Kim Kardashian thinks she?s being clever. She is not. She thinks that if she wears bulky coats in July, maybe we?ll forget that she?s probably carrying her second child in her butt, just like when she was pregnant with North. Kim?s actively trying to deflect the paparazzi from getting butt shots. It?s sort of clever? except now the paparazzi want to get the rear shots even more. And by creating a butt-photo drought, Kim has now put a price tag on her butt. The first photographer to get a good, clear butt photo is going to make a fortune.
Anyway, these are photos of Kim wandering around West Hollywood yesterday. I personally think Kim was posing for the paparazzi yesterday because she?s tired of competing for attention. She?s tired of her Jenner half-sisters getting so many headlines, she?s tired of Caitlyn Jenner stealing her thunder and most of all, she?s tired of having to wear bulky coats in July (I imagine the Kardashian swamp butt is intense). I wish Kim would realize that if she did give photographers the butt shot, she would get all the attention, just like with her first pregnancy. But no.
In other Kim K. news, you can tell she?s miserable by the number of thinner-body throwback photos she posts on Instagram. Yesterday, Kim posted a classic throwback to her W Magazine cover shoot several years ago, which was the same shoot that Kim threw a hissy fit over on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Do you mean to tell me that the Kardashians FAKE their drama and storylines on KUWTK? Well I never.

Kim Kardashian doesn?t Botox or use fillers. Right now. But she does when she?s not pregnant. Or something. She really can?t keep her stories straight, I know. Kim has been posting a lot of close-up selfies on her Instagram lately, mostly to promote her makeup tutorials, because you too can look like a cat-faced Barbie doll. When she posted a selfie over the weekend, she included this note about her look:
Can’t wait to show u this contouring make up tutorial for my changing pregnant face! No I don’t do fillers or botox when pregnant like some tabloids are reporting, you would have to be really sick to endanger your child like that! Anyone who has been pregnant or gained weight knows your face totally changes! My nose gets bigger, cheeks fuller & my lips swell up. I?ll go the distance and say that Kim probably is not Botoxing right now, while pregnant. But I wouldn?t put it past her to do some lip injections because her lips seriously look HUGE. Granted, I do believe that some women do get swollen lips naturally while pregnant, but is Kim one of those women? We?ll probably never know. But Kim really doesn?t help her cause by wearing so much makeup, to the point where she really does look extra catfaced.
Kim also posted this photo of North?s idea of an outfit ? no pants, a Minnie Mouse helmet, a backpack and umbrella? That?s amazing.
The struggle is real! We cannot go out of the house like this!!! LOL

Kim Kardashian is still promoting her book of selfies, Selfish, and she keeps signing on to these relatively prestigious gigs as part of the promotional trail. Last night, she appeared at the Commonwealth Club of California, in a talk that was moderated by Judge LaDoris Cordell. People were mad. The Commonwealth Club of California is a venue that has previously hosted talks with people like Ronald Reagan, FDR and Martin Luther King. And now Kim. The club?s Facebook blew up with all the people complaining about Kim. But at the end of the day, Kim still did the talk. Some highlights from her discussion, via Page Six:
Her big reveal: She was wearing maternity Spanx under her black designer dress to conceal cellulite, not her pregnant belly.
Explaining her popularity: ?I really do love social media. I credit it to a lot of my career. My career is based on openness, openness and honesty.?
Her social media followers: ?Maybe it?s the bikini selfies. I think I definitely overshare, but I?m really engaged.?
Whether it?s realistic for women to be successful in a man?s world: ?There is this generation of young people ? girls ? who are beautiful but don?t have a strong work ethic. People sometimes think that with looks things will be easy, But I just encourage people to put in the work.?
Whether she?s okay with objectifying herself: ?Yes. I don?t think it?s a bad thing. I think there?s power in that and I think I have the control to put out what I want so even if I?m objectifying myself, I feel good about it.?
What it?s like to raise biracial children: Kardashian shared making the difficult decision not to engage with a fellow airline passenger who screamed profanity and racial comments at her while she was traveling with her daughter. West ?is very vocal about racial issues,? she said. ?Our communication, I think, will be really helpful for our children.?

Eh, it is what it is. I never feel weird about objectifying Kim Kardashian because that?s really her raison d’tre. To complain about being objectified would be, for Kim, complaining about her fame and accomplishments. I even like the shade Kim threw about the beautiful girls with no work ethic ? and I do think she?s right. There are a lot of pretty girls who think ?being pretty? is the beginning and the end of their accomplishments.

Here are some photos of Kim Kardashian at Heathrow today (the onesie photos) and out to dinner with Kanye in London last night (the pale Pink dress photos). The date-night photos are pretty boring, mostly because I can?t find anything particularly disagreeable in Kim?s ensemble. But the Heathrow photos? OMG. We?re getting there, people. We?re getting to the moment where Kim?s pregnancy progresses to the point where her fashion goes completely berserk. She?s wearing a pink-nude onesie, for the love of God. Heathrow to JFK, or even Heathrow to LAX? that?s a long-ass flight to wear a onesie. That?s also a pretty unflattering look for a pregnant woman. Poor Kim.
A few more leftover stories about Kim and Kanye? let?s see. Kanye performed at Glastonbury on Saturday night, as we discussed, but when Kim and Kanye arrived via helicopter, they were greeted by one very special flag? it was a silkscreen of an image from Kim?s sex tape with Ray-J. You can see the NSFW image here. The Telegraph had some words about it ? apparently, that Glastonbury attendee is slut-shaming Kim. But if that?s the argument, didn?t Kim slut-shame herself?
There?s also this fascinating story in The Daily Beast ? apparently, Kim is being credited for doing something good in Armenia: after her April visit to her father?s ancestral homeland, Armenians have been feeling the stirs of national pride. They?ve been fighting and protesting for their rights, with some major successes. And many people in the crowd of protesters credit Kim?s visit. It?s an interesting read!

