I don’t have a lot of sympathy for the Hogan family after the way they handled their son Nick’s drunken drag racing accident, which left his passenger, a former Marine and Iraq war veteran, in a permanent vegetative state. The Hogans defended their son at every turn, with Hulk even calling it God’s Will that his son ended up basically taking the life of his friend through his own preventable negligence. I find them trashy and tasteless, so I thought it was amusing when Hulk Hogan’s sex tape, with his best friend’s ex-wife, got released. But now that I see how Hulk is handling the situation, I have a smidgeon of sympathy for him. Hulk was on The Today Show yesterday describing how the tape came about. He said he made it with “friends,” that it was taken without his knowledge, and that both he and his new wife are mortified by it. He also took full responsibility for it and I’ll be damned if he sounded sincere. But then on The Howard Stern show he blamed his then-wife, Linda Hogan, for the fact that he was cheating on her back when the tape was filmed six years ago. So Hulk is still an ass, although no one deserves to have their private moments broadcast on the Internet.
“It’s just something that has devastated me and totally … I’ve never been on something on this level,” he told them.
Hogan says he was at a “friend’s house” when the incident occurred, and “I had no idea there was a camera in the room.”
Hogan says he was at a “very low point” when he was taped without his knowledge, but added, “I’m not making excuses, I’m accountable, I was the guy, I was there, I made the choice.”
Hogan appeared on The Howard Stern Show on Sirius/XM earlier on Tuesday and confirmed that his sex partner was Clem.
Calling the tape ?appalling? and a ?bad choice,? he vowed to find out who secretly shot it and made it public.
?I’m going full-blown to try to find out who did this to me and why and what’s the motivation,” he said.

On Howard Stern, Hulk explained how he ended up having sex with his friend, DJ Bubba The Love Sponge’s wife, who he also considered a friend. He said that Bubba had offered him sex with his then-wife Heather for years, and that he took advantage of it when he was at a low point in his marriage to Linda, before she filed for divorce.
As for who leaked the footage, of course it was that Bubba guy. It was all filmed at his house. On TMZ live, they told Hulk that the end of the tape (which was not shown on Gawker) shows Bubba saying “If we ever did want to retire, all we’d have to do is use this footage.” Up until that point, Hulk believed Bubba’s claims that he was innocent and still considered Bubba his friend. That footage was originally released earlier this year, right around the time that Bubba was divorcing Heather, suggesting he did it out of revenge. It’s unknown why it’s resurfacing now.

Hulk Hogan, 57, married his longterm girlfriend, Jennifer McDaniel, in an intimate beachfront ceremony at his home in Clearwater, Florida last night. McDaniel, 35, bears a striking resemblance to Hulk’s 22 year-old daughter Brooke, but is much more age-appropriate for Hulk than his ex wife, Linda Bollea’s fiance. Bollea, 51, is engaged to a 21 year-old boy who is a former schoolmate of her 20 year-old son, Nick. There’s a lot of weirdness going on in this family. Bollea wasn’t invited to Hulk’s wedding and he seems to have beaten her to the aisle. (She’s probably not in a hurry to get married anyway, considering that she’ll probably give up the $40,000 a month Hulk pays her in alimony.)
The happy event was not without it’s setbacks, with Hulk’s security guards roughing up a photographer and cops called to the scene. It all sounds typical for a Hogan gathering. The good news, I guess, is that Hulk and McDaniel had a prenup, so when this relationship goes south Hulk might not go totally off the rails. Also, Hulk’s ex Linda is writing a book. The idiot should have secured a gag order along with that hefty settlement he paid her.
While the couple was exchanging vows at an intimate ceremony in Hulk’s backyard, which lasted no more than two minutes according to one insider, Hulk’s hired help grappled with the shutterbug who was trying to snap shots of the happy couple.
“Hulk’s security team was in the background throwing around the paparazzi who was standing 200 feet away in the shoreline water,” said one source.
RadarOnline.com has confirmed cops were called but no one was arrested.
However, a source close to the photographer tells us he later filed a complaint with the Clearwater Police Department, alleging assault, battery and destruction of property.
“Hulk’s snappy wedding clip just might be subpoenaed since they are in the background punching it out!” added the insider.
“The paparazzo wants charges filed and plans to sue for physical, financial and emotional distress.”
As RadarOnline.com previously revealed, Hogan suddenly decided to marry McDaniel after securing the all-important prenuptial agreement.
Said our source: “Jennifer got wind of ex wife Linda Hogan?s new book My Life on the Ropes which will allege a number of Hulk’s affairs and infidelities.”

