Stepping out to take on the Big Apple, Justin Timberlake was spotted leaving his hotel in New York City on Tuesday (May 8).
The "Cry Me A River" singer kept it casual as he sported a navy t shirt and jacket, blue pants and boots as he sipped on his cup of coffee while passing by the awaiting shutterbugs.
In some personal news, Timberlake and his new fiance, Jessica Biel, made their first public outing together since announcing their engagement back in January, at the 2012 Met Ball in New York City last night.
The gorgeous Hollywood couple looked fabulous as they posed for photographers arm-in-arm at the Metropolitan Museum of Art event. Proving just why they are one of the hottest couples, Jessica dazzled in Lorraine Schwartz jewels which complimented her ivory Parada gown, while Justin was all smiles standing with his lady in a Tom Ford tuxedo.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, the "Bad Teacher" actor's Grandmother confirmed the exciting news after the holidays, telling press, "He called me on Christmas Day and told me he?s engaged." Justin gave his former "7th Heaven" hottie a reported $130,00 rock to show off his love after dating on and off for quite some time.

They?re one of the hottest couples in Tinseltown, and earlier tonight (May 7) Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake were spotted at the 2012 Met Ball hosted by the Costume Institute.
The ?Like I Love You? crooner and his ?7th Heaven? hottie were all smiles as they shuffled down the red carpet outside the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
The annual fete finds actress Carey Mulligan acting as honorary co-chair valongside designer Miuccia Prada and US Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, while Azealia Banks is lined up to perform.
As for the celebratory occasion, this year's rendition of the Met gala ushers in the 'Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations' exhibition exploring "the striking affinities between Elsa Schiaparelli and Miuccia Prada, two Italian designers from different eras."
The display is described as being "inspired by Miguel Covarrubias's "Impossible Interviews" for Vanity Fair in the 1930s while featuring "orchestrated conversations between these iconic women to suggest new readings of their most innovative work."

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were just in Italy last week, on what seemed like a romantic pre-wedding vacation. Biel had been in Paris beforehand, allegedly meeting with various designers about her wedding dress. Everyone seems to think that the wedding will be going down some time this summer – my guess is that it will be a late summer wedding. Maybe late June, early August? That?s what I consider late summer – I?m not one of those people who counts September as part of the ?summer?. I?m old-school like that. Anyway, everything seems on track for Biel and Timberlake. And by ?on track? I mean that everything is a complete mess but Jessica won?t stand up to Justin because she?s so hypnotized by the idea of becoming a bride. According to this week?s Enquirer, Jessica?s parents still have major qualms about their future son-in-law. With good reason, as you?ll see:
Jessica Biel?s engagement to Justin Timberlake is being rocked by her family?s distrust of him! Tensions in the Biel family have reached fever pitch with Jessica?s devoted dad remaining suspicious of Timberlake?s intentions, sources say. And Justin?s reached the end of his rope.
?Justin has tried everything to win over Jessica?s family – gifts, wining and dining her parents, attending key family events, and even giving her brother Justin a job, only to have it thrown back in his face,? revealed a friend of Justin. ?He finally got frustrated and blew up at Jessica. She begged him to have patience and assured him that she loves him and has faith in him.?
But it?s easy to see why her parents would feel otherwise.
?Jessica dad and her mom Kim will never forget the hurt Justin caused their daughter when they split early last year,? said a source close to the Biel family. ?They?d been together for four years and she put up with so much, including his on-set affair with Mila Kunis and him hooking up with Olivia Munn shortly before they split.?
Justin has also been linked to Olivia Wilde and Ashley Olsen, and Jessica constantly fins phone numbers from girls in his pockets, added the source. Even after they got engaged in December, Justin reverted to his bad-boy ways.
?Jessica started to complain that she hardly ever saw him? in February, Jessica actually begged Justin to teach her how to sing – not because she wanted to try musical theater, which is what she told him, but because she wanted to spend quality time with him!?
Still, her parents remain worried that he?ll cheat on her again, according to the source.
?Justin refuses to sell his bachelor pad on Mulholland Drive, and that?s left a foul taste in her dad?s mouth,? explained the source. ?Justin insists he wants to keep his boys-only parties away from Jessica?s house, where he normally stays. But even when Jessica offered to build him a ?man cave? on her property for him, he refused to sell. As far as her parents are concerned, these are not the actions of a man who?s serious about settling down – and no amount of cash-flashing will convince them otherwise.?

Look, I?ve said it before – this wedding should not be taking place. Jessica and Justin are a MESS together, and this story only emphasizes that. I?m not saying that everything in here is true – although many of the details can be verified or assumed by most logical people – but if only a fraction of it is true, how can Jessica walk into this marriage? He won?t give up his ?bachelor pad.? He still gets digits when he goes out ?with the boys.? Jessica has taken him back after he flaunted his infidelities. Basically, her parents seem like nice, normal people who have no interest in seeing their daughter marry a cheating d-bag. But I have to wonder – what are Jessica?s parents saying to HER? ?Honey, you don?t have to marry him. Think about it. Stand up for yourself.? Why isn’t she listening?

