Cameron Diaz has an amazing body. She has killer legs, great muscle tone and proportional bolt-ons. Her hair is growing out into a great bob. Her face doesn?t look so waxy and frozen anymore. Basically, she looks better than she has in years. So WHY does she need to pose like this for Esquire UK? I get that it?s a men?s mag (a ?lad mag? in British parlance), and she feels the need to go ?sexy? rather ?sophisticated?. But surely she was given other styling options besides this, right? This shiz looks like Maxim crap.

Turning 40 years old: ?For the first time in my life I?m content. I?m so excited. Getting older is the best part of life. Like, I know more than I?ve ever known. I have gratitude. I know myself better. I feel more capable than ever. And as far as the physicality of it ? I feel better at 40 than I did at 25. I?m so excited. Getting older is the best part of life. Why she never got married: “I?m smart! No, it?s hard to say. It just wasn’t the thing I was drawn to. I certainly didn’t want it in my 20s. Or my 30s? so, we’ll see! I?d always wanted to get hitched in Vegas at least three times.?
What she looks for in a dude: “I want someone who takes care of themselves, who’s strong. To hear people are engaged in life like that is exciting to me. It?s funny because as my girlfriends get older, I see how their relationships have evolved, and you know, the people you?re drawn to changes. I?m not attracted to the same people that I was drawn to in my twenties.?
She hasn?t ruled out kids: “I don’t need to have the children in my life be a part of my literal flesh. And anyway, there’s still a possibility of that, I ain’t that old. I’m feeling very … capable.”
She claims she doesn?t Botox: ?There?s no such thing as anti-ageing. You can?t go back in time. So for me, it?s about living in this moment, the best that I can. Contentment is about coming to terms with life as it is.?

Some of it sounds very Jennifer Aniston-esque (as in, like it came from a self-help book), which is kind of normal for Camy. The Cameron Diaz of magazine interviews is very different (I think) from the real Camy Diaz, who can be somewhat of a mess. Remember the Camy that dated notorious d-bag cheater Alex Rodriguez? Yeah. So, who is the real Camy? The self-possessed, New Age-y woman who embraces her aging and her flaws with a sunny disposition and calm, collected energy? or is she somewhat pricklier, needier, crazier, and dare I say, trashier?

These are some newish photos of Cameron Diaz and Javier Bardem on the set of Ridley Scott?s new film, The Counselor. The shoot has moved from London to Alicante, Spain. It feels like we?ve already talked about this film endlessly already. Michael Fassbender plays the lead guy, and Brad Pitt has a small part, and there were rumors that Angelina Jolie would play the Malkina role, but Jolie didn?t get it, for whatever reason, and now the role is Cameron?s. I tend to think the idea of Jolie in the role was always a pipe dream, that she was always scheduled to be working on Maleficent, but whatever. Good for Camy. I?d heard that the Malkina role was very sexy, but I wasn?t really expecting this va-va-voom styling for Cameron. Is it just me or does she look really good here? Cameron should wear more Versace, and these kinds of Versace-esque styles. She can really pull it off.
As for Javier Bardem and his spiky hair? I have no idea. I think it?s kind of funny that in seemingly every movie Javier does, they mess with his hair in some significant way. Like, in the new James Bond film, Javi is wearing a really ridiculous blonde wig. I guess the hair team on this film is calling this style ?The Nolte?.
This film shoot feels like it?s been going on for a while, but partly that?s because Ridley Scott shut down production for a few weeks when his brother committed suicide. Our photo agencies have been getting lots of photos of Ridley since his brother?s death. We haven?t covered them, because I find that sort of ?So how is the family doing now?? coverage to be really gross. I will say this: Ridley just looks tired and sad. I would imagine he?s just trying to get through this production without losing it.
I?m also including a photo of Michael Fassbender from last week, when they were filming scenes in England. Sigh? this is going to be a good movie, isn?t it? I wonder if Fassy is in Spain too. Hm? I would love to go to Spain with Fassy.

