Here are some photos from last night?s GQ Men of the Year event. Last year, Michael Fassbender was honored as GQ?s Breakout of the Year and I was, like, counting down the days until I could see new Fassy photos. So compared to last year, my enthusiasm for this year?s GQ photo batch has definitely waned. As we discussed yesterday, GQ named Channing Tatum their ?Movie Star of the Year? (Channing didn?t show), Ben Affleck was their ?Filmmaker of the Year? (he came) and Rihanna is the ?[Pantsless] Obsession of the Year?. Here?s Rihanna at the event ? she wore a Calvin Klein minidress. I kind of like it ? it?s simple and pretty. Rihanna?s hair looks different to me ? are those extensions or did she grow it out and I didn?t notice?
Here?s The ?Fleck, acting like he?s The Boss now. Like Ben thinks he?s George Clooney? You know CB is more of an Affleck fan-girl, but even she is waiting for him to self-sabotage, I think.
I guess Jenna Dewan was there representing her husband. She wore Amanda Wakeley ? it?s okay. Not great.
Jennie Garth, also in red. I don?t know, y?all. I think she?s been looking like hell since she and Peter split up.
Dear Julianne Hough: Stop trying to happen!! You do look good in this Temperley suit, though. Ugh! I hate myself.
And finally, Diane Kruger in a Cushnie et Ochs dress and a Vanessa Bruno jacket. Dislike cut-out dresses in general, but Diane makes everything look like Chanel. She just makes everything look like expensive couture. It?s a gift.

I know I’ve ragged on Rihanna‘s new tattoo a lot, but the more I see it, the more it’s starting to grow on me. Probably because it means I’m also seeing Rihanna topless. It’s all about positive associations. Anyway, GQ somehow managed to get Rihanna pretty much naked for this photoshoot, and it’s really helping

She definitely knows how to make an entrance, and Rihanna had all eyes on her as she arrived at the 2012 GQ Men of the Year Party in Los Angeles last night (November 13).
The ?We Found Love? songstress looked fabulous in a red Calvin Klein dress teamed with Manolo Blahnik shoes as she strolled inside the Chateau Marmont.
Ri-Ri was one of the distinguished celebrities to score her very own cover of the December 2012 issue of GQ magazine.

Rihanna covers the December issue of GQ Magazine, which incidentally is the ?Men of the Year? issue. Usually GQ puts a group cover of some of their nominees/winners for the Men of the Year on the cover, then does a pictorial with the whole list. I?m just saying? it?s an interesting editorial decision to put Rihanna on the cover. Maybe she got the cover because she agreed to go bottom-less? Some of the GQ men of the year for 2012 include “Channing Tatum, Ben Affleck, Quentin Tarantino, Usain Bolt and the gang who put us on Mars.” Why not put Channing or Ben on the cover? Weird. Anyway, some highlights from Rihanna?s cover story:
Asked by the magazine what turns her on, Rihanna explained that she likes the man to be in charge in her relationships.
‘I like to feel like a woman,’ she said. ‘I have to be in control in every other aspect of my life, so I feel like in a relationship, I wanted to be able to take a step back and have somebody else take the lead. I could absolutely be dominant, but in general, I’d rather… How do I say this in, like, a non-X rated version? ‘Love makes you go places you probably wouldn’t ever go, had it not been for love. But I think everybody still has their limits.’
For now Rihanna is single, following the end of her reported rekindled romance with Chris Brown.
The two were thought to be giving their failed relationship another shot, but Rihanna shot down the rumours during a Facebook Live interview this week, saying: ?No. Not together.’

Rihanna should spend some time with Swifty. They both talk about being submissive in their relationships ? although they use very different language, they?re basically saying the same thing. And that bugs. But different strokes, etc.
Incidentally, during a recent interview, Daniel Craig was asked ?Who would make a better Bond Girl, Beyonce or Rihanna?? Daniel thought about it for a second and then said, ?I think Rihanna. She?s dirtier.? It sounds scandalous and maybe slightly offensive? but it?s also kind of the truth? Rihanna IS dirtier than Beyonce in many, many ways. Rihanna makes Beyonce look like June Cleaver.

