Here are some new photos of Kristen Stewart out and about in LA yesterday. Fame/Flynet says she went into an office building. Sure. I?ll definitely buy that this is the way Kristen dresses for business meetings. Truly! This is actually a good look for her (but not for a business meeting). Her hair looks cleanish – I?m choosing to believe it?s still damp from a shower, as opposed to ?so greasy it looks wet?. Her clothes look clean, and I kind of like the long-sleeved tee (who wants to tell me what ?USATP? is?). She doesn?t look too thin, nor too drunk, nor too stoned, nor too bloated. Good for her.
Hollywood Life claims that Kristen has been staying with her mom more after the breakup. They claim Kristen stayed in Malibu with her mom last weekend so that Kristen would be out of the way when Rob picked up the last of his stuff from her house. A source says that Rob and Kristen haven?t seen each other ?since the day Rob moved out.? Which is still amazing to me, and I would still love to know ?the straw that broke the camel?s back? for this breakup. Meanwhile, The Daily Mail has an exclusive story on how K-Stew and Katy Perry are totally OVER as friends:
Twilight star Kristen Stewart feels ‘betrayed’ over Robert Pattinson’s growing closeness to Katy Perry, friends have revealed. Sitting on the singer’s lap and cuddling up to her at the Kids Choice Awards in March, Kristen, 23, showed just how close she was to pop star Katy, 28. However, a source told MailOnline that Kristen feels ‘incredibly down right now and betrayed’ at rumours of a romance between Katy and her ex-boyfriend and former co-star Robert.
And the petite brunette has now cut off all ties with Katy – despite greeting her with a big hug at the Met Ball in New York last month – and a source said: ‘Kristen is in a certain state of denial. She can’t let go of Rob or get over him. She keeps trying to contact Robert and find out what he is doing but her attempts to see Rob have been rebuffed. Rob is not responding to her.?
Robert, 27, and Katy were spotted together on Saturday night at at the Icelandic singer Bjork’s concert at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles – as the actor is said to be leaning on the chart-topping star for support following his split from Kristen. Although the pair arrived separately they sat next together during the show.
While Katy is allegedly back on-again with singer John Mayer, a source told E! News: ‘They are just hanging out, they’re not putting a label on it.’ Rumors of reconciliation first began when Perry and Mayer hung out at the ‘Part of Me’ singer’s holiday BBQ bash at her new Hollywood Hills home.
And another source said that Robert has denied any romance between him and Katy – saying she is merely being a good friend.
Meanwhile, friends of Robert have told MailOnline that Kristen is still so wrapped up in Rob that she is trying to copy his career in terms of the subject matter of his films.
Robert has been wanting to shoot an Iraq War film Mission Blacklist about a soldier on the trail of Saddam Hussein for two years and will hopefully be filming in Iraq by end of year. And a source said: ‘Rob’s camp was was suprised to hear Kristen had signed onto another War on Terror movie Camp X-Ray about a female soldier stationed in Guantanamo Bay which she will film late summer. Rob is convinced Kristen is now trying to duplicate his film choices with Camp X-Ray which is being directed by Peter Sattler, an obscure first-time director.’
Meanwhile Robert has pulled out of starring in heist thriller Hold Onto Me where he was to play opposite Carey Mulligan. Director James Marsh is still making it with Carey next year but they are searching for a leading man.

Wait, Rob is going to Iraq to film a movie about Saddam Hussein? Yeah, I seriously doubt that. The Iraq part. And I find it hard to believe that Sparkles (!!) would be able to pull off that kind of hardcore military role, but we?ll see. I like HIS choices much more than I like her choices, although her career seems to be faltering so much lately and I don?t think she has as many ?choices? as she once did. As for the Katy Perry stuff? something shady is going on between Katy and Sparkles, but I?m at a loss to define it. I think it?s pretty typical and normal for Kristen to feel betrayed and for her to end the friendship with Katy ? Katy has chosen a ?side? in the breakup, and that?s the way the cookie crumbles.