In terms of what Linda might be covering in that book, McDaniel wasn’t the first woman that Hulk took up with. He also cheated on Linda with a 33 year-old who just happened to be his daughter’s best friend at the time. That mistress, Christiane Plante, was a brunette though. Hulk ended up marrying the mannish blonde who looked just like his daughter instead of staying with his daughter’s friend.

Choosing to spend the holiday with the family patriarch, Brooke Hogan joined father Hulk Hogan and his fiancee Jennifer McDaniel for a Mother's Day brunch in Miami on Sunday (May 9).
The Blonde threesome seemed to be enjoying the record southern Florida temperatures, although Hulk got a bit annoyed by the paparazzi - at one point seemingly challenging a shutterbug to throw down as his ladies held him back.
As for Brooke, she was dressed casually in white shorts and a casual t-shirt, while carrying a Prada Saffiano Tote.
All in all, Miss Hogan looked happy to be spending the day with the main man in her life and his wife-to-be.

Hulk Hogan?s ex-wife Linda bragged about how generous he was in their divorce settlement ? and now it appears that generosity must have kicked Hulk in the crotch. Instead of lazing poolside through his retirement, Hulk is doing what most 56-year-olds do when they need a little extra cash: strapping on some tight latex outfits and hoping for the best.
In Hulk?s case, that means some quality time spent doing non-WWE wrestling down under. His first opponent: probably a wallaby.
Further proof divorces are really costly: 56-year-old Hulk Hogan will dust off his yellow and red wrestling gear for a tour of Australia this fall, which is already being advertised on Australian TV.
At least the reality TV star has the “age edge” in the match: His opponent, 60-year-old Ric Flair, is wrestling for the first time since losing a much ballyhooed “retirement” match for WWE in March 2008, which drew more than 74,000 fans to Florida’s Citrus Bowl. (We don’t think WWE owner Vince McMahon can be too thrilled about this.)
Other notable wrestlers scheduled for action on the tour are Diamond Dallas Page, and some of the Hulkster’s Hogan Knows Best guest stars, Brutus Beefcake and The Nasty Boys.

I should clarify that Hulk isn?t really wrestling a wallaby: he?s wrestling a man dressed in a giant wallaby costume. Anything else would be ridiculous. After that there?s the man dressed as a kangaroo, then a koala? what else do they have in Australia? A man dressed as an armadillo. I?m not sure if they actually have those, but it seems like the really bizarre animals tend to chill in Australia and Texas, so it seems like a safe bet. Okay non of that is true, but how much more interesting would it be instead of The Nasty Boys? I don’t even want to know what happens there.
I have every confidence that Hulk will be able to ride out 80s wrestling nostalgia until the end of his days. I cannot tell you how many guys I know that are still obsessed with him/have his dolls. I?m sorry, I?m sorry, his figurines action figures. Much more masculine. If it weren?t for his son Nick the almost killer, I?d find this all somewhat amusing because I could just take Hulk on a superficial level and just be bemused. Hulk Hogan vs. spandex-clad wombat! Hulk vs. The Sugar Glider. That?s not the animal, that would be the guy?s nickname. He would fly through the air and land on his opponents. But really, what?s left for Hulk? He can wrestle for a bit longer, but soon he?s going to have to write a tell-all and spend all of his time signing copies at half-priced bookstores. Still in the spandex of course. That?s the only redeeming part of all this. The spandex.