Here are some photos of Kim Kardashian out and about in London this weekend. She flew to England late last week after spending several days in Cannes, taking part in the Cannes Lions conference. She stayed in London when Kanye traveled to Paris for the day to check out the Louis Vuitton collection, and then Kim joined Kanye at Glastonbury to watch his performance. They arrived by helicopter, which must have been hell on Kim?s morning sickness.
Before Glastonbury, Kim was photographed in a couple of black outfits in London. She went out shopping at Harrods and a lingerie store called Rigby & Peller. At Harrods, she ran into Serena Williams and they hugged and chatted for a moment while the paparazzi snapped photos. At Rigby & Peller ? which is the Queen?s favorite lingerie shop, by the way ? Kim purchased two new bras, one in nude and one in black. It?s funny because just a few hours later, Kim was photographed going braless, with her tatas on full display underneath a very thin black blouse ? you can see the NSFW photos here. You know why Kim had to buy some new bras? Because her boobs are really out of control with this pregnancy. Poor Kim.
Meanwhile, Kim has been chatting about a number of things. A lot of people have been claiming lately that Kylie Jenner is trying to/succeeding at morphing into Kim. When asked about Kylie?s morph, Kim said: ?I love that. She is the best, you know? She?s my little twin soul. She?s such a free spirit, and I love that. She?s the sweetest.? Kim was also just asked about her second husband, Kris Humphries, and how bad that whole episode was for her ?career?.
Kim Kardashian West hit rock bottom after her 2011 split from second husband Kris Humphries. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star encountered a lot of backlash after ending her marriage to the NBA player after just 72 days, and admitted in an interview on Friday that she thought her days as a celebrity were over.
“When I was going through the divorce I did say to everyone, ‘You guys, I think our careers are over. I hope you’ve saved your money. And now we’ll just continue to do our clothing stores and what we started off doing before the show. I totally thought it was over,” she told British businessman Sir Martin Sorrell in an interview for The Drum.
Kardashian West, 34, explained that she was being “very paranoid” and decided to take some time off to regroup.
“The time was really good for me,” she said. “I cancelled everything. I had a book tour, I had a fragrance launch, I had everything that you could possibly imagine and I just cancelled it all and I took time for me.”

I remember the backlash against Kim after she filed for divorce after just 72 days of marriage to Kris Humphries. But you know why she survived that? It was Kanye West, true, but it was also Kris Humphries being so dumb. Some Kardashian-haters really hoped that Humphries would stick it to Kim and that he would be able to prove ?fraud? or something and he really drew out their divorce for much longer than it needed to be. And in the end, he was the one who looked like a douchebag. In the end, I think a lot of women in particular were like, ?Oh, I get why she divorced him, he?s That Guy Trying to Punish His Ex For Dumping Him.? Kim was stupid to marry Humphries, don?t get me wrong, but I still don?t fault her for divorcing him.

Here are some photos of Kim Kardashian at the Cannes Lions festival on Wednesday. Her Beetlejuice suit is Balmain and while it?s not super-flattering, I like that Kim understands that at least she needs to wear vertical stripes. Kanye West did a talk at the festival last year, so it?s Kim?s turn this year. She?s been in the South of France for much of the week, and something really crazy happened to her on Tuesday night ? a naked drunk lady pounded on the door of her hotel room demanding to be let in. Kim tweeted about it yesterday:
Thanks to the drunk naked woman banging on my door I have been up since 4 am! I’m so sleepy now but have to work! It’s gonna be a long day! I took a fun video of her as a reminder of why I never tolerated drinking 2 much! Slob kabob! I won’t post it but it’s funny! She thought her Amex was my room key lol. Kim also chatted about the incident at her Cannes Lions discussion, saying that the woman wasn?t so much knocking as ?banging and kicking.? Since it was 4 am, Kim said, ?I screamed profanities at her and told her to put some clothes on and get off my door, but she kept using her AmEx as the key. She had no idea it was my room.? That?s really crazy.
Anyway, Kim?s discussion was really about the future of social media and her mobile video game, which is still making crazy money.
About her game, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood: ?The game is you just want to make it in Hollywood, you want to make it to the A-list and get as many fans and followers and cool wardrobes as possible ? we really mirror my real life, and make it in real time?I wouldn?t say it was risky, but it was new territory for me to go into the gaming space ? I had just had my daughter and I just wasn?t sure I really wanted to be working this much, and I wanted to be sure I could give it 100 percent. It was actually my husband that talked me into it, he loves video games.?
Social media: ?I don?t have a strategy, and I don?t have a team doing it for me, I am not knocking anyone else that does that, but I don?t find it to be authentic, if you are talking about personal things and sharing personal photos, but you are having someone else do that for you? My Myspace page just resurfaced and it was pretty embarrassing, I called myself a princess.?
Her current social media strategy: ?You just have to be authentic. There?s nothing more than I can?t stand is when Instagram becomes very promotional. I know a lot of my brands get frustrated that I don?t promote as much as they would like, but I only do it if it?s authentic, if I genuinely love it. I have really stayed true to myself on Instagram ? maybe too many bikini selfies for some people, but it?s what I want.?
Women in gaming: ?Gaming is typically a men?s world, most of the games are male-driven, so I feel excited we brought a female fan base to the gaming and to the tech world, and I hope that this brings other opportunities for women in this field.?
