Looking fresh-faced and ready for her flight, Kate Bosworth arrived at Los Angeles International Airport yesterday (April 3).
The 28-year-old looked as cute as can be as she walked about the terminal wearing a jean jacket, loose white top, black skinny jeans, and black leather Burberry ankle boots.
Kate is currently preparing for the upcoming film "Serpent Girl," co-starring Malin Akerman, Armie Hammer, and Helen Hunt .
The movie centers on ?Bailey Quinn, a 22-year-old college dropout, who wakes up in the Columbia River Basin high on peyote and sans pants. A scabbed slash across his neck reminds him that his buddies threw him over after they robbed the payroll at Bailey?s place of employment, Circus Maximus, a poor man?s Ringling Brothers ruthlessly run by its freak show performers.?

These are new photos of Kate Bosworth yesterday in LA. You know how we were looking at those new photos of Candice Swanepoel and calling her recent weight loss ?radical? and ?horrifying?. Well, for my money, Candice?s legs and figure looked WAY healthier than Kate Bosworth?s, and The Bos doesn?t even have the excuse of ?I?ve been really busy? or ?It?s hard for me to keep on weight.? The Bos doesn?t do much other than call the paparazzi on herself and start rumors about what job she?s about to get.
Speaking of the latest Bos rumor, according to Deadline and Kate?s publicist, she?s ?reading? for one of the two female parts in the completely unnecessary remake of Total Recall. The thing is being made with Colin Farrell in the lead role (the one originated by Arnold Schwarzenegger). Kate is up for the Sharon Stone role - the bitchy fake-wife. Diane Kruger was rumored to be up for the role too, which made me laugh because why wouldn?t you hire Diane over The Bos? But Diane didn?t want to read for the role. You can read more about the casting from hell here at Deadline - Eva Mendes and Jessica Biel are up for the other girl part. Do you want to see Kate?s bag of bones and smug face act opposite Colin Farrell? Won?t that make you kind of nauseous?
Also, and this is just a side note observation - remember last week, Us Weekly printed a rumor going around that Kate and Alex Skarsgard were on the verge of splitting or something? Well, look who?s clinging! There?s been nothing since then. Kate has attached herself and she?s not letting go.

God bless the famewhores, for however else would we find the time to laugh? These are photos of Kate Bosworth heading into a hair salon over the weekend. It?s not JUST that The Bos called the paparazzi on herself, yet again. It?s not JUST that her famewhoring is now likely a psychological compulsion. What is really, really amusing me is that Kate pap?d herself? with a book! Because she?s so intelligent and so brilliantly well-read. The book? Mikhail Bulgakov’s The Master & Margarita, which is considered one of the best novels of the 20th century. It?s about the literal devil making an appearance in the then Soviet Union (it was written in the 1930s). And she brought it TO THE HAIR SALON.
You know how other women might just call and make a hair appointment and maybe bring their copy of Vogue or Cosmo to the salon? The Bos thinks you are a peasant. She will make her hair appointment, make the call to the paparazzi, POSE with a dark Russian novel as she?s going into the salon, and then? I don?t know. She probably just sits there, getting her hair down, saying things like, ?My boyfriend is SO SMART, my BOYFRIEND is so handsome, but you wouldn?t understand?? and then she sticks her nose in the book and re-reads the same line over and over.
Look how she?s holding the book too - she wants us to the see the cover. Who holds their book like this?

Treating herself to a shopping excursion, Kate Bosworth was spotted out and about in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon (March 3).
The ?Blue Crush? babe hit up Opening Ceremony to look for some new duds and emerged with a big smile on her face.
Kate told press she?s really looking forward to her new movie gig ,and will be heading overseas to begin working on it soon.
She explained, ?I?m working with a French filmmaker so I?m gonna go over and see her. It?s early days but I am excited.?

