Ready to take in the sights in the big city, Rihanna was out and about on Sunday (June 23) in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Donning a laid back look of an oversized navy-and-white sweater and a backward baseball cap, the ?Diamonds? diva gave a wave to fans gathered outside her hotel.
On Saturday, the often outspoken songstress posted several photos on her Instagram where she is seen smoking what appears to be two large marijuana cigarettes.
As part of her world tour, RiRi will spend two more days in the Netherlands before heading off to Cologne, Germany for a Wednesday show.

This is a weird report that seems to be getting traction, although I?m not sure why. Rihanna is allegedly heading into rehab? LOVE rehab. Yeah. Obviously, Rihanna has some issues that many of us would like her to work on, and I definitely think talk-therapy would help her, but I think this report is full of it.
Riri is said to be pining for the ‘love of her life’ Chris Brown himself following their recent split and his decision to rekindle his relationship with fashion designer Karreuche Tran, and is thinking of checking into a clinic for a heartbreak therapy course to get over him for good and is apparently likely to begin the 12-step programme – which follows the same format as alcohol and drug rehabilitation – during her upcoming six-week break from her ‘Diamonds World Tour’ at The Ranch clinic in Tennessee, or so The Ranch clinic are probably making up to get some press their way.
A ‘source’ told Grazia magazine: ‘Rihanna is still desperately in love with Chris. It’s like she’s obsessed with him and, although he’s told her it’s over, she just can’t get over him. After talking it through with a psychotherapist, Rihanna is now considering doing a 12-step programme to get rid of her demons.’
The Ranch’s ‘Women’s Love and Sex Addiction Treatment Programme’ helps women with issues with ‘attracting troubled, addicted, abusive or otherwise emotionally unavailable partners’ using treatments as varied as counselling and equine therapy.
Rihanna’s relationship went on for three years, but split in February 2009 when he assaulted her after a pre-Grammy’s party. Following a two-year romance with Karrueche, He Who Shall Not Be Named and Rihanna announced they were officially a couple again January 2013 after months of speculation and the confused douchebag claimed he was in love with ‘two women’ but their turbulent romance has now ended again.

From the looks of it, Rihanna has been handling the last Chris Brown-breakup pretty well. There hasn?t been the usual flurry of tweets, Instagrams, interviews and reports indicating that she?s still in love with him. So maybe Rihanna is doing better with the Chris Brown stuff, although God knows. What I do know is that she?s been partying a lot. She parties HARD. She parties so hard that she shows up hours late to her concerts, like she did two nights ago in England. She parties so hard that even Cara Delevingne is like ?Whoa.?

Sometimes it feels like Rihanna is always in London, but this past weekend, she had a good reason; that is, RiRi performed to a sold-out crowd at the Twickenham stadium. The Guardian, which describes the event as “a far from priceless night,” notes that RiRi was only 30 minutes late in beginning the show, which is a lot better than her customary habit of hours-long (even four hours for kids) levels of tardiness. However, Rihanna did do something fairly interesting, which is that she announced that her parents and brothers were in attendance before engaging in her also customary routine of “crotch-grabbing and swearing.” LOL.
Being Rihanna, this weekend wasn’t limited to resting up in her hotel suite in preparation for the gig. Nope. She was seen out in various capacities and wearing several odd outfits throughout the weekend. Of particular interest are these Tom Ford Fall 2013 boots, which the designer had delivered to RiRi, who (of course) posted the package on Instagram with the caption, “My baby daddy loves me!!!! #TomFord I love you! Thank you!” That’s actually kind of funny, isn’t it? Here are them boots:
Here’s an assortment of some more crazy RiRi outfits from her most recent visit in London. Really, these outfits are pretty tame for her, and I’ve included some photos of Cara “Coke Dropper” Delevigne leaving RiRi’s hotel on two separate occasions. You know they did some hardcore partying together.

After rocking the house in Twickenham, Rihanna returned to her London hotel on Saturday night (June 15).
The "Diamonds" diva gave a smile and a weary wave to onlookers as she exited her vehicle and headed inside the swanky 45 Park Lane hotel for some relaxation.
Exhilarated from her reception at the concert venue, RiRi tweeted "Ya just HAD to be there!! #London you are forever mine ! #TWICKENHAMSTADIUM."
Saturday evening's show was just one of many stops left on the Barbadian beauty's Diamonds World Tour, which will take her through Europe and destinations worldwide before wrapping up in the United States in November.

Enjoying some girl time, Rihanna headed out in Manchester, UK with her gal pal on Wednesday afternoon (June 12).
The ?Te Amo? singer donned a pair of denim overalls with white pumps as she headed out of her hotel and prepared for her evening concert.
During her show last evening, the 25-year-old singer tweeted a photo of a sold out crowd with the caption, ?#STADIUMKILLA I don't think I could ever get used to seeing this many people in one place, juuuussttt to get jiggy to my music!! Making the most of her time in the City of Lights, Rihanna joined a few of her pals for a photo op in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris on Friday (June 7).
Looking casually gorgeous, the "Diamonds" songstress rocked distressed jeans, heels and a cropped white top while hamming it up for the cameras.
Keeping her followers up to date on her activities while over in France, RiRi has been tweeting constantly with everything from pictures to statuses.
On the list of things she conquered, the Barbadian beauty took a tour through CoCo Chanel's infamous apartment and even had dinner and a showroom visit with designer Alaia.

Giving a very special fan an extra treat, Rihanna performed a sultry lap dance during her Antwerp concert last night (June 6).
The ?Diamonds? singer pulled the man on stage and proceeded to climb on top of him, while donning a tiny corset.
Within minutes of the video?s upload on YouTube, users started commenting. One fan penned, ?That's the luckiest guy in the world right now."
According to reports, this is the first time RiRi pulled a fan on stage for this special dance. What do you think of the action?

Rihanna is always on the move and always on tour. Right now, she’s been showing off an array of outfits in Paris (including this white, tennis-inspired number) for the past few days, and I never cease to be amazed at the pop stars of today with their endless parade of fashion for the paps. Most of them are never seen in the same outfit twice. Not only does that cost a ton of money, but I’d imagine that there’s a hefty amount of work involved with the production, transport, coordination, and storage of this clothing.
Oh, and I know that Kaiser has already mentioned RiRi going back to blonde, but I have to weigh in and add that I intensely dislike this color on Rihanna. In fact, it’s a good thing that RiRi does extensions because with all of the processing that goes on with her head, there’s no way that she could manage to have real hair at this point. Even quarterly highlights send my hair into frizz territory, which is one of the reasons (besides the ridiculous cost) why I’ve decided to quit them.
Rihanna also wore this wine-colored catsuit while attending a cocktail party, and I have no idea how she’s not flashing nip in these photos. Double-sided tape, perhaps?
Since there’s never enough drama between Chris Brown and Rihanna, here’s a brief update. Hollywood Life says that the two are not speaking at all and that, according to a source, “He let that go. He had to. It was the right thing to do. It was time but he wants her to be cool and I’m sure she is. He ain?t got time to be chasing Rihanna.” What I’m gathering from this statement is that Chris wanted Rihanna back so badly and chased her for years, but when he got her, the magic went away. Or maybe he was just using her for publicity on his dumb new album. Either way, I’m betting it’s not over for good.
Rihanna also hopped onto Melissa Forde’s back for a piggyback ride today. I gather that these two are lifelong friends, but since Melissa goes on tour with Rihanna, I imagine that she must be getting paid to do so. What a sweet deal for a BFF.
