She?s been doing so well with her current weight loss regimen that Kim Kardashian felt she was entitled to a cheat day on Thursday afternoon (August 28).
The reality television starlet headed over to Menchie?s Frozen Yogurt shop in Calabasas to score an icy sweet treat and of course she was picture perfect in a Balmain blazer with a Maticevski skirt and an Alaia bodysuit.
Kim?s splurge came after a morning trip to the gym for some cardiovascular training as well as a Pilates class, so she didn?t feel guilty for indulging a bit.
Before her latest efforts to slim down, Ms. Kardashian lamented the difficulty of losing weight after giving birth to her daughter North- ?Do any of u moms see their bodies just not the same? A different shape? Ughhhh my hips & butt are huge now! they were big to begin with! Off to an intense workout. Can't seem to shake this last 15-20 lbs of baby weight. No more excuses. My baby is 1 years old! UGH. I'm not gonna call it baby weight bc thats an excuse. I just gained weight & that's it. Why is it so much harder to lose after baby though!!?

Here are some photos of Kim Kardashian and North West at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills two days ago. This was Kim?s morning-after appearance after the VMAs (where she looked like a drowsy hooker). There?s a lot to unpack in these photos, so settle in. First, let?s talk about Kim?s look. I usually like her in white, surprisingly enough. I prefer her when she does monochromatic looks too. And the idea of a professional-type cream pencil skirt and matching sweater was a good idea. But the execution is awful. The sweater is cropped and Kim?s ?size 4? is spilling out all over the place. I?m pretty sure we?re seeing her body pouring out of her Spanx.
As for North? that little girl is adorable. She really is beautiful. I just wish Kim wasn?t already messing with North?s hair! Just let the little girl have regular hair with no product, for the love of God. And the photo of North giving some dude a high five? Awesome. North already has more personality than both of her parents combined. Also: North?s little fringed moccasins are amazing.
In other Kardashian news, Kim is going to appear on an episode of 2 Broke Girls. She?ll be playing herself and apparently the episode will feature Kim wanting to film Keeping Up with the Kardashians at the cupcake shop. Last season, Lindsay Lohan did a guest spot too. Personally, I would rather see Kim crop up in a TV show rather than the Cracken. At least Kim will be on time and have a modicum of professionalism.
And Radar is still trying to make a war between Kim and Beyonce happen. Maybe Kim and Kanye are really and truly pissed at Bey and Jay, but I?m not sure I believe Radar?s take on this situation. A source tells Radar that at the VMAs, there ?was absolutely no love lost between Kim and Beyonce?Kim blames Beyonce for Jay Z skipping their wedding.? Kim also thinks Beyonce ?has always been very arrogant and aloof around her. Kim always made a real effort to get to know her and Jay, but she was always left with a very cold feeling.? When Bey and Jay skipped their wedding, Kim unloaded all of her Bey-hatred on Kanye and he agreed or something. So now the two couples are at war. Or whatever.

Don?t yell at me, but when I was looking through these photos of Kim Kardashian with her Jenner sisters, all I could think about was ?Sad hookers are sad.? I know that?s mean and anti-feminist. I apologize. But they do look sad! Sad and tacky. Kim, Kylie and Kendall came to last night?s VMAs because?? I?m still not sure. It?s not like Kanye West was there, although he was up for one award, Best Hip Hop, which went to Drake. (Who wasn’t there either.) Kim apparently came just to present Sam Smith?s performance. Maybe they?re friends? Why would Sam Smith be friends with Kim though? No, seriously? And Kim seemed freshly Botox?d too.
Anyway, Kim wore this completely ridiculous Balmain dress. This dress was meant for someone built like Kendall Jenner, someone tall with long legs, someone who is a size zero with little to no bust. I guess Balmain made it in a size 4 (!!!) for Kim though and she shimmied into it somehow. This is always the problem with Kim ? she thinks she can and should wear major designers without even considering the fact that just because it?s a designer piece, doesn?t mean that it will be flattering on her figure. This makes her look shorter and heavier than she is in reality. And what could have been some sexy California bedhead-style hair ends up looking matted and not all that cute with this bad Balmain.
I can?t find the designer IDs on the Jenner sisters. I don?t mind Kylie?s look ? it reminded me of Lorde?s look, honestly. And Kendall is SO slim.
Also: during the impromptu moment of silence for Ferguson and Mike Brown, the camera panned to Kim, Kylie and Kendall. They were texting. Because of course they were.