Yay! I?m actually really happy we have some new Kristen Stewart photos. She?s been photographed a few times since Robert Pattinson dumped her, but those pics were always exclusives. Kristen was photographed (exhaustively) on Friday, hanging out with a girlfriend in Los Feliz. There seems to be a zippered sweatshirt that comes and goes, and I guess the paps were trailing Kristen for the better part of the day. I have no idea who the blonde chick is ? just a friend, I?m assuming.
In case you couldn?t tell, I?m also assuming that we?re seeing these photos of Kristen because she wants us to see them. Kristen plays the game just like everyone else in Hollywood. And this photo op seems right on schedule ? a few weeks after Us Weekly published the Mini Coopering photos, Kristen also made a point of stepping out for a photo op in workout-type clothes. I?m assuming that this part of her image maintenance ? she wants us to know she?s not curled up in bed, sobbing. She?s out and about, signing on for movies (about Gitmo, ugh) and getting coffee, getting haircutes and hanging out with her girlfriends. She?s not drowning her sorrows in sparkle-booze and drunk-texting Sparkles.
A source recently told Hollywood Life, ?Kristen has been just laying low, hanging out with her closest friends and trying to stay out of the spotlight as much as possible. She misses her best friend. It?s like a part of her has died and she is still going through the grieving process.? Hm. Is that on or off-message? Like, are we supposed to feel sorry for her if we think that she?s just a sad girl, grieving the end of her relationship?

For nearly a year, people have been worried about Kristen Stewart?s career. In July, we?re coming up on the one-year anniversary of Us Weekly publishing the photos of Kristen and Rupert Sanders (and that dirty homewrecking Mini Cooper). It was in that set of Us Weekly photos that many industry people saw Kristen torpedoing her career, and wouldn?t you know, she has had a really difficult time finding scripts or projects since then. Snow White and the Huntsman got a sequel, but the film date got pushed WAY back (not a good sign).
Kristen also signed on for Focus, in which she would have played a young grifter learning the trade from an older grifter, to be played by Ben Affleck, only Affleck was in the midst of a happy-family Oscar campaign and couldn?t be seen with a known mistress of married directors, so he had to drop the project. Then Kristen dropped out of that project when Will Smith came on, claiming there was some huge age difference (Will is only a few years older than Affleck). Somewhere along the line, she also signed on for a weird-sounding supporting role in a small, independent film. She really hasn?t been on a film set in like a year and a half, and she did seem a bit desperate for work. Well, now she?s found two projects:
EXCLUSIVE: Kristen Stewart has committed to star in back to back projects shooting this summer. She will star in Camp X-Ray, a politically charged drama written and directed by Peter Sattler, and she will also star in the Olivier Assayas-directed Sils Maria.
In Camp X-Ray, Stewart will play a young soldier who escapes her suffocating small town by joining the military, only to find that she isn?t going for a tour of duty in Iraq as she hoped. Instead, she?s sent to Guantanamo. Met with hatred and abuse from the Muslim men in her charge, she forges an odd friendship with a young man who has been imprisoned at Gitmo for eight years. The film?s being produced by Gina Kwon and Sophia Lin, and exec produced by David Gordon Green, Lindsay Williams and Ellen Goldsmith-Vein. Production begins late summer.
Stewart will join Juliette Binoche and Chloe Moretz in Sils Maria, the CG Cinema-produced English language film that Assayas wrote for his Summer Hours star Binoche. The film explores middle age and that introspective period where one questions how they?ve spent their life so far and what they?ve accomplished. The title refers to the Swiss setting, and Stewart plays the assistant to Binoche?s character, an actress who becomes obsessed with a young actress

In my mind, Robert Pattinson took one look at Kristen Stewart in that hideous Stella McCartney onesie at the Met Gala and he decided right then and there that they were over. As a matter of fact, that timeline might be somewhat on target ? Rob was in NYC during the Met Gala, but he didn?t go with Kristen. They allegedly met up later, and that was one of the last times they were out together. Kristen and Rob didn?t spend his birthday together and people are saying Kristen has been acting odd (stranger than usual) lately. So how did Robsten fall apart?
There have been recent signs of trouble in paradise for newly-split couple, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. The exes, who were inseparable just weeks ago, grew distant since Pattinson returned from New York to Los Angeles on May 8.
“They again went from spending every second together, to spending more time apart at their separate houses,” a source tells PEOPLE. “Kristen has been in a terrible mood, and it was obvious that things were not great with Rob.”
A major sign pointing to the demise of their romance was the absence of Stewart, 23, on May 13, the date of Pattinson’s 27th birthday.
“It was very strange that they didn’t celebrate Rob’s birthday together,” the source says. “He had friends over at his house, but Kristen was not part of the celebration. For the past few days, they have not spent any time together.”
Reacting the same as when they last split after Stewart’s fling with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, the source says the actress once again “[hasn't left] her house for days, but [has] surrounded herself with friends 24/7.”