The ?Blue Crush? cutie looked fabulous, as always, sporting a blue dress teamed with black stockings and black heels.
In career news, Kate has announced her new jewelry line called JewelMint- a collection that bridges the gap between the cheap stuff and the expensive items.
"I wanted to make everything $30. There's nothing in that price range, really. You can go to, like, Claire's and get something for $5, and the next level up is over $100. This is a middle range of really cute, really fun accessories. All my friends love a bargain, whether or not they can also shop at expensive stores...Sienna Miller's one of my best friends and we always go bargain hunting!"

Yesterday (February 21), Kate joined Rachel Bilson at the Fall 2011 Burberry Prorsum show at the Kensington Gardens.

Here is the photo shoot Kate Bosworth did for Nylon?s March issue. She?s the cover girl, for some reason. Okay? I?m stuck on that, actually. Why does Kate Bosworth get a magazine cover? She?s not promoting a movie. I just checked. So I guess she?s just promoting? her too-skinny body? Her relationship with Alex Skarsgard? Her own famewhoring?
Am I being too harsh? Well, it?s no secret that I don?t really care for Kate Bosworth. I find her to be useless, talentless, and much, much too resilient. At this stage of her lack of career, The Bos should be a big ?Who?? We should never be forced to see weekly paparazzi shots, or The Bos on various red carpets - because she goes to the opening of an envelope. But somehow, without much talent and despite being one of the most boring, tedious and smug ?celebrities? out there, The Bos still clings to her small shred of fame. She?s barely an actress anymore - she?s The Girlfriend to Alex Skarsgard, and she?s a Fashion Girl (although that one is seriously questionable).
Anyway? enjoy. The Bos shoving her bones into our faces. Seriously, what?s with her mouth? Ugh.

Taking in the latest looks overseas, Rachel Bilson and Kate Bosworth attended the Burberry Prorsum Show in London, England on Monday afternoon (February 21).
The two actress beauties both got all prettied up as they grabbed up front row seats at the Kensington Gardens venue.
Clearly enjoying what they saw, Rachel and Kate both had big smiles on their faces as they watched models strut their stuff on the catwalk during the London Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2011 event.
The trip to London comes after Miss Bilson and Miss Bosworth jetted in from the States following the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week events in NYC last week.

As I?ve mentioned before, there are few fashion houses that I think more highly of than Burberry. I absolutely love with Christopher Bailey has done with the label, but all great men have an Achilles? heel. Bailey?s problem is that every talentless toothpick wants to wear Burberry, and they want to come to the shows too. I give a pass when it?s someone like Sarah Jessica Parker - for all of SJP?s faults, she loves fashion, and she knows a lot about it. But when the biggest ?name? you?ve got at a Burberry show is Kate Bosworth, there are problems. Significant problems. Huge problems. Anyway, these photos are from outside of today?s Burberry show in London (it?s currently London Fashion Week). The Bos is wearing Burberry, of course, on her slouchy, emaciated body. And I don?t care that so many of you disagreed with me last Friday - I still think the bitch is jacking her lips, Lohan-style.
And if Kate Bosworth wasn?t enough of a completely useless, self-styled fashion girl-slash-famewhore, Burberry got a special deal: two boring girls for the price of one. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, Rachel Bilson was there too.
Finally, you know it?s a sad day when I have to write this: Alexa Chung looked the best out of all of the useless girls. She completes The Trinity of Useless Famewhores.

Keeping her finger on the pulse of the fashion world, Kate Bosworth was spotted at the Calvin Klein Fall 2011 runway show last night (February 17).
The ?Blue Crush? babe looked fabulous in an orange dress with black boots as she arrived at 205 West 39th Street in New York City as part of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.
Of the gig, Kate told press, ?It?s like going back through the bowels of the ballet and then coming out on the stage. You kind of appreciate it more because it?s so much work.?
Miss Bosworth was joined by fellow celebrity hotties Zoe Saldana and Kerry Washington in the front row.
