As we have reported here before, Chrissy Teigen seemingly loves to duke it out with her followers on social media, especially when the topic at hand is her baby with husband John Legend. Chrissy was criticized back in February for announcing that she intended to hihire a night nurse to take care of her daughter Luna, born a week ago. Now the 30-year-old model Mom is on the receiving end of online attacks for going out to dinner – without her child in tow. She’s a proud mama, posting photos of the new arrival to Instagram, and I can’t believe people are incensed that she and John took a little “couple time” for themselves.

| Chrissy Teigen in Talbot Runhof at the VF Oscar party: Morticia or marvelous? | Added 8 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Chrissy Teigen was one of the celebrities who went to the “dark side” at Vanity Fair’s post-Oscars party on Sunday night. After literally being sewn into the floral Marchesa gown she wore on the red carpet and at the ceremony, she changed into a stunning sequined black gown by Talbot Runhof. The curve-hugging gown also featured bell sleeves and a low back. Pregnancy is no excuse not to show a little skin, right? Chrissy opted to keep the additional bling to a minimum, adding stud earrings and a few rings. Of the two dresses Chrissy wore, I definitely like this one better. It’s simple, but really glamorous and she and John Legend, looking dapper in his tux, make a good looking couple. Bravo, Chrissy.
Kelly Ripa looked elegant in a spaghetti strap, beaded gown from designer Dennis Basso. The talk show hostess, who jokingly gave Leonardo DiCaprio a stuffed bear (get it?), opted for a classic updo and minimal jewelry, letting the gown do the talking. Makeup-wise, she showed off a muted palette with a nude lip and rocked a dark manicure. This is another look I really like. You can rarely go wrong with black, like they say, it’s really flattering. The dress is also a nice complement to husband Mark Consuelos’ navy tuxedo.
Vanessa Hudgens wore my favorite black gown, a simple, yet elegant satin number from H&M Conscious Exclusive – the affordable fashion chain’s line of sustainable clothing. The sleeveless gown featured a plunging front, an open back and silver beaded embellishments on the front. She complemented the look with dangling earrings, open-toed sandals and a sparkly clutch. The actress evoked old school Hollywood starlets with her hair in retro waves. Instead of a more traditional red lip, she went with a more nude shade, which complemented her smoke eye makeup. Vanessa’s boyfriend, Austin Butler, got dolled up in a classic satin-lapeled tuxedo.

And then there’s Juliette Lewis. The actress (and occasional rock singer) known for taking chances on the red carpet showed up in a black gown from Vivienne Westwood. The off-the-shoulder gown itself was a little too poufy for my taste, but it works for Juliette. One advantage to the front of the dress being shorter than the back is that she can show off those strappy sandals. I envy anyone who can wear those. My calves look like hams tied up for Easter dinner in those lace-up shoes. I do wish that she either put all of her hair up or down. The “miscellaneous hanging strands of hair” look does nothing for me. I’m kind of sad she didn’t go with something more edgy, but there’s always next year.

| Chrissy Teigen selected the gender of her IVF embryos: 'I picked the girl' | Added 8 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Here are photos of Chrissy Teigen and John Legend at a book signing at Barnes & Noble yesterday. Chrissy has a new recipe book called Cravings: Recipes For All The Food You Want To Eat. I?m not really down with Chrissy ? I usually ignore her, mostly because I think she manufactures controversy to get attention, and I really think she needs to stop picking fights with entertainment journalists because she just got an Us Weekly journo fired this week over literally nothing but a headline that he didn?t choose. Anyway, Chrissy is pregnant. She and John Legend had some fertility issues so they went through IVF. They?re expecting a baby girl. And that?s what they wanted ? they selected the gender of their embryo so that they would get a daughter.
?I?ve made this decision,? Chrissy Teigen tells PEOPLE exclusively while chatting about her book Cravings in this week?s issue, on newsstands Friday. ?Not only am I having a girl, but I picked the girl from her little embryo. I picked her and was like, ?Let?s put in the girl.? I think I was most excited and allured by the fact that John would be the best father to a little girl. That excited me. It excited me to see ? just the thought of seeing him with a little girl. I think he deserves a little girl. I think he deserves that bond. A boy will come along. We?ll get there too, so it?s not like we really have to pick. But he definitely is very lucky to have a little girl. And this girl is going to be so completely lucky to have John as her papa ? it?s crazy!?
[From People]
We talked about gender selection with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West too ? when they did IVF last year, Kim said they only implanted boy embryos. I talked then about how some medical ethicists see it as a slippery-slope argument to genetically selected other parts of your embryos, but I sort of think? I don?t know, it?s not a big deal to select the gender? That being said, Chrissy makes it sound like she made the decision herself and John didn?t have much of a say either way. Oh, and since Chrissy loves to manufacture controversy endlessly, she?s picking fights with people on Twitter about the whole gender-selection thing. How is it that Kim Kardashian handled this with so much more grace?
Chrissy also told People that she and John are practicing parenting with their dog Putty (a bulldog). Apparently, John Legend doesn?t go for baby talk even when he?s talking to Putty. He?s all for speaking in full sentences with Putty. Which is cute. I talk to my dog like he?s human too (sprinkled in with some ?who?s a big puppy? Who?s a big dawg??).

