This is Rachel Weisz being sultry and sexy for Esquire UK?s February issue. She?s one of Esquire?s ?Women We Love? (it?s an ongoing series) and Weisz was also named ?the woman that men would most like to marry? by an Esquire survey. About the honor, Rachel says: ?Oh my God! To marry? That?s interesting. That?s so funny. I?m marriable, but I?m not married. I was getting worried that the men didn?t like me anymore!? At 40 years old, Rachel kind of has it all - she?s got a long-term relationship with partner/fiance Darren Aronofsky (director of such films as The Wrestler and Requiem for a Dream), and they have a three-year-old son together, Henry. It?s a little story about Henry that caught my attention. Rachel, like all moms, thought she would tell a story to Esquire about her son and his little quirks. The story could have come out as creepy, but instead it sounds like one of those perfectly charming stories that will embarrass the living hell out of Henry when he gets a bit older:
Rachel Weisz has revealed that her 3-year-old son Henry is obsessed with breasts.
The About A Boy star, who is engaged to film director Darren Aronofsky, said that her child thinks that she has the biggest breasts in the world.
Weisz told Esquire magazine: “He’s really into firemen - and women’s breasts! He just talks about them all the time. It’s very sweet, he thinks that I have the biggest breasts in the world. That’s a son’s idolatry of his mother, that I’m the biggest and the best.”
Talking about Henry coming to see her perform in London play A Streetcar Named Desire, Weisz added: “His dad brought him in after a matinee to watch the curtain call and he figured out bowing and getting claps.
“So, yesterday, he put on his policeman’s outfit and bowed. That was the show. I hope he’s not an actor - I’d dissuade him as hard as I could.”

It?s cute, right? I mean, what do I know about mothers and sons? Of course, my first thought was ?that poor boy is going to have big-time mother issues.? But maybe not! Maybe he?ll just grow up to be a very healthy kid with a healthy interest in big boobs. Just like his mom?s. And he?ll get to look at all of these sexy pictures of his mom too!

Rachel Weisz is so pretty. There’s really nothing else that needs to be said here, so let’s just shut up and look at her in the February 2010 issue of Esquire UK:

Paying a visit to David Letterman, Rachel Weisz was spotted making her way into the CBS studios on Wednesday (December 9).
Before heading inside, the beautiful “Definitely, Maybe” actress braved the cold by removing her jacket to show the snapping photographers and fans her gorgeous dress.
During the sit down interview with the late show host, Ms Weisz explained that her 3-year-old son already has a thing for the ladies –one part in particular. She told, “He’s really into firemen — and women’s breasts.”
Getting a laugh from the audience, the 39-year-old mother continued, “He just talks about them all the time. It’s very sweet, he thinks that I have the biggest breasts in the world.”

| Rachel Weisz looks like death warmed over at 'Lovely Bones' premiere | Added 14 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Just for the record, I?m not hating on Rachel Weisz. I love Rachel. I think she?s amazingly talented and cool, and I wish she would make more movies. Also, for the record, I?m not hating on pale girls. Not everyone has to be tan. Not everyone has to be fake-bake orange. I like that Rachel is a pale girl, and proud of her pale skin. That being said, pale girls do have to be hyper-aware of what colors and makeup styles wash them out to the point of looking like a walking corpse. Just for equal opportunity slamming - I have dark, olive skin, and I have to avoid lots of greens, yellows and oranges because those colors make me look like I have jaundice. All’s fair.
So Rachel chose poorly for her makeup and her dress. The makeup would have been easily repaired had Rachel avoided the bright red lipstick that only accentuates her pale skin, making her look washed out. As for the dress? well, this thing is a mess. Bad cut, bad style, bad color (for Rachel), bad length, bad fit, you get the idea. Just a crappy choice. Rachel?s hair looks pretty, though. Shiny and healthy. My hair is the same length, and I really like the length.
Despite Rachel?s deathly visage at the premiere, I?m still looking forward to The Lovely Bones. I was thrilled when Rachel was cast - she?s absolutely perfect for the mother of the murdered girl. Unfortunately, the film keeps getting bad reviews. If you?re familiar with the book, you know that nothing about the story really says ?suspense thriller/crime drama?. But that?s what they?ve made the film into - which kind of sucks. Hopefully, beyond that plot problem, the rest of the film might be good. Fingers crossed.
Once again, here?s the trailer for The Lovely Bones:

