This is possibly Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson?s strangest pap stroll ever. Joshua and Diane were spotted in LA late Friday, and Fame/Flynet says they ?stopped by a friend?s house?Joshua wasn’t wearing a shirt and Diane was covering her face as they left the friend?s house.? Was there some sort of emergency where Joshua literally had to give a friend the shirt off his back? Or does Joshua just wander around LA shirtless, wearing only sneakers and light-wash jeans? Does Diane look embarrassed because Joshua is so uncouth? Or is she covering her face because she doesn?t want anyone to notice what appears to be a small baby bump? WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THESE PHOTOS?
There have been so many rumors about Joshua and Diane over the past five months or so. Last December, Diane was allegedly (!!) making out with Norman Reedus in a dive bar in New York, a story which certainly seemed to have legs. Crash-cut to two weeks ago, when Reedus and Kruger were trying to promote their film in New York and they looked very, very awkward with each other? and they took pains to avoid each other. So, what can we say? Joshua and Diane are still together. And Joshua looks fine without his shirt. He?s not crazy-buff, but yes, I would hit it. I like that he looks a little bit soft.
Last thing ? Diane did an interview with a blog called The New Potato ? you can read the full interview here. It?s just lifestyle/diet/skincare stuff, but some of her answers were interesting. Her five closet staples are: ?Jeans, tanks, ballet flats, a Chanel bag and cool boots.? Her refrigerator staples: ?Water, Ros, butter, and cheese.?

Yesterday, we covered the photos from the amfAR gala at NYFW. Diane Kruger attended the event without Joshua Jackson, and I used that opportunity to speculate about the state of their relationship following the December reports that Diane may have cheated on Joshua with Norman Reedus ? Reedus and Kruger had been seen at a NYC dive bar together looking loved up and coupled up, all while Joshua was overseas.
Well? it looks like Joshua and Diane are still together, even though they weren?t seen together in something like three or four months. He?s appearing on Broadway in the play Smart People, and there was a big opening night event last night. Joshua posed with his castmates, he posed solo, and he posed with Diane Kruger, who seemed to be there to support him. So, they?re still happening. And is it wrong to think that Diane looks a bit smug about it? Like, ?Oh, yeah, I can do whatever I want and my man still loves me, hahaha, I got Pacey 4 LIFE.? Still, I?m glad that they?re not done. Some people suspect that they actually have an open relationship. It wouldn?t surprise me.
Also: I absolutely adore Diane?s tuxedo. She looks amazing.

Here are photos from the amfAR gala last night in NYC, on behalf of New York Fashion Week. We?re splitting these photos up into multiple posts, so don?t yell if you don?t see the dress you want to discuss in this post! Let?s start with Diane Kruger, because we haven?t really talked about her since everything went down in December. By that I mean? there were widespread stories that Diane was in a dive bar with Norman Reedus and they were acting very kissy and loved-up. There was speculation that Diane and Joshua Jackson are over. Her Instagram seems to be hinting around about a breakup too. And this amfAR event is just the kind of thing that Diane would have normally done with Joshua. So? are they over? Sigh. Also: her dress is Prada and I surprisingly don?t hate it.
Coco Rocha in Fausto Puglisi. Wow, this is BAD. I?ve never been a huge CoCo fan as a model, but she?s much prettier than this normally.
Hannah Davis (Derek Jeter?s fiance) in Elie Saab Pre-fall 2015. This is a perfect example of why people roll their eyes at Elie Saab ? because this is a by-the-books ?safe? red carpet look, and when a boring person wears that kind of dress, the result is a collective MEH.
Paris & Nicky Hilton. Nicky is probably into her second trimester by now and she?s barely showing. Paris wore Elie Saab, because of course.
Carol Alt in Zang Toi. While it?s difficult to see past the absolutely AWFUL BANGS TRAUMA, I actually love this dress.
Chanel Iman in what seems like a bridal look, but? like, chic bridal. I would love it if a bride wore high-fashion slacks to her wedding.