Hulk Hogan will not be taken advantage of. Just because he made a career out of getting knocked around (and probably sustaining a couple head injuries along the way), don?t let that make you think he?s some dummy who can be cajoled out of millions of dollars for fancy lawyers defending his son for nearly killing a friend while drag racing. Because he can?t. Despite Hogan?s attorneys getting a very favorable result for Nick Hogan?s criminal charges (he was sentenced to 8 months and served five and a half), Hulk is seriously pissed at them. Why? Because they didn?t tell him that his then-insurance company was responsible for paying the attorneys? fees, and kept on billing Hogan directly. Hulk also claims they withheld correspondence between the insurance company, which actually tried to do the right thing and see if he wanted them billed.
The harsh world of legalities must be all too familiar for Hulk Hogan, but this time the semi-retired pro-wrestler has decided to sue the professionals whose job it was to stand up for him. Hogan filed a lawsuit in the Pinellas County on Monday against two attorneys, Morris “Sandy” Weinberg Jr. and Lee Fugate, of the firm Zuckerman Spaeder LLP, with claims that the men (who defended him and son Nick Bollea following Nick’s 2007 car crash) for cheating him out of over $1.5 million.
According to the suit, Hulk’s automotive insurance company Progressive was obligated to cover all necessary legal costs, however the lawyers named allegedly failed to notify him of this and continued to bill at excessively high rates. Hulk also claimed that Progressive attempted numerous times to communicate with him over the incident, but the Zuckerman Spaeder legal team did not make him aware of their letters. By the time he understood his entitlements, he claims the relationship with the insurers had been “terminated.”
“It is common knowledge throughout the legal profession experienced in such matters, especially in the area of insurance defense litigation and personal injury law, that automobile insurance policies include the aforementioned duty to defend the insured, as well as any permissive user, should a civil suit arise or the possibility of a civil claim exist,” the lawsuit stated. “Defendants made no effort to advise of this important fact. Defendants were further aware, or should have been, that Bollea had no experience in the area of insurance.”
Consequently, Hogan alleges in the 44 page suit that he not only paid the big bucks for 17 months until he reached a point where he “couldn’t afford” the fees anymore, but he was billed unawares for time spent on the case by paralegals too. “The charges made by Terry Bollea are simply baseless. The Bollea’s came to Zuckerman Spaeder under very difficult circumstances. Both Terry Bollea and his son faced the threat of criminal prosecution and civil litigation. Zuckerman Spaeder, working with a co-counsel, achieved a very favorable result in the criminal case,” a rep from the firm told Tarts in a statement. “We absolutely dispute and will contest the claims made against us.”
Hogan is suing for unspecified damages and Progressive declined to comment on the incident.

Uh, I hate to ever side with the Hogans, but it sure sounds like Hulk has a good case. I love that the lawyers didn?t bother to explain their side whatsoever. They just said, ?Nope. Didn?t happen.? I mean they used some legalese, but they talked about things that had nothing to do with the lawsuit. Just because the Hogans ?came to Zuckerman Spaeder under very difficult circumstances? ? what does that have to do with incorrectly billing them? And getting them a ?favorable result? again has nothing to do with billing. They don?t bother to defend or explain a thing; they?re just throwing out as many generic phrases as they can and hoping a few stick. And what in the world could possibly be the explanation for not telling Hulk that Progressive was trying to communicate with all of them over the bills?
Like I said, I never want to side with the Hogans on anything. But their lawyers didn?t respond to a single specific claim and just said they disputed all of it. Excellent defense. I didn?t realize you could still get a law degree from correspondence courses.

Yesterday we heard the news that Hulk Hogan made some tasteless and offensive comments to Rolling Stone in which he said he was so outraged by his wife taking up with a 19 year-old kid that he could “totally understand OJ.” He didn’t just leave it at that, explaining that he “could have turned everything into a crime scene, like OJ, cutting everybody?s throat.” Those comments of course didn’t sit well with relatives of the victims of OJ’s horrific crime, for which he was acquitted, many claim wrongfully, in 1995. The sister of Ron Goldman, who was murdered along with OJ’s ex Nicole, has called Hulk’s comments “vile” and “hurtful” and reminds us that it’s never ok to talk about killing someone:
“It’s disturbing,” Kim Goldman tells Usmagazine.com. Simpson was acquitted of murdering his ex wife Nicole Brown and Ron in 1995. Two years later, a civil jury found Simpson guilty and ordered him to pay $33.5 million to the Goldman family….
Continues Kim to Us: “It’s sick to me that people throw around violence so whimsically. That has always bothered me. Then there’s the part of me that thinks, well at least he thinks he did it. The warped part of me.
“It’s vile to speak of anybody in that way and it’s hurtful, demeaning and so many layers of ugliness attached to it. I’m always very sensitive to people saying they would kill someone,” she goes on. “I don’t speak that way anymore, so when I hear it, it has such meaning attached to it. It says a lot and speaks to his level of violence and propensity for it. It’s sad.”