Andy Cohen interviewed Rihanna through Facebook’sFacebook Live!streaming series yesterday and he played his word association game, “Spill the Tea,” with her. He started calling out pop stars and told her to say the first word that popped into her head.
There was Kanye West (“genius), Jay-Z (“even more genius”), Beyonc (“gorgeous — a stab to my self-esteem), Nicki Minaj (“ass”) and Eminem (“he’s the sh*t”). Then Cohen went with Chris Brown. Said Rihanna, “He’s pretty dope, too. He’s kind of alright.” Asked if they were dating, Rihanna said they weren’t though kept smiling.
Cohen then pressed Rihanna about her duet with Chris calledNobody’s Business and whether the meaning is “as obvious as it appears.” Rihanna was a little cagey with her answer.”Nobody?s business is basically the way I look at everything regarding my personal life,” she said. “Even though you have to witness it, and it?s being documented at every second.”
So, yea, Rihanna and Chris are probably seeing each other on some level. If Rihanna was smart, one of the stipulations for them getting back together would be that Brown has to wear bubble wrap around his hands whenever he’s around her or encase them in marshmallows. Because if he’s going to punch her again, it might as well be delicious this time.

Personally, I wouldn’t have chosen to wear a corset and garter belt at a fashion show full of lingerie models, but then I don’t have a blindingly misguided sense of self-esteem. My parents had enough sense to teach me shame.

Getting ready for a big night ahead, Rihanna was spotted out in New York City this afternoon (November 7).
The 24-year-old superstar rocked thigh-high boots with a floor-length army jacket as she headed into rehearsals for tonight?s taping of the famous Victoria?s Secret Fashion Show.
Inside, the ?Umbrella? singer joined up with fellow performers Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars to prepare for the night?s festivities, which will air on December 4.
Aside from the star-studded affair, RiRi is also slated to perform on "Saturday Night Live" this weekend (November 10). Earlier this afternoon, she tweeted, ?What should my 2nd song on SNL be ??

These are some new photos of Rihanna leaving the rehearsals of the Victoria?s Secret show yesterday. I guess the Vicky?s Secret runway show is tonight or tomorrow? And Rihanna will perform? That makes sense. I?m not being silly, either ? I think the combination of Rihanna and Victoria?s Secret works well together. Certainly better than Maroon 5 or whatever.
A combination I?m not so pleased with? Rihanna and Chris Brown have reportedly collaborated on yet another song, this one for her new album. The song is called ?Nobodies Business? which sets off my grammar bitch. Why not ?Nobody?s Business?? Or is it about ?nobodies? and their business? But wouldn’t that still be possessive and there would need to be an apostrophe?
What’s Rihanna doing with Chris Brown these days? Frankly, it’s “Nobodies Business.”
On Tuesday, Nov. 6, Rihanna shared the track list from her upcoming album Unapologetic with her 26.5 million Twitter followers. One single sure to cause a stir? “Nobodies Business,” a duet with her possibly on-again love, Chris Brown. (This is the duo’s third collaboration this year — in early 2012, they teamed up for the racy “Birthday Cake,” as well as the remix of Brown’s “Turn Up the Music.”)
In light of their latest joint project, Brown’s breakup with model Karrueche Tran, and his and Rihanna’s recent, very public PDA-fests, it seems as though the “Don’t Wake Me Up” singer and the Barbados-born beauty are ready to be more open about their controversial reunion. (Back in January, Us Weekly reported Brown and Rihanna were hooking up again — three years after Brown violently assaulted the “We Found Love” songstress.)
In August, Rihanna admitted to Oprah during a sit-down with the host that Brown “was the love of my life.”
Just hours after Brown confirmed to Us he had split from Tran in early October, the R&B singer shared a video message with his own Twitter followers, entitled, “The Real Chris Brown.” In the clip, Brown admits he’s “a little drunk,” but that he wants to clarify a few things about falling back in love with Rihanna while still dating Tran, 23.
“When you share with history with somebody, then you tend to fall in love with somebody else, it’s kinda difficult,” he says. “Is there such thing as loving two people? I don’t know if that’s possible, but for me, I feel like that.”

Hollywood Life says that Rihanna and Chris recorded the track months ago and ?kept it strictly on the down low.? A source says: ?They collabed on that track many months ago and both of them wanted to keep that under wraps until the time was right. The track is hot and Chris kept that s–t on the under because they both wanted it that way?Rihanna wanted him on the album since like last year and she put that bug in his ear and he was like cool and jumped on it. He was down for it. He wasn?t gone tell her no.? You know what Rihanna?s new album is called? Unapologetic. Ugh.
