Over the past few years, Kylie Jenner’s drastic transformation chiefly revolved around her inflated lips, which she tried to say was all down to makeup. Kylie eventually copped to temporary lip fillers, although the “role model” damage was already done after teenagers started doing the #KylieJennerLipChallenge and hurting themselves in the process. Like it or not, Kylie is highly influential among teens of the internet (and that’s pretty much all teens). Girls emulate her, and her early preference towards body modification does not bode well.
Well, Kylie may have already changed her mind about her bee-stung mouth. Nylon magazine shelled out for Kylie’s subscription website, in which she makes the unexpected confession during a makeup tutorial that she’s tired of having inflated lips:
In a new makeup lesson with Joyce Bonelli, Kylie Jenner made a shocking declaration about her lips: “You know what’s weird? I’ve been into small lips lately. Like, I want them to look small.” To say the internet’s surprised at her change of heart is a bit of an understatement. After all, for months, they watched as Kylie’s lips grew bigger and bigger on Instagram.

Here’s the question — do you think Kylie’s telling the truth? She wavers back and forth between concealing what’s real and what is fake. She lives in a family where truth takes a backseat to story lines. I tend to think she’s looking for a headline, but hey, there could be a vague chance that she regrets her fillers. It’s a good thing they’re only temporary right? Unlike whatever her butt-plumping cream may actually be.