| Chrissy Teigen defends night nurse for future baby: they don't 'replace you' | Added 8 years ago | Source: CeleBitchy |

Chrissy Teigen is again in a Twitter war with her followers. This time, she’s defending her choice to have a night nurse for her and hubby John Legend’s upcoming bundle of joy. US Weekly spoke with Chrissy on Thursday at the Sports Illustrated VIP Sunset Cruise in Miami. When the very pregnant model was asked about the best parenting advice she’s been given, she said, ?The recommendation of a night nurse! It?s pretty unanimous. Everyone was like, ?If you can do it, do it.? So we?re going for it!? Cue internet outrage. Chrissy struck back at the magazine for running the article in the first place and had to take a defensive stance against her critics calling her out for their shameful decision.
Chrissy tweeted “A night nurse doesn’t replace you waking and feeding at night. You’re up with them. They’re helpers and teachers.” In a response to a supportive fan, she later tweeted, “I am so used to sharing our life that I forget how protective I will be soon. I cannot handle this kind of constant judgement!” Does this mean Twitter is going to get an “it’s not you, it’s me” breakup note from Chrissy?
I can’t imagine Chrissy cutting off her social media antics entirely, although she is aware that her haters will still be around after the baby is born. On Thursday, she tweeted the following:
As you can see, I am already dreading all overly critical parenting articles to come in my life!

Chrissy Teigen, who looked stunning at the Grammys on Monday, excitedly promoted her inclusion in this year’s Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, only to get into yet another online squabble with her haters. Her photo, taken in Zanzibar, shows Chrissy in a wisp of fabric that SI wants you to believe is a bikini bottom (it’s actually body paint) and nothing else but a smile. Chrissy, understandably, was excited that this year’s appearance in the magazine is her seventh, and proudly posted the pic to her Instagram.
As usual, the trollery ensued in the comments, with anonymous haters critiquing her body. Us Magazine found a few choice comments including “I don’t know where these supermodels have their uterus” and “With those hips I guarantee she has a [cesarean section].” And, “She’s pretty, but has a very funny shape.” (That last one isn’t so terrible, but it was kind of unnecessary.)
So excited to announce my 7th appearance in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition – I had to count that a million times before I believed it! My @si_swimsuit family, I love you! There is nothing like being a part of this brand and this issue. My shoot was in beautiful Zanzibar and shot by the incomparable @ruvenafanador, who is just as wonderful, kind, serene and lovely as everyone has ever told me. He thinks about every little aspect of a photo, every detail. HMU by @peterbutlerhair and @joannegair I LOVE you and am so lucky you allow me to be in your chairs! @mj_day and @darciebaum and @ja_neyney @hillarydrezner and @karencarpk – you are my family. I am proud to be in the issue but SO proud of all the work you guys put into this every single year. I just love you all. Jesus this is dramatic I know! And to all my fellow @si_swimsuit girls, congrats on a beautiful issue!!! I will see you this week in MIAMI!!!! I can't wait to kiss all your beautiful faces!

Eager to enter the realm of motherhood, Chrissy Teigen displays her baby bump on the front page of the February 2016 issue of InStyle Australia magazine.
Clad in a polka dot embellished maxi dress, Mrs. John Legend touches her pregnant midsection while photographer Steven Chee snaps up photos.
Back in October, Chrissy gushed over her pregnancy news and the fashion advice she received from Kim Kardashian- ?She told me to go stretchy. I always wanted to be the person who showed off the bump because it looks beautiful and I think you should embrace it. Kim does that well and I love seeing that belly of hers and I know Kanye does too?we?re lucky to be with men who find pregnancy sexy. Thank God!?

With her baby bump showing, Chrissy Teigen worked a winter white mini dress and metallic pumps from Kurt Geiger on the red carpet at the Target Wonderland VIP kick-off event in New York on Monday.
In October, the Sports Illustrated model announced via her Instagram page that she and her hubby were expecting their first child. Pre-pregnancy, Chrissy, 30, and her husband, singer John Legend, 36, admitted that they struggled with infertility for five years. Now that Chrissy is expecting they’re reportedly not waiting to find out the baby’s gender.
A source close to the couple revealed to In Touch magazine that ?They?re having a girl and [they are] really, really excited!?
At Monday’s event, Chrissy was all smiles as she posed with Kristen Bell, Camila Alves and Malin Akerman and it appears that mother-to-be-hood is treating her well. She told US Weekly, “I think I enjoy [pregnancy] more than not-pregnancy. I have a ton of energy. I think that probably comes with not day-drinking so ? maybe that’s why!”
And, like many pregnant women, she’s got cravings – which some internet trolls were more than happy to call her out on recently. When asked what she’s been craving lately, she said, “It’s easier to say what I don’t like to eat right now.” One thing she loves is a big-ass burrito. You go, Chrissy.
Merry Happy Everything from #TargetWonderland!! @imkristenbell @iamcamilaalves @therealmalinakerman @target ??????
