mike Comrie as she exited the Hollywood Bowl venue.
Hilary and Mike both looked to be in good spirits as they walked hand-in-hand past the paparazzi and hopped into their car.
Meanwhile, Jessica Biel made it out for the gig, sporting a khaki jacket, grey top, dark wash jeans, and black shoes.

In career news, Jessica told press she?s looking to keep branching out in her movie roles and would love to play a ?bad girl.?
?I would love to play a really bad girl ? that would be cool. Not just a bad girl but maybe a mentally disabled girl or a crazy person or something really challenging and unexpected. That?s the joy and terrifying element of this business.?

I wasn’t planning on going to see the A-Team movie because I didn’t want it to ruin my fond memories of the TV show, but after seeing these pictures of Jessica Biel’s awesome body I may reconsider. I always knew she was hot, but this is almost too much for me.