Adding to the pre-release buzz, Crime Scene Pictures has released a brand new international trailer for ?Gambit.?
The Michael Hoffman-directed project features stars such as Cameron Diaz, Colin Firth, Stanley Tucci, Cloris Leachman, and Alan Rickman.
Per the synopsis, ?An art curator decides to seek revenge on his abusive boss by conning him into buying a fake Monet, but his plan requires the help of an eccentric and unpredictable Texas rodeo queen.?
?Gambit? is based on the 1966 British caper comedy that originally starred Shirley MacLaine and Michael Caine. It?ll hit UK theaters on November 21st.

Running into a common problem among purse-toting ladies everywhere, Cameron Diaz was spotted in search of her car after visiting a friend in Los Angeles, California on Thursday (August 16).
Clad in a simple white tank top, cutoff jean shorts and gold gladiator-style sandals, the "What to Expect When You're Expecting" star stuggled to locate her missing set of keys and bright yellow handbag - she finally tracked them down, allowing her to unlock her swanky black sports car.
In career news, the always in-demand actress is currently atop director Simon West's list of possible leads if he were to make a female version of the action franchise "The Expendables."
"I like the idea of the Expenda-Belles where it's seven or eight women mercenaries," West told E! News, adding, "It would be Angelina Jolie, Cameron Diaz, Mila Jovovich, the list goes on. Helen Mirren, Jamie Lee Curtis would be great."

I find Seth MacFarlane (creator of Family Guy, American Dad, and most recently the writer/director of Ted) physically attractive. Go ahead and yell at me. I know, I have it coming. There?s something about his sh-teating grin and his rich, smooth voice? he kind of does it for me. But I can separate my dirty, shameful, don?t-want-to-admit-it crush from my formal, public opinion of Seth: he?s really gross about women. He likes ?em young, and he likes ?em kind of p0rny. He?s 38 years old and a regular at the Playboy Mansion. It doesn?t seem like he ever has a ?steady? girlfriend, just a string of early 20-something chicks falling all over themselves for him (like Alexis Knapp). So what happens when an A-list Hollywood star sets her sights on Seth? What happens when that star is douchebag-magnet Cameron Diaz? Yeah. Disaster.
Poor Cameron Diaz seems to be perpetually unlucky in love! This time Cameron, 39, has her sights set on making funnyman Seth MacFarlane, 38, her new beau, but he is completely noncommittal about it.
?He thinks she?s hot and is down to hang out with her, but he doesn?t want to be her boyfriend,? says an insider. ?He?s a hotshot now and is having fun playing the field.?
Another factor is age ? Seth reportedly tends to go for younger girls!

Basically, I completely believe every part of this. We know Camy has horrible taste in men, and we know she dates douchebags regularly. And I can see Seth being like, ?Hey, I?ll hook up with you, sweetheart, but I?m not boyfriend material.? And Camy thinks, ?Oh, I can change him! If we hang out enough, he?ll want to be my boyfriend.?
When did we start talking about Cameron like this, incidentally? It was Alex Rodriguez, right? When Camy and A-Rod became a thing, suddenly we were like, ?Damn, girl. Get your sh-t together.? Anyway, I hope Camy avoids this MacFarlane trap. Go for a nice dude for once, for the love of God.

A spy said, ?It looked like a date,? and when fellow diners asked staff who the guy was, a waiter said, ?I guess it?s her boyfriend.? Spies said Diaz?s mystery man was ?handsome and athletic? and looked like ?Family Guy? creator Seth MacFarlane, but sources said he and Diaz have only briefly met once in the past.

The blonde stunner dressed in trendy skinny jeans, a beige blazer and matching ankle boots for the task, of which she almost spilled gas when she pulled the nozzle out of tank as gas dribble on the cement.
In career news, Cameron was recently named the second highest paid actress by Forbes after raking in $32 million for the year thanks to her successful role in "Bad Teacher".
Followed by Sandra Bullock who earned $25 million, Miss Diaz was trumped by Kristen Stewart who landed the highest paid actress at $34.5 million.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, the 39-year-old star was announced the second highest paid actress by Forbes.
Thanks to hit films including ?Bad Teacher? along with ?What to Expect When You?re Expecting? and ?The Green Hornet,? Miss Diaz raked in $34 million, coming in closely behind Kristen Stewart?s first place earnings of $34.5 million.
