Bringing her gorgeousness to the French Riviera, Cheryl Cole was the center of attention at the Hotel du Cap in Cannes on Tuesday night (May 18).
The 26-year-old singer donned a black tulle, strapless Roberto Cavalli dress as she readied for her performance at the swanky de Grisogono Dinner Party.
Spending much of the evening alongside de Grisogono founder Fawaz Gruosi, Miss Cole was paid a whopping $360,000 paycheck for her 30-minute stage duties.
Along with the cash, Cheryl was also clad in her new de Grisogono jewelry gifts - as she was bestowed a boule diamond bracelet and earrings which insiders tell are worth "hundreds of thousands of pounds".

Continuing her climb to the top of the pop music world, Cheryl Cole was spotted performing in Berlin, Germany on Saturday (May 15).
The Girls Aloud chanteuse opened for the Black Eyed Peas at the O2 World Arena and whipped the jam-packed crowd into a frenzy with her singing and dancing.
On a negative note, Cheryl is dealing with the horrible news that her brother Andrew Tweedy has been charged with robbery after holding up a post office.
The 30-year-old criminal was part of the burglary team, also consisting of two other men, at the Hailsham Avenue location and will appear in Newcastle Crown Court on May 28th.

Finished up with her stay in Dublin, Cheryl Cole was spotted touching down at Heathrow Airport in London on Monday (May 3).
The British beauty looked stylish in a tan jacket with black accents, black trousers and black open toe heels as she strolled through the arrivals terminal.
Miss Cole, who also happens to be the Harper's Bazaar UK covergirl for June 2010, says she?s making the most of her singlehood since splitting from husband Ashley, and has discovered a new diet that makes a huge difference in her life.

?It has made such a difference - not so much to my shape, but to how I feel and my energy levels. Before I was like 'energy schmenergy' and didn't believe it. But now I believe it 100 per cent.?
She continued, ?I have a really hectic schedule but it does have some health benefits - I get to work out without working out. It's literally full-on performances back to back, and all the choreography, training and rehearsals that go into them, that's a real workout.?

I?ve mentioned before that I don?t really care about British singer/personality Cheryl Cole. I tend to view her as Britain?s Paula Abdul, but apparently she is quite popular and beloved, and she?s riding a wave of sympathy ever since she left her husband Ashley Cole. Even though I don?t care, I did have two Cheryl stories I wanted to share - first of all, these are photos from Cheryl?s appearance on the June issue of Harper?s Bazaar UK. Pretty! I really do like them. Also, Cheryl just sat down for an interview in Hello Magazine where she claims that she keeps in shape because she adheres to the ?Eat Right 4 Your Type? diet. Meaning you should diet according to your blood type. Here?s more:
Since her split from husband Ashley, Cheryl Cole’s slender figure has led to much debate. But it seems her tiny frame isn’t simply down to a broken heart. The 26-year-old has revealed she sticks to Eat Right 4 Your Type diet, in which she eats and avoids specific foods based entirely on her blood type.
In an interview with Hello! today she admitted to watching what she eats.
‘I watch what I eat, not to stay slim but to feel good,’ she said. ‘Recently my mother told me about Eat Right 4 Your Type, in which you’re told what to eat and what to avoid depending on your blood type. It has made such a difference - not so much to my shape, but to how I feel and my energy levels. Before I was like ‘energy schmenergy’ and didn’t believe it. But now I believe it 100 per cent.’
Stars including Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr, Martine Mccutcheon and Sir Cliff Richard have previously admitted to following the plan. And while her fans may be hitting the gym to try and emulate Cheryl’s figure, it seems she doesn’t have to.

And Cheryl, currently taking a break from her band Girls Aloud, says she doesn’t deny herself her favourite treats - especially cupcakes.
‘My only trouble is that I can’t do without sugar,’ she said. ‘I think I might have some sort of sugar imbalance. Sometimes I feel like I just need a chocolate bar. To be honest you can’t put yourself under that much pressure, so I don’t deny myself anything.’

Can I make fun of her for this? I really don?t know what to think. My first reaction was ?how stupid? but I?m sure there are people out there who swear by the blood type diet, and maybe there?s even some anecdotal evidence to back it up? But of all the crazy diets that we hear about, I still think the blood type diet seems ridiculous. Also, wasn?t this something that was popular back in the 1970s? Weird.

Continuing along with her hectic travels, Cheryl Cole was spotted at Heathrow Airport in London, England on Friday (April 30).
The Girls Aloud darling was quickly swarmed by paparazzi as she entered the terminal ahead of her outbound flight to Dublin - as she's set to perform with the Black Eyed Peas in the Irish capital tomorrow.
The airport sighting comes just a day after Miss Cole was crowned the worlds sexiest women by FHM magazine.
And while she always looks fabulous, Cheryl confessed that she actually loves dressing down, saying, "I have been known to be a little bit skanky and wear the same pyjamas I woke up in... for like, six hours."
Nonetheless, she's happy with what she sees in the mirror, telling, "I never go, 'yuck'. What I see is a successful woman doing what she loves doing and being herself."

Taking a break from her UK surroundings, Cheryl Cole was spotted exiting a recording studio in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon (March 29).
The ?Parachute? songstress looked to be in good spirits as she smiled for the paparazzi, sporting a black top and red trousers.
And it sounds like Cheryl will be spending some time with Black Eyed Peas member will.i.am while she?s in town.
An insider revealed, "He has asked Cheryl to fly out to Los Angeles for a secret date with him over Easter. He's having a big family get-together and he wants her to be there."
"He wants to look after her and treat her. He's a really romantic guy who wants to take her out for dinner and cook for her. They've got loads in common, they're from similar backgrounds and have similar family values."