As we discussed yesterday, the NYDN had a sad/interesting story about Diane Kruger maybe-cheating on Joshua Jackson with? Norman Reedus! Some witnesses at a NYC dive bar claimed that they saw Norman and Diane looking incredibly friendly a few nights ago, openly making out with Diane sitting in Norman?s lap. While Reedus?s rep flat-out denied the story, Kruger?s people have made some strange acknowledgments.
First off, Gossip Cop spoke to a ?a source close to Kruger? who said the story is ?completely fabricated.? Except that the source acknowledges that Kruger and Reedus were TOTALLY IN THE BAR TOGETHER. GC?s source says that they were joined by a third person, director Fabienne Berthaud. Berthaud directed Reedus, Kruger and Joshua Jackson in the film Sky. GC?s source also maintained that Kruger and Jackson are ?100,000,000 percent? still together. But Joshua Jackson is out of town. He?s halfway around the world, actually.
So, even sources close to Kruger are telling media outlets that she actually was in the dive bar with Norman Reedus but that she wasn?t straddling him and making out with him. A source also went to Entertainment Tonight to say the same thing, that Diane and Norman were hanging out but ?they are not dating or hooking up.” Then ET dropped this into their story:
This isn’t the first time Kruger and Reedus have been spotted getting up close and personal. Another source tells ET that Kruger was sitting on Reedus’ lap at the premiere after party for Sky in September at the Toronto International Film Festival. “They were close all night and talking about relationship stuff,” the source says. “She was talking about how he wasn’t ready to settle down?They seemed like they were more than just friends.?

Whoa now. So, there?s legit reporting of previous friendly encounters? Yeah, something is up. I?m not saying that Diane and Joshua are completely done or anything, but I?m saying that Diane and Norman Reedus are more than likely hittin? it.
Oh, and Radar had more details about their alleged makeout session at the NYC bar, including their drink order (they both drank whiskey). One witness described the hook up as a ?high school make out session? that started just ten minutes after they entered the bar. MESS.

Since CB usually covers Norman Reedus and since I don?t watch The Walking Dead, I really don?t know much about Reedus as a person. Turns out that he?s a vampire (he?s 45 years old!) and he had a 21-year-old girlfriend last year, model Cecilia Singley, although CB thinks they quietly broke up. Meanwhile, Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson seem to have weathered a year full of breakup rumors and they?ve come out the stronger for it. But the NYDN is here to stir the pot. Apparently, some witnesses swear up and down that they saw Reedus and Kruger making out in the East Village last Friday. Huh.
Here’s some irony. Diane Kruger appears to be cheating on Joshua Jackson, a star of “The Affair” ? with Norman Reedus of “The Walking Dead.” Multiple sources tell Confidenti@l that Kruger and Reedus were spotted wildly making out in an East Village dive bar on Friday night. We’re told the pair ? who co-starred, along with Jackson, in this year’s movie “Sky” ? showed up at 12th Street Alehouse around 1:30 a.m. We’re told they ordered a vodka for her and a whisky for him and retreated to the very furthest table in the bar’s back room.
“They were laughing and having fun and then she just literally got out of her chair and straddled him and we were all like, ‘what the hell,’” said one stunned onlooker. “They were all over each other. She was a lot more aggressive than him.”
Another eyewitness said, “they were making out on top of each other, holding hands.”
Her long-term boyfriend, meanwhile, was on a beach on the other side of the world. The “Dawson’s Creek” hunk ? who plays Cole Lockhart in Showtime hit “The Affair” ? posted an Instagram shot on Friday of an idyllic beach in Manila captioned, “Home sweet home for the next couple days.” Jackson, conveniently for the hot and heavy Kruger and Reedus, is on a 21-day trip around the world.
A rep for Reedus denied that Reedus and Kruger were making out. A rep for Kruger declined to comment. A rep for Jackson did not respond to our request for comment.

This is a puzzler. The NYDN has good sources, and while their gossip people are pretty tabloidy, they?re not known for making stuff up completely. They generally have good sources and their gossip stories have some basis in reality. What I?m saying is that I?m predisposed to think that something is there. My first thought was maybe Reedus was making out with a different blonde and witnesses just thought it was Diane Kruger? I?m just saying, Norman Reedus wouldn?t be mistaken for another person, but Diane Kruger?s look ? petite blonde with delicate features ? is all over the place. Or, hey, maybe it?s true. Maybe Diane Kruger and Norman Reedus are hittin? it. Hm?

The Venice Film Festival started off with a whimper, not a bang, as Everest was the big gala premiere last night. It could have been a good night for fashion, as the film features performances by Keira Knightley, Emily Watson, Robin Wright and Elizabeth Debicki. Unfortunately, NONE of those women came out for the premiere. The men came out (Bedhead covered Jake Gyllenhaal, Josh Brolin, Jason Clarke), but the most exciting fashion moments came from the ladies on this year?s Venice jury.
Diane Kruger is on the jury this year, because she loves film festivals and she loves getting all dressed up for premieres. She decided to forgo her usual Chanel and went with this? interesting Prada gown. The dress is okay. I like she found the one Prada dress that doesn?t have major darting issues. The dress is way more interesting from the back, though.
Bonus Kruger: She wore this red Cushnie Et Ochs Pre-Fall 2015 jumpsuit to the Opening Dinner event.