| Rachel Weisz: Botox should be banned for actors, like steroids for athletes | Added 15 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Rachel Weisz, 39, is calling out actors and actresses who are destroying their faces with Botox. In a new interview in Harper?s Bazaar UK (story via Fox News), Rachel says that Botox should be ?banned?. What?s funny is that it seems Rachel is purposefully refusing to call out specific actors, but Fox News has no problem naming one? cough cough Nicole Kidman cough. Fox News, in a particularly cheeky way, claims that Rachel thinks ?Nicole Kidman is to acting what Barry Bonds is to baseball.? Chuckle.
Rachel Weisz thinks Nicole Kidman is to acting what Barry Bonds is to baseball. At least that’s what the “Mummy” star tells the August issue of the UK edition of Harper’s Bazaar.
“It should be banned for actors, as steroids are for sportsmen,” Weisz says of Botox. “Acting is all about expression; why would you want to iron out a frown?”
The London-born Oscar-winner (you can tell she’s from there because she uses the word “sportsmen”) also says she’s much more comfortable back in jolly old England than she is in appearance-obsessed America.
“I love the way girls in London dress; it?s so different to the American ?blow-dry and immaculate grooming? thing,” she says.
But she is comfortable with traditional female roles. Very traditional.
Married to director Darren Aronofsky, she says “I am cave-woman to his man ? man.”
[From Fox News]
I?m not sure how one would enforce a Botox ban, but I?d like to see Rachel try. I?d imagine it would involve trying to wrestle the needle out of Nicole?s cold, dead hand. In another interview excerpt, Rachel describes how she lives by Tom Cruise, and the paparazzi often mistake her for him:
Rachel Weisz gets mistaken for Tom Cruise.
The Oscar-winning actress claims she isn’t famous enough to be followed by paparazzi in Hollywood, and only gets snapped by people looking for the Valkyrie star, who lives close to her.
She explained to Britain’s Harper’s Bazaar magazine: “Sometimes the paparazzi, on the lookout for Tom Cruise who lives nearby, trickle onto my street, take a few pictures of me, and disappear. But I never feel hounded.?
?I am really not on that level of fame. I go on the subway and I can walk my son Henry to school. I have never had a problem, except maybe briefly when I won the Oscar and gave birth to Henry in quick succession. Then suddenly everyone was interested. Having those lenses coming up towards you when you’re holding this little bundle in your arms is frightening.”
[From The Age]
I could see it. Rachel and Tom Cruise has very similar coloring. If Tom Cruise dressed up in drag (and I?m not saying he does, but wouldn?t that be something?) he would look a lot like Rachel. I wonder if she and Tom ever hang out. I wonder if her disgust with Botox really is

The Sun is reporting the new Batman movie is moving forward with a a bunch of familiar names being cast as names you wished weren't in movies. Eddie Murphy has been cast as the Riddler, Shia Labeouf as Robin and Rachel Weisz as Catwoman. Please someone explain to me why Shia Labeouf keeps getting hired, and this film isn't a Spielberg movie? They would be better with Zac Efron as Robin. When it comes to Eddie Murphy as Riddler, it is just wrong. This just went to my must not see list, unless these castings remain rumored.
UPDATE: According to Batman-On-Film Shia and Eddie are thankfully NOT part of Batman 3!!!
xoxo Dane for the update!

It’s one of those movies that just may live up to the underground hype, and at last night’s premiere of “The Wrestler,” Rachel Weisz was looking fine.
Schmoozing with co-stars Mickey Rourke and Evan Rachel Wood, the “Runaway Jury” hottie was in the house not only to screen the film, but also to support her fianc Darren Aronofsky, the director of the film.