Good God, I still can?t believe that Jessica Biel gave herself such thick, shaggy, unflattering bangs. I choose to believe the bangs are a harbinger of doom for Biel?s wedding with Justin Timberlake. Seriously, what does it say about a bride-to-be when she gives herself such an unflattering hairstyle shortly after getting engaged? Anyway, as I?m sure you know, Biel and Timberlake really are going to give this whole marriage thing a shot. The tabloids have been concerned. I?ve been concerned too. Still, the wedding plans continue unabated. And it turns out that the tabloids have been getting some stuff right – The Enquirer claimed that Justin?s mom was trying to hijack the wedding plans and Jessica was fighting with her. Now Us Weekly claims that JT?s mom and Jessica are pretty much planning the whole thing together. Ugh, girl. RUN.
The clock is ticking! With only four months left till their August wedding, Jessica Biel, 30, and Justin Timberlake, 31, are still hunting for the perfect location.
Their musts? It needs to be in California and offer plenty of room! “It will be a big wedding,” a source tells Us Weekly. “They have lots of people they want to invite.”
Good thing the bride-to-be, 30, has enlisted help from future mother-in-law, Lynn Harless. “She’s helping Jessica with every little thing,” a source says.
As for the gown, the actress has already narrowed down her options. “Monique Lhuillier has sent over some sketches,” says a Biel pal. “She’s Jessica’s first choice.”
Though Timberlake, 31, popped the question over the holidays in Jackson, Wyoming, Biel didn’t debut her 6-carat engagement ring in public until two weeks ago while exiting The Tavern in L.A. (Though she showed it off to Kristen Wiig and Amy Poehler at a Saturday Night Live cast party February 18, she was careful not to be photographed wearing her rock.)

I respected Jessica more when I thought she wanted a smaller wedding far away from LA. But it sounds like Jessica and JT are going to use this wedding to invite all of their Hollywood friends and turn it into a casting call for all of the directors they want to work with. Is this about both of their careers?
Speaking of, Jessica got a job! She was case in Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho, a film about about the making of Psycho, obviously. Scarlett Johansson has already been cast as Janet Leigh, and Biel will be playing Vera Miles, who played Janet Lee?s on-screen sister, Lila Crane. Incidentally, many gay-pop-culture people claim the Lila Crane character as one of the first on-screen ?out? lesbians. Go back and watch Psycho with that in mind, and you?ll see the sly references Hitchcock put in. So? I don?t really hate Biel?s casting in this movie. Plus, it?s a supporting part, I think.

Finally! Us Weekly got their hands on the FIRST photos of Jessica Biel?s engagement ring – you can see it here (you have to scroll down a bit). It?s funny how Us Weekly keeps getting all of the ?breaking news? stories about Jessica Biel, isn?t it? It?s almost like this photo-op was arranged on purpose with an exclusive photo agency so the first pics would be guaranteed to only the biggest media outlets, like Us Weekly and People. Weird. As for the ring? CB and I think it?s kind of fug. It looks like a decent-sized rock, maybe a princess cut, but the setting is just awful. CB called it ?chunky?. I complained about the ?twirls?. I wonder if Justin picked it out, or Jessica chose it for herself? Because I think if Biel was choosing, she would have gotten a simpler, cleaner setting – that seems to be her style.
In other Biel-Timberlake news, The Enquirer reports this week that Jessica is fighting with her future mother-in-law. You knew that was going to happen – JT is a total mama?s boy. I doubt he?s ever stood up to his mom, and he certainly won?t start on behalf of his bride.
Jessica Biel is locking horns with Justin Timberlake?s mom – and neither woman is willing to back down. Jessica has her heart set on a low-key, private affair in the mountains of Colorado where she grew up, while Justin?s mother Lynn Harless wants the pair to splurge on a star-studded extravaganza at the Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara, California.
Lynn even reportedly wants the two to sell the rights to their wedding for a flasshy magazine spread!
?Everyone thought Jessica might become a bridezilla, but instead it?s Lynn who?s turning out to be the villain,? a source tells The Enquirer. ?Lynn has become incredibly hands-on and pushy as planning for the wedding gets underway. Because Justin is her only child, she has dreamed of a huge, glitzy affair for him ever since he was born. Lynn also wants everyone to know about the occasion and thinks they should sell the wedding rights in a magazine deal so Justin can share his special day with all of his fans.?
Jessica wants the event to be a smaller affair and closed-off to the public. Jessica feels she and Justin already live in the spotlight, and she wants their wedding day to be intimate and out of the public eye.
?The bottom line is that it?s not about Lynn and what she wants for Justin,? noted the source. ?It?s Jessica?s special day, too.?