Us Weekly has something about Kristen’s “moods” too, hilariously. Most Twihards think People is Team Kristen (in that People gets leaks from KS’s people) and Us Weekly is Team Sparkles. Us Weekly’s source claims: “All this stuff came up [around his birthday] about the cheating, about how selfish she always is, about how moody she always is…I t was a lot of issues that came up.” The impression is that Rob is still dealing with how she cheated on him but Us Weekly’s source also concedes, “He is so torn . . . They could get back together.”
Hollywood Life has been all over the breakup too, to mixed results. HL is like Twihard Central, and just a short time before People Mag announced the split on Saturday night, HL had published a story about how Rob and Kristen would never breakup. So what does HL have to say now? Their sources claim: Kristen has been keeping busy post-split, trying to keep her mind off of Rob; they?re still living together in Kristen?s house and they?re taking care of their dogs; Kristen is frustrated and she feels like she has to ?prove? herself to Rob after she cheated on him. Which? yeah, she does. As for the question of whether they’re still living together – all of the non-HL sources seem to think that he’s in his house and she’s in her house. Life & Style even claimed that Rob moved his stuff out of her house on Sunday. And he took custody of the dogs.
Does anyone else think that there could have been more to that story that Kristen met up with Rupert Sanders in April? Everyone tried to fact-check that story, claiming that the Rupert look-alike was just a valet. But what if it was actually Rupert? What if Kristen is still fooling around? Epic.
Oh, and you know it?s bad news when your boyfriend balls his hands into a fist so he won?t have to hold hands with you.

Sometimes I change my mind about certain dresses or strong ?looks? after the first rush of judgment. I will soften and, as time passes, a look that I hated at first glance will grow on me. That?s not happening at all with this Stella McCartney onesie that Kristen Stewart wore to the Met Gala. If anything, this shiz is MORE hideous to me now than when I first covered it. Plus, I?m seeing it in different angles now and OMG DIAPER. The whole mid-section and crotch of this thing is totally FUBAR. It?s not even that Kristen is the one wearing it ? it?s just an awful onesie.
Anyway, Kristen doesn?t have a whole lot going for her these days. I mean, sure, she?s still young and attractive and richer than all of us will ever know. But her career has significantly faltered and her Twihard fanbase seems to be outgrowing her as we speak. And now this ? Reader?s Digest just conducted an interesting poll to determine the ?least? and ?most? trusted movie stars in America. Kristen is the least trusted movie star. Full stop. People distrust her more than they distrust Tom Cruise.
According to a “100 Most Trusted People in America” nationwide poll conducted by Reader’s Digest, Kristen Stewart is the least trusted movie star in America.
Reader’s Digest compiled a list of more than 200 American opinion shapers, leaders and headline makers from 15 highly influential professions and presented it to more than 1,000 Americans (a representative sample of adults living in the United States), asking them to rank each name on how trustworthy they thought each individual was. Trustworthiness was determined by “integrity and character, exceptional talent, drive to personal excellence, internal moral compass, message, honesty and leadership.”
According to their results, Stewart received the lowest trust score (24%) amongst all of the movie stars who made the list, despite her status as one of the highest-paid stars in Hollywood.
And who’s the least trusted male star who made the list?
Tom Cruise, who scored just 27 percent.
Not surprisingly, popular celebs Tom Hanks and Sandra Bullock received the highest scores (65% and 63% respectively), with Denzel Washington and Meryl Streep not trailing far behind (62% and 61%).

The Tom Cruise thing is interesting because even if you hate Scientology and you think Tom basically condones slave labor, he is without question a movie star and people are still going to see his films. I guess you could make the same argument for Kristen though ? even with the Mini Coopering, the sulking, the slouching, the lip-biting and all of the inanities that come out of her mouth, people still go see (some of) her movies. So while people don?t trust her ? at all, apparently ? they?re still interested enough in her to see her movies?
Incidentally, what I find weird is that Kristen?s Mini-Coopering really didn?t hurt her that much with women, although maybe the effect will be a slow-burn. But all the women who liked Kristen pre-Mini-Coopering still like her for the most part. I still wonder how Kristen managed to weather that controversy with everyone throwing pity parties for her instead of Liberty Ross.