She's become one of the most famous faces around, and Kim Kardashian made a dashing arrival at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards tonight (August 24).
All decked out in designer duds, the newlywed was in good spirits as she mingled with fellow famous faces including her sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and prepared to be rocked by the night?s incredible lineup of performers.
This year, there are plenty of worthy contenders up for the coveted Video of the Year trophy including Beyonce Knowles featuring Jay Z, Sia, Pharrell Williams, Iggy Azalea featuring Charli XCX and Miley Cyrus.
Meanwhile, the Best Female Video nominees are Katy Perry featuring Juicy J, Lorde, Ariana Grande featuring Iggy Azalea, Beyonce and Iggy Azalea featuring Charli XCX.

It?s always interesting to see how our favorite celebrities handle weight loss, and Kim Kardashian is relying on a strict diet and a corset to slim her midsection.
On Thursday (August 21) the 33-year-old E! reality television starlet posted a photo to Instagram in which she?s wearing a waist trimmer to suck it all in.
Kim captioned the shot, "#hourglass #waisttraining #nophotoshopnecessary.? Additionally she?s reportedly lost seven pounds so far.
Earlier this month, Ms. Kardashian expressed her frustration over her weight, tweeting, "Off to an intense workout. Can't seem to shake this last 15-20 lbs of baby weight. No more excuses. My baby is 1 years old! UGH.?

Kim Kardashian posted this ^^ on her Instagram yesterday. She?s ?waist training? and showing off her ?seven-pound weight loss? (which is by her count). If I?m remembering correctly, a lot of Hollywood women do the ?waist training? thing, especially after a pregnancy. Jessica Alba has said that she lives in a girdle post-pregnancy and that?s basically what this is on Kim ? a fancy girdle or corset. But in the modern age, we?re supposed to call it a Whats a Waist device (according to Us Weekly) which costs $143.50. Sigh? just buy a decent corset.
Kim was also out and about a few nights ago in a really gross cutout jumpsuit. I didn?t even want to cover the photos yesterday ? go here to see her ensemble. In the new issue of In Touch, it’s revealed that Kim will be teaming up with a friend on a new reality show called Young Bosses, featuring up-and coming entrepreneurs. Mrs. West will assume the role of producer, which would normally be Kris? position.
?Kim has decided that it?s time to begin a new career without being under the thumb of her mother,? a Kardashian insider dishes to In Touch. ?Kris built a reality TV empire, and now Kim is planning to do the same ? without her mother.?

Meanwhile, Radar says that Kim?s ?charity Ebay auctions? have become a very lucrative side-project, garnering nearly half a million for Kim and only $44,000 for charity. Sounds? pretty typical for a Kardashian:
From video games to makeup lines and a new selfie book, Kim Kardashian will try anything to make a buck ? and that includes giving back to charity. For years, the reality star has overseen a thriving eBay retail store of her used clothing, giving just 10% of the proceeds to charity. She?s defended her stance, but new tax documents obtained by RadarOnline.com reveal that in 2013, that added up to just over $44,000 for one of her favorite charities ? and nearly half a million for herself!
In December 2013, Kardashian bragged about giving 10% of November proceeds to Life Change Community Church, a ministry founded and supported by her mom, Kris Jenner.
And though Kardashian?s financial records are private, and the church, as a tax-exempt organization, does not keep public records, Radar has uncovered 2013 tax documents from the company that processes charitable giving on eBay, revealing a glimpse of how much Kardashian gave, and how much she kept to herself.
According to the Paypal Charitable Giving Fund tax documents, Life Change Community Church received $44,917 from eBay sales in 2013. What was Kardashian?s cut?
She?s said, ?When the eBay numbers get broken down, the auction management agency that posts for me gets a percentage for all their hard work, then, eBay listing fees, end of auction fees, eBay Store fees, Paypal fees, etc, all add up to about half the sale. Then I give 10% to charity.?
That means that in 2013, based off the amount Life Change received, the total amount of the sales could be roughly $898,340, making Kardashian?s final cut as much as $404,253. (While portions of sales could have come from other eBay members, Kardashian is by far the most prominent.) Siblings Kylie and Kendall Jenner send a portion of their proceeds to the Children?s Hospital Los Angeles, which received $26,831 in 2013.

I had totally forgotten about the Kardashians? shady-ass church and that church?s shady charity scheme. I?m all for giving to local charities and if you want to tithe, go ahead. But I?ve read some stuff about Kris Jenner?s favorite church and the whole thing seems rather? um? well, let?s say I doubt everything is above-board with the church. As for Kim?s ?charity auctions? and the actual numbers of how much she gives to charity? it?s about what I expected. My take is she doesn?t need to give anything to charity, that?s her prerogative, but don?t proclaim to do these big ?charity? Ebay auctions then. Just say you?re auctioning your stuff and state clearly that 10% of the profits will go your shady church.
