Her new album Femme Fatale is scheduled to hit stores and online retailers on March 29th, and Britney Spears has just announced she?ll perform on ?Good Morning America? to celebrate.
The ?Toxic? mommy recorded a video message for her fans to share the good news, sporting a beige dress and heart necklace.
Brit stated, "Good morning, America. I'm excited to tell you on Tuesday morning, March 29, I'll be performing for the first time ever in a special concert in San Francisco's historic Castro district on 'Good Morning America.' And I promise you it'll be a morning to remember. See you soon!"
And in a recent Twitter chat, Spears described Femme Fatale as "moody, edgy pop with A LOT of energy. I co-wrote a couple of songs. I think it's some of the best work I have ever done.?
?There are a few mid-tempos that could be considered ballads. I have a lot of history with #MaxMartin and @TheDoctorLuke so it's always fun to collaborate with them. They make such incredible music. I'm so excited and I can't wait for you guys to hear it. I think it's some of the best work I have ever done!"

Closing out their hometown getaway, Britney Spears and her boys were spotted leaving Louisiana via the airport in New Orleans on Wednesday afternoon (February 23).
Flanked by security staffers, the "Hold It Against Me" mommy led Jayden James and Sean Preston towards the departures gate after an extended President's Day vacation in Kentwood.
Meanwhile, Brit's manager Adam Leber took to Twitter to encourage fans to pick up a special package for her upcoming album through pre-order.
Leber wrote, "Limited edition FEMME FATALE Premium Fan Edition now available for pre-order... get it before it's gone -Adam, Manager"
In the Premium Fan Edition, purchasers will receive a limited edition oversized 32-page hardcover book along with the deluxe album digital download an instant MP3 download of ?Hold It Against Me?.

Venturing out on another momentous day in her career, Britney Spears was spotted hitting up the recording studio in Los Angeles on Thursday (February 17),
The pop star's sighting came just hours before she officially released the much-awaited music video for her hit single "Hold It Against Me".
Delivering plenty of dance action and mesmerizing lighting, the new offering was directed by Jonas kerlund while Brian Friedman tended to the choreography.
Of Brit's new video, Friedman told MTV News, "She's showing that you have to push it as an artist, that you can't just settle, that you can't be calm with your choreography, that you have to make a statement."
He added, "There's so many people out there competing in this world to be the queen of pop, and she's definitely claiming her throne."

Still unleashing a new clip each day as promised, Britney Spears dished out the ninth installment in her fourteen part pre-release "Hold It Against Me" music video efforts.
Hitting the web on Saturday (February 12) was a seven second visually dazzling piece which sees flashing lights around an empty white platform - on which Britney and a team of dancers emerge.
With the full video set to be released on February 17 at 9:56PM ET on MTV, Spears' video choreographer, Brian Friedman, told MTV News that the singer is "definitely setting the bar" with "Hold It Against Me."
Friedman added, "She's showing that you have to push it as an artist: that you can't just settle, that you can't be calm with your choreography, that you have to make a statement. There's so many people out there competing in this world to be the queen of pop, and she's definitely claiming her throne."

Tending to her all-important motherly duties, Britney Spears was busy tending to her youngest son Jayden James Federline in Encino, CA on Thursday (February 10).
Along with the help of her fleet of bodyguards, the "Hold It Against Me" singer toted her precious boy in her arms en route to the day's karate practice session.
Continuing to answer fans' questions via Twitter throughout the day, Miss Spears reaceived one message reading: "Sending love from Australia! I would love to know what you think the biggest misconception about you is? xx"
To this, Britney replied, "I'm really just a boring homebody who loves staying home with my kids and thats where i'm the happiest."
The most recent question asked, "We have 2 months until the album release. Whats the feeling right now??"
The pop princess answered, "I'm so excited and I can't wait for you guys to hear it. I think its some of the best work I have ever done!"

Continuing with her planned daily release of small clips for her upcoming artistic work, Britney Spears has offered up the second teaser from her "Hold It Against Me" music video.
The pop star posted a link to the new five-second look on her Twitter account on Saturday (February 5), as she wrote, "If I said you have to wait 12 more days, would you hold it against me?"
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Spears is unleashing the short previews on a daily basis each day for the two weeks leading up to the release of the official video for the recently released hit song.
Of working on the video with Britney, project director Jonas kerlund said in a statement, "[Britney's] been great throughout the entire process. At the end of the shoot I got the warmest hug I ever got from an artist, and I look forward to hugging her again very soon! I've been around long enough to know when an artist gives it their all, and to me it doesn't get better than this. This video is gonna be f---ing awesome. It's all Britney."

Completely surrounded by her many staffers, Britney Spears did her best to go unnoticed (to no avail) as she left a dance studio in Woodland Hills, CA on Wednesday afternoon (February 2).
Fresh off of another busy day working on her moves, the "Hold It Against Me" singer hopped into her awaiting Mercedes-Benz SUV while being swooped away to do a little shopping at the nearby Topanga Plaza.
The sighting comes just after Miss Spears treated fans to the first look at her new album's cover art while announcing that her upcoming disc will be titled Femme Fatale.
Due out on March 15, Jive Records released a statement calling the disc "a tribute to bold, empowered, confident, elusive, fun, flirty women and men."
The label's writeup added, "It's not a conceptual album, Spears is letting the music speak for itself. She's worked hard on it for two years and she considers it to be her 'best album to date,' true to where she is now personally and professionally."

You might be surprised to hear this, but Britney Spears isn’t in the same shape she used to be any more. So when you combine “fat” with “lazy and addled,” you’ve got yourself a perfect storm, my friend. The perfect storm for a back-up dancer starring in your video instead of you. TMZ says:
Britney doesn’t do the dance moves in her new music video, “Hold It Against Me.” She couldn’t nail the routines, so a dance-double stepped in to do the legwork.
Multiple sources on music video [say] the director was upset that Britney hadn’t practiced enough… so he asked her dance-double Allison Kyler to fill in.
We’re told it got so heated between Britney and the director, the singer left the set crying on the second day.
Of course they went with a back-up dancer instead of her. She looks like something out of a damn Dr. Seuss book. I keep waiting for a Bippo-No-Bungus and a Brown Bar-ba-loots to jump out of her hair.