HAHAHAHAHA. OMG. Oh, this is just too funny. First of all, Kristen Stewart went to the Met Gala last night? and Robert Pattinson did NOT. There were widespread rumors and reports that this would be their first non-Twilight red carpet together, but it looks like Rob didn?t give a f?k. Which is kind of funny because Rob just got an incredibly lucrative contract with Dior, and I bet Dior would have loved to have on the carpet too.
But here?s something else funny: Kristen is the star of her second ad campaign with Balenciaga. Balenciaga just hired Alexander Wang as their head designer, and Wang is definitely Team Liberty Ross. So Kristen didn?t even both wearing Balenciaga on the carpet. She wore this FUG FUG FUG Stella McCartney jumpsuit. OMG. I know a lot of you are like ?No, Marchesa will always be the pinnacle of all that is awful in the fashion industry? and while you make a valid point, Stella McCartney is the worst. Always. She?s worse because A-list celebrities treat her fashion sense like it?s not terrible. Anyway, Kristen?s onesie is terrible, of course. It looks like she?s wearing a diaper. OH AND STOP SLOUCHING.
And because they are the same (!!), here?s Ashley Greene in Marchesa. YES. This is terrible too, obviously. But somehow I don?t think it?s WORSE than what Kristen is slouching around in.

After Robert Pattinson ?rushed? back to LA last week, nothing much happened. The story about Kristen Stewart maybe being seen with Rupert Sanders was BS (I guess) but it didn?t stop Rob from being swarmed by paparazzi in NYC on the day the false reports came out. But it didn?t seem like Rob and Kristen were too upset by it, of course. There were photos of them out together a few days ago ? like, they were getting some late-night munchies or something. Maybe that?s Kristen?s big secret? Rob will never break up with her as long as they?re both high. But it does seem like Rob has flown out of LA again, so take that however you want.
Meanwhile, for the second year in a row Kristen Stewart has been named the ?Best Dressed Woman in the World?. Yeah. I know. The list was compiled by the Twihards at Glamour UK, and I guess it?s notable because Duchess Kate is not number one. Neither is Emma Watson. I?m always surprised when some meaningless UK publication declares an American to be their #1 anything. But it?s especially weird when it?s Kristen Stewart and I don?t consider her anything special in the style department.
She often seems happier in scruffy jeans and trainers than a posh frock. But it seems Kristen Stewart still has a few fashion lessons for her British contemporaries. The tomboy American actress has been declared the world?s best-dressed woman, ahead of Harry Potter star Emma Watson and the Duchess of Cambridge. It is the second year in a row Miss Stewart has topped the annual fashion list compiled by Glamour magazine.
The 23-year-old Twilight star was praised for her ?personal rock-chick style?. Although she sometimes embraces high fashion on the red carpet, she often dresses down in her free time.
She once admitted she can sometimes be found wanting in the fashion stakes, saying: ?I go outside, and I?m wearing a funky T-shirt and my hair is dirty, and people say, ??What?s wrong with her? She needs to invest in a hairbrush??.
Miss Watson, also 23, remained in second place. In recent years she has ditched her innocent image as a child star with a series of sultry photoshoots and risqu film roles.
The Duchess of Cambridge moved up one place to third. The 31-year-old royal has been praised for her demure outfits during her pregnancy. Her sister Pippa Middleton jumped 32 places to 15. Also in the top five were Spider-Man star Emma Stone and singer Taylor Swift. Other names in the top 50 include Kate Moss, Keira Knightley and actress Lily Collins, daughter of Phil.
Glamour?s 50 best-dressed women of 2013 appears in the June issue of the magazine, out on May 6.

Sometimes I try to put myself in the mindset of a teenage girl who may or may not be a Twihard and I try to make sense of this kind of stuff. When I was a teenager, I worshipped Winona Ryder, Tori Amos and Emma Thompson. For this generation of teenagers, is Kristen their Winona? Is that how I should think of it? Because back in the 1990s, Winona was a BIG deal style-wise. She wore vintage to the Oscars, she wore Johnny Depp?s t-shirts on magazine covers and she knew the value of great tailoring. I can see how I might defend Kristen?s style if I was a teenager, but as an adult? I really can?t. I keep waiting for her to figure it out, for her to find her style vision. But she?s too high to figure it out.
