Kicking off the week with some Big Apple fun, Rihanna was spotted out and about in New York City last night (May 14).
The ?Take A Bow? songstress left her luxury hotel and headed off to a party, stopping to buy a rose along the way.
Earlier in the evening, Ri-Ri gave a fabulous live performance at the Robin Hood Foundation Benefit at the Jacob K Javits Convention Center.
Despite her recent heath scare, Rihanna sounded fabulous as she sang hits like ?Only Girl (In the World), ?Run This Town,? and ?Live Your Life.?

Spotted leaving her NYC hotel, Rihanna was seen heading off to rehearsals at the Javits Center on Monday afternoon (May 14).
The ?Birthday Cake? songstress looked chic in a denim on denim ensemble of cropped jeans paired with a v-neck white tee while walking the sidewalks of the Big Apple.
Although RiRi was solo in the city this afternoon, the sexy singer spent yesterday (May 13) celebrating Mother?s Day with her momma just like everyone else!
The Barbadian beauty took to her social media page to share Twitpics with her 18 million-plus followers of the exciting day her and her mom had, which included a dinner with a special cake for the lovely lady.
Aside from the photos she uploaded, the 24-year-old singer also showed her appreciation to her biggest supporter tweeting, ?#Mama....u my ride or die bi*** for life!!! And yes I know a bi*** slap is on the way for my language! But u get it!!!!! I love you.?

Observing the holiday that gives thanks to the women who raised us, Rihanna treated her mom, Monica Braithwaite, to a delectable Mother's Day dinner on the town in New York City on Sunday evening (May 13).
Fresh off of a trip to the tattoo parlor, the 24-year-old donned a navy and white tummy-revealing ensemble while picking up a pretty bouquet of Pink flowers to dote unto her mother during the course of their time together.
Earlier in the day, Rihanna was her usual busy self on Twitter while sending out a string of well-wishing messages to the moms, single dads and those who are without their moms.
First posting a tweet just for her mom, the "We Found Love" hitmaker wrote, "#Mama....u my ride or die b***h for life!!! And yes I know a b***h slap is on the way for my language! But u get it!!!!! I love you"
Shooting out the more general words to follow, RiRi exclaimed, "Happy mother's day to all superwomen out thurr! Every day is your day. And a happy mother's day to all the dads doin it alone #1LOVE"
She then capped of the warm sentiments with, "Sending out special love to those who lost their mothers! *HUGS*"
Meanwhile, Rihanna previously spoke with ELLE about her retired accountant mom's reliable nature, saying, ?I still don?t know how she did it. She always protected us?she would never let us know when we had problems, even financially. I still got to go and get a perm every four weeks."

I wasn’t planning on going to see this Battleship movie, but after seeing these shots of Rihanna at the premiere I might have to reconsider. So she’s basically naked right now right? Amazing. I’m not sure a thin layer of silk can really be considered fully dressed. I like it. I wonder if this movie

Rihanna showed up at the Battleshippremiere in a, um, white gown where she did the Angelina Jolie leg thing. She looked alright, I suppose. I’m not really a great judge of fashion. My idea of fancy is wearing pants.

