Having faded into obscurity, Taylor Momsen needs a little more buzz for her “edgy” personality. She tells the new issue of Maxim that she’s so provocative at her shows that parents have called the cops on her.
“We’ve literally had parents call the cops during our shows reporting that it’s inappropriate for their child.”
This would be impressive if it wasn’t for the fact parents were the one calling the cops. Her edge is dulled by the fact that a bunch of kids go to her show. 12-year-olds aren’t really a litmus test for provocativeness. A t-shirt with skulls on it would impress them.

Angsty 19-year-old Taylor Momsen was on the set of her new music video in NYC on Tuesday. She wore her usual getup. Leather, f me boots, raccoon eyes and a surly disposition. “I’m so misunderstood,” Taylor probably thinks as she tries to cut herself with safety scissors.

Well, I was right. I knew her classy act couldn’t last long, and here’s Taylor Momsen back to normal. Which for her means dressing like a goth hooker. Apparently Taylor’s shooting a music video here, even though it looks like she’s coming back from a long night of streetwalking or closing down an after-hours club.

Taking care of some career duties, Taylor Momsen showed up on the set of her new music video in New York City today (April 9).
The former ?Gossip Girl? starlet looked goth gorgeous as she primped before going before the camera and rocking to a Pretty Reckless track.
When she?s not tearing up the stage with her hard rock band, Taylor is hard at work as the face of the Material Girl clothing line.
Hand selected by Madonna?s daughter Lourdes Leon (she?s the head honcho of the company), Momsen recently did photos and video for their forthcoming ad campaign.

I almost didn’t recognize Taylor Momsen here — no nipple tape, no hooker costumes, she’s fully clothed. And actually looking kinda classy. At first I thought something might be seriously wrong with Taylor, then I realized she was filming scenes for Gossip Girl. Now it all makes sense. Carry on. I’m sure she’ll be back

Taylor Momsen, sporting two black eyes, releaseda spoken word video for The Pretty Reckless and she’s completely naked in it. Momsen is just standing there. In the nude. Sort of like what your uncle does at Thanksgiving but with less drunken rambling and morereading a verse from her songUnder the Water for Amp Rock TV’s initiative,The Words.
This video doesn’t come as much of a shock considering she’s been hanging out with porn star Jenna Haze. When you have friends like that, they sort of rub off on you.
In any case, this was a bit of a disappointment. I was expecting hotter. Instead, Taylor looks really creepy naked. Like one of those things that comes out of the tv and tells you you only have six weeks to live. Or like one of those people from an interment camp.
Anyway, if you’re on the fence about watching this, she’s 19 now so you won’t be getting a visit from the feds again and you can’t really see much no matter how hard you stare at it.

Leaving one of her latest "The Pretty Reckless" performances, Taylor Momsen was spotted exiting The Loft in Poughkeepsie, NY on Saturday night (April 14).
Signing autographs for fans and smoking a cigarette, the former "Gossip Girl" actress sported her usual rocker style while wearing a long lace cami with a plaid shirt over-top, along with thigh high lace stockings and platform black boots.
In a recent interview with SoundSpike, Miss Momsen dished about opening up for Marilyn Manson after her tour is finished, saying she's "really excited. I've been a fan of his forever. We were just in Australia doing Soundwave Festival. Unfortunately, we were playing the exact same time as Manson every day. We never got to meet Manson, but we met the rest of the band. They're all really great guys. It should be a really fun tour. We're really excited."
The actress/singer also says her and her band will be back in the studio as soon as they are done with their month long Manson tour, to continue work on their second album.
The 18 year-old has been on The Medicine Tour with "The Hollywood Kills" since early March and will finish off the last stop in Boston on May 3.