As if we needed more awful evidence that this marriage was doomed from the start. Granted, lots of brides fight with their future mother-in-laws. But I do think Justin?s mommy issues will be yet another problem in this completely disastrous union. God, I?m actually starting to feel bad for Biel. And then I remember? this is all she?s got going on right now. This is her career. Being in the tabloids, flashing her engagement ring, these stories – that?s what?s keeping her relevant. Which makes me doubt that she really does want a small, private wedding. Jessica probably wants to sell her wedding photos too – so maybe Justin doesn?t want it?

Keeping himself warm in a black peacoat and dark jeans, Justin Timberlake was spotted while filming for his latest movie in New York City on Wednesday (February 22).
Also rocking a new hairdo, the singer-turned-actor grew out his coif and combed it to the side for the 1960's era film "Inside Llewyn Davis".
The movie - which is set to hit theaters in 2013 - follows a singer-songwriter navigating through New York's folk music scene.
Also among the cast members, the 31-year-old is joined by Carey Mulligan, Garrett Hedlund, Oscar Isaac and John Goodman.
Timberlake's previous film, "In Time," was released October of 2011 and brought in over $12 million during opening weekend.

A tweet from an art gallery in Jackson, Wyoming read, “Word on the street is that Justin Timberlake proposed to Jessica Biel at the Amangani last night…we’re picking out post-engagement presents for them just in case they come in! Trying to play it cool…”
The Amangani is a luxury resort in Wyoming. There’s no confirmation yet so who knows. Maybe Jessica Biel finally convinced Justin to marry her by mercilessly beating him and asking, “Why are you hitting yourself? Why are you hitting yourself?”

LaineyGossip had this yesterday, and now major celebrity news outlets are running with the story as an unconfirmed rumor. Allegedly, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have gotten engaged while vacationing in Wyoming. They have been staying at a luxury resort, and there?s some gossip on Twitter that Justin proposed to her. Of course, all of this could be a figment of the imagination of Jessica?s publicist.
With their five-year anniversary fast approaching, have Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel decided to take the next step?
The rumor mill is a-churning with rumblings that they recently got engaged at a swanky Wyoming resort, although details are scarce to nonexistent (not to mention Twitter-based) and their reps have yet to comment.
The question-popping whispers come nine months after Justin, 30, and Jessica, 29, announced their split.
Among the alleged reasons for the apparently mutual breakup: his wandering eye, her desire to walk down the aisle, and their feeling that the relationship had run its course.
But the romantic breather lasted only until July, when they were spied bike-riding in Toronto. From there, they quietly picked up where they left off.
“She is the single-handedly most significant person in my life,” Timberlake told the July issue of Vanity Fair. “In my 30 years, she is the most special person, OK?”
Jessica, meanwhile, downplayed a possible knot-tying in the December issue of Elle, saying, “I don’t feel pressured. I was never one of those girls who dreamt of my wedding and my prince charming.”

I don?t think it should count as ?five years together? when they have broken up a few times, for months at a time. How about ?five years of on-and-off BS with lots of infidelities?? That sounds right.
If this is true and Jessica finally got the ring? congratulations? Sure. I wonder what she really thinks that will accomplish, though. Will she get more scripts as an A-lister?s wife? Ask Katie Holmes. As for Justin? ugh. I just think he?s really screwed up about women, and I don?t really understand it at all. Does he really think that his relationship with Jessica is healthy, and she should be his wife? I don?t mean to be the wet blanket, but this whole thing seems like a disaster in the making.

He received an invitation to the Instructor Battalion Marine Corps Ball this past weekend, and Justin Timberlake had the time of his life.
The ?Cry Me A River? singer was invited via YouTube by combat instructor Kelsey De Santis and he was quite glad he decided to accept.
Justin wrote on his website, ?What I didn?t know was how moved I would be by the whole experience.?
Of Kelly, Timberlake shared, ?She seemed to me to be so humble and honest... Very cool. She also simultaneously seemed like she was nervous about the whole evening and if I was going to enjoy myself. 'Are you ok?' she asked 2 or 3 times. ?I hope you are having fun. I know you will once my crew of friends get here to the table.' "
Justin continued, ?I have to tell you, it's not every day that I meet a 23 year old girl and she's more worried about if I'm having fun or if I'm comfortable! It hit me all of a sudden that these were the type of people that look after us and our freedom... Humble, concerned for others before themselves... This was the type of person our Marine Corps was building. I was really blown away."
?I felt so proud to be there. I felt like I was getting a chance to be among my heroes. It's funny too because a lot of them are SO younger than me."

Continuing on with their press tour, "In Time" costars Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried posed for pictures during a photocall for the film in Madrid, Spain earlier today (November 3).
Looking lovely in front of the cameras, the "Mamma Mia" actress dressed in multi-colored, high-slit frock, while her hunky "Friends with Benefits" pal donned a gray wool blaze and dark wash jeans for the promotional appearance.
It's no doubt Justin's acting career has been going full-steam as of late, however, the former 'N Sync member says he hasn't forgotten about his musical roots.
"I don't really put anything on the back burner. I go from project to project and if something comes up that's inspiring and feels like it makes sense and is authentic to me, then - I'm just trying to continue to be inspired."