Here are even more photos from the LA premiere of Battleship last night – I already covered the Hot Dudes from the event here. This is just the fashion post, for what little ?fashion? there was at the event. Rihanna wore this Adam Selman gown which? looks cheap. It makes Rihanna look cheap, but I think it probably do that on any girl. From the way Rihanna was posing in it, I don?t think she?s very comfortable. She probably didn?t like it but it was too late to pick another dress. Do you like her Angelina ?Leg of Doom? pose? I kind of do. So many celebrity women are doing that now. The dress even looks like a knock-off version of Angelina?s 2004 Oscar dress.
As for the on-going concerns about Rihanna?s health and whether or not she?s feeling bad about everything that?s going down with Chris Brown (go to yesterday?s post to recap), Rihanna didn?t seem to talk about it while on the red carpet. She looks? okay. I?m not going to say ?she looks healthy? because I don?t really know. What I didn?t mention yesterday was that after she unfollowed Chris on Twitter, she tweeted ?Aw, poor dat #neaux1currrrr?. Meaning ?no one cares? (I had to read another site to figure that out). And then Chris Brown tweeted, ?Assumptions! I didn?t say any names so if u took offense to it then its something you feel guilty about.? And then Chris unfollowed Rihanna on Twitter too, because he?s a little bitty baby. A baby full of violent rage.
And here?s Brooklyn Decker in Christian Dior. Seriously, that?s the designer ID. I couldn?t believe it either, because much like Rihanna, I think Brooklyn is the kind of girl who makes expensive clothes look kind of budget. This sheer-skirt-panel thing has to end. Brooklyn has a great figure, but this makes her look all kinds of tacky. Plus, it feels so bridal/bridesmaid-y to me.

Yesterday, Bedhead, CB and I were talking about our horoscope signs and I found out that I, an anal retentive, logical, anti-drama Virgo, am currently working with two Pisces. I don?t want to ascribe any negative traits to Pisces girls, so I?ll just repeat the essence of what Bedhead said: Pisces are drama queens. And that includes Rihanna, who has been tweeting lots of crazy stuff about her Pisces sign and how she?s ?submissive? and all of that. As Bedhead discussed yesterday, Rihanna has been partying HARD lately. She?s always been a fun, crazy party girl, but it?s gotten a bit excessive lately. Star Magazine has Rihanna?s hard partying on their cover this week too.
So, here?s the question: why does it seem like Rihanna has gone off the rails recently? Is it about Chris Brown? The answer: probably. After collaborating with Chris on two songs a few months ago and refusing to explain her continuing relationship with Chris in interviews, it now seems like Rihanna and Chris may have had a falling out. Rihanna has just ?unfollowed? Chris on Twitter!
It seems Rihanna has finally had enough of Chris Brown … the singer has “unfollowed” her ex-boyfriend on Twitter after he released a new diss track that appears to be aimed at her.
The song in question is a remix of Kanye’s TheraFlu — in which Brown freestyles the verse, “Don’t f*ck with my old bitches … like a bad fur … every industry n*gga done had her.”
He continues, “Trick or treat like a pumpkin … just to smash her.”
Hours after Brown released the track last night, Rihanna stopped following Brown on Twitter — a HUGE move — and one that’s leading many to assume Rihanna believes the verse is about her.
A short time later, Brown unfollowed Rihanna. We reached out to Rihanna’s rep — so far, no comment.

Those lyrics are awful and disgusting. Hopefully every one of his followers ?unfollow? him, but of course they won?t. Because Chris?s supporters are absolutely the stupidest people ever. I do suspect that those lyrics were the straw that broke the camel?s back for Rihanna, although I also think she was probably pretty primed to have a falling out with Chris before that. Chris recently got a tattoo of his girlfriend?s face – Karrueche Tran?s face. Rihanna has been taunting Karrueche on Twitter for a while, and I kind of believe that Rihanna thought Chris preferred her over Karrueche, and the tattoo ?proves? that he doesn?t. And I can?t believe it?s even gotten this f–king far, really. Like, I can?t believe we?re still talking about Chris Brown and Rihanna in the same story. These two people should have had nothing to do with each other since March 2009.

She’s still wearing her sleek, black Tom Ford gown but has changed up her lipstick, opting for bold red instead of the tasteful nude shade she favored at the Gala itself. Rihanna is the latest celebrity to be tricked into posing for Terry Richardson. In this one, Terry told Rihanna to wear short shorts and pull them up real high into her ass crack. “Mm, just like that,” he said while rubbing his crotch. Oh, wait, sorry. Sometimes I get my Terry Richardson and John Travolta stories mixed up. To be fair, they’re interchangeable.
