While some celebrities rent out entire hospital floors for the birth of their baby, Gisele Bundchen kept things simple.
The Brazilian beauty revealed that when it was time to give birth to her son Benjamin, she stayed home and had her baby in the bathtub.
She told press, “I gave birth in the bathtub,” quelling reports that she had been taken to a Boston-area hospital last December 8th.
Just six weeks afterwards, Bundchen gave an interview and photo shoot for Fantastico magazine. The magazine noted,
“Gisele gives off simplicity, spirituality, shows that she has concern with living well, being happy and, now, with being an excellent mom.”

Finally coming to an agreement when it comes to naming their newborn baby boy, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are enjoying their family’s newest addition, Benjamin Brady.
The Victoria’s Secret beauty gave birth to her first child with the New England Patriots quarterback back on December 8th, but had since been struggling to name their bundle of joy.
Revealing the choice of Benjamin earlier today, Miss Bundchen wrote to her fans:
“Hello!
I want to thank you all with all my heart for the immense love I have received here on the website. It is a pleasure to receive messages from each one of you here.
I am living a very special moment in my life, Benjamin is a blessing and I could not be happier.
I would also like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and 2010 with lots of light!

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady have still not thought of a name for their new baby.The couple, who had a son on December 9, said that they did have a name but changed their minds just days before his birth.“We thought we had a name picked for about six months and then, about two days before he was born, Gisele said, ‘I don’t like that name any more’,” People magazine quotes Brady as saying.“So, it was kind of back to the drawing board. I tell you, we’ve got about seven or eight choices. But I’ve been practising [and] I’ve got to be home for more than two hours to sit down so we can talk about it.”

After giving birth to a baby boy earlier in the week, Gisele Bundchen has now sold her New York City townhouse for a cool $13.95 million.
The Brazilian beauty, who has been house hunting in Boston with NFL star husband Tom Brady, bought the townhouse for $5.8m in 2005.
The four-bedroom, six-bath property in Manhattan’s West Village has seven wood-burning fireplaces and even an elevator.
The sale comes just a month after she sold a Manhattan penthouse apartment for $4.4 million, according to Boston Herald reports.
The couple has also listed their home in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood on the marker for an asking price of $10.9 million.

With a new addition to the family, Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady’s relatives are more than happy for them.
“He’s a beautiful, healthy boy,” says the supermodel’s twin sister, Patricia, who was in Boston along with Bndchen’s mother Vania at the time of the new arrival. “We are all really happy!”
And although some have not been able to meet the little guy yet, the rest of the new mommy’s family is waiting in her hometown of Horizontina, Brazil to hear all the news.
“We don’t know the name yet. I don’t have all the details. But obviously when someone is born into the family, it makes us all happy,” told Bndchen’s father, Valdir. “We are all here in Horizontina, and my wife is there in Boston, so obviously we are a little distant, but we are all immensely happy.”
While there is distance for the time, Grandpa Valdir couldn’t be more thrilled. “Obviously I have a huge desire to see my grandson,” he says. “The arrival of a grandson always brings happiness to the grandfather.”

There’s another Brady in the bunch.Gisele Bndchen and husband Tom Brady welcomed a baby boy on Tuesday night.Brady announced the news to reporters Wednesday after People.com reported the story. The football star called his son’s birth “a wonderful experience in my life.” He also told reporters happily, “I didn’t get much sleep last night,” USA Today reports.

She’s been the hottest helicopter pilot in the sky as of late, but Gisele Bundchen has finally grounded herself as she waits for her baby to be born.
The Brazilian beauty has been learning how to fly during her time off from her modeling career, but now she’s focused on preparing for her little one.
Instructor Keith Douglass told press, “She has stopped with her lessons. She stopped before Thanksgiving. She’s waiting to have the baby and then she’s going to start up when things settle down again.”
“She took it in stride. She pretty much knew she would have to stop when she got close to her due date. She’ll have to review when she starts again. But it got to be time to take a break. She’ll probably start again in January. She can’t wait to take her family for a ride in the helicopter.”

I find this news very strange. Apparently, Tom Brady knows the sex of the baby he and Gisele are expecting (any day now), while Gisele has no idea. Now, I?m not an idiot. I get that doctors can predict the sex early, and that every couple chooses whether or not they?ll find out, but I find it odd that Tom would want to know while Gisele wouldn?t. Isn?t that the kind of thing that a couple would want to either know or not know together? How does that even work? Does Tom drop hints that they should be buying blue stuff and Gisele pretends she didn?t hear it?
Tom Brady clearly doesn’t like surprises!
The Patriots quarterback, 32, found out the gender of his baby — due in December — even though wife Gisele Bundchen is waiting.
“I’m really the only one that knows at this point,” he told Boston’s WEEI Sports Radio on Wednesday. “My dad asked me. I haven’t told him. [Gisele] doesn’t know. It’s a pretty good feeling knowing something that no one else knows.”
Brady — who is already father to son John, 2, with ex Bridget Moynahan — said Bundchen didn’t have a problem with his request to find out in advance.
“She’s a very intelligent woman. I wanted to find out and she didn’t, so she said, ‘Go ahead,’” he said. “It will be a surprise for her.”
His trick to keeping the secret?
“I always mix it,” he said of his use of boy and girl pronouns. “I don’t think I’ve ever slipped. I’m very conscious when I’m saying it.”

I?m not a mother, I?ve never been pregnant, but I?m sure I?d like to know if and when it happens for me. I?m of the opinion that the knowing the sex of the baby is one of the few times you can actually have some knowledge about parenting, and you can prepare yourself. Plus, I dislike gender-neutral nurseries. There?s only so much you can do with beige.

Continuing her helicopter pilot training, Gisele Bundchen was spotted hanging out with her instructor Stuart Matsumoto today (November 11) in Boston, Massachusetts.
The Brazilian beauty looked urban chic as she and her teacher strolled around town after stopping off for lunch, sporting a grey leather coat with a black top, black trousers, and black boots.
Earlier this month Gisele passed her multiple-choice written pilot’s exam with flying colors, showing her knowledge of regulations, navigation, and aeronautics.
Shoreline Aviation president Keith Douglass said of the eight-months-pregnant supermodel, “She is one of the best pilots I’ve seen in a long time.”

Gisele Bundchen has been taking intensive helicopter lessons for months in a bid to secure her pilot’s license, and her tutor insists she’s a natural in flight.Shoreline Aviation president Keith Douglass tells People.com, “Gisele hasn’t finished her license yet, but she did pass her written exam. Now, there’s one more step along the way, the practical exam, which is coming up in another week.”(She) has been doing an excellent job. She’s very dedicated. She flies at least three days a week. Flying a helicopter isn’t easy — it’s a handful, because you can’t stop flying and just cruise, but she’s doing great.”But he admits Bundchen’s huge baby bump is making her time in the cockpit tricky: “She’s almost to a point where she’s too big to be flying. We have pilots that fly right up to the end (of pregnancy). She doesn’t go very high, maybe 500 feet or 1,000 feet, which is nothing. She’s always close and can get down quickly if she needs to. She’s feeling great and looking great!”