Paz Vega wore a Ralph & Russo gown to the Everest premiere. I like this, even though it?s a somewhat boring dress on a somewhat boring person.
I?m pretty sure I?ve seen version of Elizabeth Banks? Dolce & Gabbana gown a million times before. It?s a pretty standard D&G design, although the back is somewhat different. I?m not sure how I feel about that black detail ? it makes her look like she?s wearing a mic pack.

I?ve been worried about Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson. If they ever break up, I?m going to burn this place to the ground! And for a few months, it seemed like they were having problems. They just weren?t seen out together very often. They didn?t go to Coachella this year, which they?ve always attended together in the past. They did go to the Met Gala together, their first red carpet in months, but then Diane flew off by herself to the South of France, where she got very, very flirty with her costar (and hottie) Matthias Schoenaerts at the Cannes Film Festival. Joshua didn?t even fly into Cannes to walk the red carpet for her big premiere. And Diane flew solo to Joel Silver?s annual Memorial Day party earlier this week too! What gives?
So, was there trouble afoot? And is it all over now? These are photos of Joshua and Diane in LA yesterday. They look? okay? Their body language seems decent-ish, like they?re not mad at each other but I wish they were holding hands. I mean, they?ve been together for nine years. They?ve outlasted many, many couples. Are they just that old married couple (despite the fact that they are famously unmarried) that doesn?t feel the need to do everything together?
Sigh? I hope they?re fine. I hope it was all just a work schedule thing and they?ll be together forever.

This post is supposed to be about Diane Kruger and her Cannes fashion, but let?s just take a moment to add Matthias Schoenaerts to our permanent-hot list. I talked about him a bit when I was covering the Far From the Madding Crowd press/photos, and he?s really working it this year. Yes, he sort of underdressed for the Cannes photocall for Disorder with Diane ? he?s the first dude I?ve seen this year who looks like a lumberjack at Cannes ? but still, he?s so hot. Lumberjack hot. Tall and flirty/dirty hot. Unf.
As for Diane? she wore Dolce & Gabbana to the photocall ? that?s the little blue dress with the sequins in the shape of a rose. Diane also climbed up on the white box and in doing so, she flashed her drawers for the world?s photographers. I?m hoping it was an honest mistake rather than a ploy to get us to pay attention to her movie! Also: should Joshua Jackson be worried? Because it really seems like Matthias is flirting with Diane and she?s flirting right back.
As for the premiere? Diane wore pale blue Prada. I?m surprised she didn?t go for Chanel, because Chanel is usually her go-to designer for major red carpets. But this? isn?t bad. I don?t hate it at all. It?s revealing without looking trashy. I?m a little bit worried because Joshua Jackson didn?t come to Cannes with her. Be careful, Diane!! Joshua Jackson is a keeper. Matthias is only fun for a night (or several nights of dirty yacht sex).

Fronted by ?Inglourious Basterds? actress Diane Kruger, the campaign has been given the ?Martell France300? moniker and will assemble 300 people from across the globe in the art, fashion and mixology realms.
Kruger explains, ?We?re looking to find 300 talented people, all of whom will have to demonstrate exceptional talent and ambition in their field, as well as being bastions for the modern French Art de Vivre lifestyle. I think this initiative in recognition of emerging French talent, is the perfect way for Martell Cognac to celebrate their 300th anniversary this year?and I?m delighted to be a part of it.?

Here are some photos of Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson out and about in NYC over the holiday weekend. I enjoy Diane?s street style only if she?s the only one who can pull off some of these looks. That denim skirt is? not the best. But I love her purple sweater. And I love the umbrella photos and I love that Diane and Joshua seem so connected, happy and in love after all these years. Every so often, some rumor will arise or some tabloid will claim that Diane and Joshua are done or having problems. It will break my heart if it ever comes to that. But for now, they really do seem solid. And no, they probably won?t ever get married. I think Diane is the one shutting it down and Joshua just seems to do whatever she wants.
Diane and Joshua are pretty busy these days. They?re in NYC because she?s filming The Infiltrator with Bryan Cranston, John Leguizamo, Benjamin Bratt and Amy Ryan. It?s set in the 1980s and it involves a customs official uncovering one of Pablo Escobar?s money laundering schemes. Joshua is likely gearing up for Season 2 of The Affair. The showrunner of The Affair says that Season 2 will probably be more Joshua Jackson-intensive.
Oh, and Coachella starts later this week. Diane and Joshua almost always go, but I wonder if they?re too busy this year.
