Enjoying some time down south, Usher was spotted out and about in Miami, Florida yesterday afternoon (December 30).
Joined by some friends, the ?You Make Me Wanna? singer wore an ear-to-ear grin as he grabbed lunch at a local restaurant.

Enjoying some time in Manhattan, Usher was spotted getting on his tour bus in the Tribeca neighborhood earlier today (December 16).
The ?You Got It Bad? singer looked snazzy in a fur-lined jacket with dark wash jeans and red sneakers.
During his gig at Madison Square Garden on Monday night, Usher encountered an unexpected snafu while singing to a fan.
The lucky lady tried to swing her leg overtop Usher?s body and ended up kicking him in the face. He told press, "In all my years, this is one of the most interesting experiences. I got a kick out of it! It looked worse than it actually was. My audience and I got a good laugh."

Always a fan favorite, Usher took the stage for a performance at the 2010 American Music Awards in Los Angeles, CA on Sunday night (November 21).
To the delight of the Nokia Theatre LA Live audience, the long-running entertainer treated the crowd to a top-notch dance display while singing his hit tune "DJ Got Us Falling In Love".
Also among the night's multiple nominees, Usher lost out in the Favorite Male Artist in the Pop/Rock category to Justin Bieber.
The 32-year-old ended up nabbing a trophy, though, as he was named as winner of the R&B/Soul album of the year category.

Making for quite the good reason to celebrate, Usher spent his 32nd birthday alongside his sons in West Hollywood on Thursday (October 14).
The music mogul was all smiles as he watched on while Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond meandered the Mr Bones pumpkin patch grounds while getting their faces painted along the way.
As for his 32nd birthday, Usher received plenty of well-wishes from his many friends throughout the entertainment business.
Among those offerings their congrats was Usher's top pupil, Justin Bieber, who tweeted a simple yet effective message reading: ""Happy Bday to my big bro".

He?s never been one to disappoint, and Usher gave his fans a dose of dance-infused flavor at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards last night (September 12).
The ?U Remind Me? singer opened his performance with ?DJ Got Us Fallin in Love? and followed it with ?OMG.?
But the singing almost took a backseat to Usher?s unparalleled dance moves, beginning with his multi-tiered set and ending on the massive circular-lit Nokia Theatre stage.
Later this fall, Usher will be kicking off a 25-date nationwide ?OMG? tour, and if last night?s performance was any indication, it?s gonna be hot.

Out and about with a busy schedule, Usher was busy promoting his new album, ?Raymond,? at the Park Hyatt Vendome hotel in France on Tuesday (June 1).
And while he's busy with work, the "OMG" singer recently spoke with press about enjoying being a father, saying that he feels his life has a ?greater purpose? now since having children.
The star first became a father back in November 2007 with Tameka Foster, having their second child in December 2008.
?I learned a lot [through having kids]. I now have a greater purpose. Children can make you more responsible and clear about where life is.?
And being a father has even helped his music career. ?If anything, it extended my priorities. It wasn't just about music any more. It's about doing good business, making sure your head's in the right direction.?

Always a fan favorite, Justin Bieber was one of the most-anticipated acts taking the stage at Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on Saturday night (May 15).
After meeting up and posing for pictures with Usher on the arrivals carpet, the 16-year-old readies to take the stage as part of KIIS FM's Wango Tango.
Performing a seven song set, Bieber treated the crowd to tunes including "Love Me," "Somebody to Love," "U Smile" and "One Time."
Tweeting during the course of the night, Justin wrote, "time for WANGO TANGO!! me, akon, @ludajuice and @usherraymondiv all know eachother from living in ATL...time 2 bring the fun 2 LA. LETS GO!!"
Clearly happy with the outcome of his stage duties, he tweeted the following morning, "Last night at Wango Tango was awesome!"

Out promoting his just-released album Raymond V. Raymond, Usher performed at ABC?s Good Morning America on Tuesday (March 30).
The R & B singer was dressed head to toe in a suit while churning out his hits that included the song, ?Papers,? which Usher says is life imitating art and not the other way around.
"I think people would have immediately alluded to the fact I was talking about my wife when I made that record ? and now my ex-wife," Mr Raymond told. "When the song was recorded, I wasn't divorced. It was some reality in the contrast of trying to make it all work, having to balance a career and having a normal life.?
Continuing on, the 31-year-old said, ?I didn't know I would become divorced. I did know it spoke on the contrast between trying to balance this world of being married and having this responsibility that's like a marriage at the same time. The song spoke to that place. Unfortunately, it did become a reality."
Usher?s ex-wife, Tameka Foster, also said that ?Papers? was just ?entertainment? and ?people shouldn?t take it literally.?

It looked like R&B star Usher was on the fast track to being single again after the dissolution of his marriage to Tameka Foster. But the couple have not only delayed the divorce for undisclosed reasons, but they’ve had some heated exchanges recently regarding custody arrangements for their two young sons, and Usher has actually involved the authorities. TMZ has access to the 911 call Usher made last month after his car was keyed following an argument with his estranged wife. He was careful not to name names, but Tameka’s involvement is implied.
Usher was cool, calm and collected when he called 911 back in September — accusing his “ex wife” Tameka Raymond of vandalizing his truck.
During the call, Usher explains to the operator that he had called cops the night before to file “a complaint because of potential domestic violence between me and my ex wife.”
He then tells the operator that when he woke up the following morning, a person who was fixing a flat tire on his truck noticed that it had been keyed up on the side. During the call, Usher never directly accuses Tameka — but insinuates that the scratch occurred as a result of the incident the night before.
As TMZ first reported, cops investigated the situation, but determined there wasn’t enough evidence to make an arrest.

Another account of the disagreement also has Tameka showing up at Usher’s mother’s house. Tameka and Usher’s mother have never gotten along, according to reports. Apparently, it was Usher’s time to have custody with the children, and Tameka was demanding to see them. When Usher informed her that the boys were visiting with their grandmother, Tameka immediately drove to Mrs. Raymond’s home, demanding the children.
Cops were called to Usher?s home three times last month after the singer had an argument with his soon-to-be-ex wife Tameka Foster over the custody of their two sons.
According to police reports, Tameka began fighting with Usher over the phone on Sept. 10. She then drove to Usher?s home, and demanded to take the children who were in his custody at the time. The kids were actually visiting Usher?s mother?s house, so Tameka took a trip over there, and began calling her and knocking on her door. Usher?s mother didn?t answer the door, and called police instead. When the cops arrived, Tameka was already gone. The next morning, Usher reportedly found scratches on his truck, so he called the cops again. The cops were unable to prove that Tameka had anything to do with the scratches.

Tameka’s rep released a statement denying any involvement, but apparently the police took it seriously enough to file a report. It must be a tough situation for everyone, especially the kids, who are very young and have no idea what’s happening to them.

We’ve all seen how messy Hollywood divorces can be, and Usher’s bitter split with his wife Tameka is almost over- but he won’t sign the divorce papers.
The “Yeah” hitmaker has reportedly stalled the dissolution proceedings, which is curious given that his new single “Papers” is about his divorce.
An inside source told press, “Tameka thinks that it’s ironic that ‘Papers’ is his comeback single when she just wants him to sign the paperwork and finalize the divorce.”
“The terms and conditions have been agreed on for around a month but he keeps stalling on them and she’s the one that wants to move on with her life.”