Hogan’s representative tried to do damage control for his terrible comments, saying that Hulk “in no way condones the O.J. situation” and that “he referred to it to exemplify his frustration with his own situation.”
We get that part of it, but how is it ever justified to say that you understand murdering people because the woman you’re separated from has a new boyfriend? Hulk has had a girlfriend for a while too, his daughter’s best friend. Granted Hulk’s girlfriend is 30-something as opposed to a teenager, but he’s still being a hypocrite for getting so angry at his wife for doing the same thing.
Meanwhile Linda’s lawyer says that Hulk’s comments are of course an example of how violent he is and what a threat he poses to his client. Hulk was also called a “serial cheater” by Linda’s lawyer:
“Hulk’s serial cheating destroyed our marriage, our family and our future,” she snaps in a statement released to Usmagazine.com. “Sadly, his recent comments remind us that his definition of fair is much different than what the law dictates.”
“We have always maintained that the fear that Linda has had to live with comes from the rage and instability much too often associated with pro wrestlers,” Gary Smith says in a statement. “Linda and her family are taking these recent homicidal comments seriously. Linda’s attorney Ray Rafool is weighting all options necessary to protect his client.”

If anything happens to Linda at this point I guess we’ll know who is responsible. Maybe she’ll get a restraining order and a bodyguard. She’ll also probably get more settlement cash due to Hulk’s stupid remarks. The last we heard she was receiving $40,000 a month in alimony payments but still claimed to be broke. Those 19 year-old boy toys don’t come cheap.

Speaking to Rolling Stone, Hulk Hogan said he understands why OJ Simpson wanted to cut some throats. According to Hulk, since Linda filed for divorce, he’s been kicked out of his $18 million mansion, had his money spent at a rate of $40,000 a month and can’t do anything about a 19-year-old “shaggy haired pool boy” having sex with his wife in his bed.
“I could have turned everything into a crime scene, like OJ, cutting everybody’s throat,” he told the magazine. “You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can’t go to anymore, you’re driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife . . . I totally understand OJ. I get it.”
This probably isn’t the best thing to say during an ongoing divorce. The judge might take it the wrong way. Maybe Hulk can explain that he means sometimes he feels like LOVINGLY stabbing his wife. With knife shaped rainbows. That way he’ll look whimsical instead of like a bloodthirsty lunatic.

Linda Hogan is getting really serious with her 19-year-old boyfriend (heavy emphasis on the ?boy?) Charlie Hill. Linda?s in Park City, Utah to celebrate the Sundance Film Festival. And I use the word ?celebrate? because I?m not sure what other verb to go with to explain why she?s there. Linda?s not an actress, she?s barely a celebrity ? really the only reason she?s famous at all is for her sorta famous, soon-to-be ex-husband Hulk Hogan, and her poor parenting and family drama. Oh, and being tacky as fuck.
And to make sure she upped the tacky, Linda made out with her young lover all over Park City. Likely causing an unprecedented wave of vomiting throughout the city.
Pop Tarts noticed that the one woman getting most of the attention in the oddly quiet (and much warmer than normal) Park City on Saturday was none other than “Hogan Knows Best” star, Linda Bollea [Hogan]. So what was she doing at a film fest? Like most celebs in town, a whole lot of nothing.
Donning a terrible fur coat and Pink lipstick, Bollea paraded her 19-year-old boytoy Charlie Hill up and down Main Street to fully utilize the photo op and at one point traffic controllers had to stop the cars in every direction as so many “fans” and paps were crazily rushing to get a snap of the happy-to-pose twosome. Although perhaps it was more a case of follow the pack as most snappers were asking “Who are we taking a photo of again?”
But Ms. Bollea isn’t as “blonde” as she may come across, and the reality star was smart enough to cash in on her (already-expired?) fifteen minutes of fame by stopping off for some swag at House of Hype, St. Ives Spa and the Hollywood Life House for a free (of course) Fake Bake tan. Linda even asked the vendors if they wanted to take her picture. How gracious.
Linda’s jailbird son Nick also attended the festival and seemed to have no problem with his mama consistently making out with (not to mention canoodling intimately with) her boyfriend who was actually his high school pal. Let’s just say their behavior would have been better left for an area of privacy rather than for the pedestrians of Park City.
“He isn’t Linda’s boytoy anymore,” a source close to Bollea told Tarts. “Things between them are very serious.”

Well? I feel sick. Nearly every story about the Hogan family causes a wave of nausea to course through my body, but this one really ups it. How in the world is Linda Hogan getting so much attention? She should not be entitled to swag. Nor should she fake and bake anymore than she already has. And Charlie Hill gives me the creeps. Not just that he used to be good friends with Nick Hogan, or the large age difference between he and Linda? there?s just something about his face that gives me the willies.
Really, Linda, could you possibly make yourself more unbecoming? If you want to shove your tongue down your boyfriend?s throat, it?s gross as hell but no one can stop you. But keep it to yourself, for everyone else?s sake.
