There have been a ton of rumors about Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel lately, most of it being gossip along the lines of ?they will totally split any day now.? This OK! story sounds a lot like the other stuff, with one exception. The unnamed sources and ?pals? of the couple actually do sound like Justin?s friends representing Justin?s interests.
These pals describe Justin and Jessica as having problems, and ?fighting lately?. One of the biggest issues is that Justin is a flirt who loves women - so of course Jessica told him, ?that if they get engaged, it?s got to end.? Way to double-down, Jess. Justin is thinking about leaving her, so she gives him an engagement ultimatum. Dumb, dumb, dumb.
Are Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel heading into make-or-break territory? Insiders suggest that at the very least, the couple, who?ve been dating for two years, are out of sync.
?They aren?t split yet, but they are having problems,? a pal of Justin, 28, and Jessica, 27, tells OK!.
?They?ve been fighting lately,? says another friend, adding that the main issue is JT?s incorrigibly roving eye. ?Justin has always loved women ? singing about them, looking at them, flirting with them. He can?t help it!?
But does the ?Sexy Back? singer know when to hit the brakes?
?Jessica?s seen Justin flirt, but says it?s all in good fun,? the pal tells OK!. ?But she has told him that if they get engaged, it?s got to end. Things seem a bit tense with them, but they?re trying to get past the rough patches.?
Indeed, on March 20 the pair was seen dining with their parents at Beverly Hills? Mastro?s Steakhouse restaurant, which hardly suggests a rift.
On the other hand, the insider reveals to OK!, ?Justin asked one of his longtime best friends how much time he?d need to give Jessica if he asked her to move out of their New York City apartment without seeming like a jerk.?

The last part interested me the most. How much time should you give someone to move out without seeming like a jerk? I say two months max - for normal people who don?t have millions of dollars and mansions at the snap of our fingers. For Justin and Jessica, a month would probably be plenty of time… if she doesn?t have any film projects lined up.

A few weeks ago, an account of an impending break-up was reported by The Chicago Sun-Times. They claimed that Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake had been having some problems and were about to end their relationship at any moment, contrary to all of the ?they?re so in love? reports that have been widely circulated.
Add another notch on the rumor bedpost: JT and Biel were supposed to make an appearance at a casino opening last week, and now people are treating their absence as a harbinger of relationship doom. PR Inside has more:
Pop star Justin Timberlake and girlfriend Jessica Biel fuelled reports their relationship is in trouble after they failed to show up at a casino opening.
The couple, dating since 2007, has recently been dogged by rumours they plan to split, with a source telling U.S. newspaper The Chicago Sun-Times: “Things are not going as smoothly as (Biel and Timberlake) would want people to think they are.”
The stars then added to the speculation when they failed to deliver a scheduled promotional appearance at the launch of an Indiana Live Casino in Shelbyville, Indiana on 13 March (09).
And their absence infuriated many members of the 8,000-strong audience.
Guest Marian Flemming says, “It was ridiculous. They promised us that Justin and Jessica were going to be here, so we came down to check out the new casino and had hoped to see the two stars. When they did not show up, we simply felt cheated.?

Since there?s no rumor of Timberlake getting sued for his failure to appear, I suppose it either wasn?t a paid appearance, or Timberlake has already given back his appearance fee. By the way, who goes to a casino opening in Shelbyville, Indiana to see JT and Biel?
So are they breaking up? To my eyes, JT has looked ?over it? for a while, and Biel has always seemed a little clingy. Maybe I?m totally wrong, but is Justin Timberlake really such a prize in a boyfriend? Perhaps Jessica could just call it a day and move on to bigger and better things.

Justin Timberlake might be itching to get out of his relationship with Jessica Biel, if gossip amongst their friends is correct. Even though the couple just purchased a $2.9 million duplex in Manhattan, it seems things aren?t exactly solid between the two ? at least on Justin?s end. Jessica is reportedly desperate to keep him.
We’ve heard rumblings about Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel splitting before, but not for a long time. Despite the usual pooh-poohing denials from the stars’ official camps, two friends of the ”J’s” (as a longtime Biel buddy calls them) insist there are problems in paradise.
While the duo are still living together, Biel’s friend reports, ”Things are not going as smoothly as [Biel and Timberlake] would want people to think they are.” Two friends of Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake insist there are problems in the relationship. On the other side, a veteran Timberlake associate whispers, ”I can always sense when Justin is beginning to get itchy in a relationship. … While he’s still very public about being seen with Jessica, it’s interesting. … He hardly talks about her when she’s not around.
”The same thing happened with Cameron [Diaz, a Timberlake ex], and it also was the case with Britney [Spears].”
To be fair, another longtime Biel pal told me Wednesday, ”I don’t think this is true. I was just with them and I’ve never seen them look happier. … I think this is someone out to unnecessarily cause trouble? ‘I know they are both very good actors, but I truly think their feelings for each other haven’t changed.”
Both of my sources indicate Timberlake thinks Biel is a bit too ”controlling,” but Biel’s friend tells me she’s not going to give up on the relationship easily. ”She will do anything to keep Justin. She really loves him very much.”

I won?t pretend to know much about Jessica Biel, but she?s never struck me as controlling. Justin certainly has though. It might be that anyone who doesn?t do exactly what he wants is ?too controlling.? Jessica has always seemed incredibly bland to me though. Maybe it?s just because she?s not a drama queen and relatively stable, at least by Hollywood standards. We don?t know about every facet of her life, unlike Britney.
But whenever I look at Jessica, I just see beige. Sometimes eggshell white. But never anything interesting. She?s nice to look at, I?ll give her that. But even though I want to empathize with her on this, part of me can?t blame Justin for possibly wanting to move on.

This actually isn?t the first time that mama?s boy Justin?s mother has been discussed in a tabloid story about Jessica. Last year, Celebitchy reported that Justin?s mom was blocking his wedding to Jessica. Mm-hm, sure. Then there were the reports that Justin bought Jessica an engagement ring in Rome. Right. When will Jessica Biel realize that just because she leaks ?impending engagement? rumors to the press, doesn?t mean Justin wants to marry her. OK! has more:

I wish I could spend $25 K on home furnishings, but if you consider all of the furniture they needed, that amount is probably too small. Am I being to harsh on Jess and Justin? They just seem… there. I could understand Justin and Cameron Diaz, they made some kind of sense. Maybe he and Jessica just seem boring on purpose, as a way to avoid media attention. But if that?s the case, why do we always get these pro-Biel stories strategically leaked?
