Kate Moss has been busted for a while now, but she continues to get quite a bit of work, and she?s still considered one of the gold-standard supermodels in the world today. Part of the reason for this is that Kate is a genius at being elusive. Yes, we see her photos everywhere. But she?s never overexposed. She?s not pap?d every single day. When she gets into legal or PR problems, she disappears for a while. She surrounds herself with loyal people who don?t gossip about her (that much). She also rarely gives interviews or speaks to journalists at all. Which makes it a banner occasion when you actually get your hands on authentic, verifiable Kate Moss quotes. Mark this day on your calenders, ladies and gentlemen: Kate Moss speaks! And her ideas and opinions are not exactly ground-breaking or anything, but she comes across as rather cute. Not cutesy, but she seems like she would be fun to hang around. Especially if you like cocaine, I would imagine.
Kate?s new interview appears in The Telegraph. Kate gave ?20 minutes? (it sounds more like 5 minutes) to a handful of journalists on the occasion of her latest modeling gig for Mango. She was shooting a commercial for the brand, and she took some time out to talk about how much she loves jam (the Telegraph interviewer brought her jam, which she loved), how she watched the royal wedding, and what ?icon? means to her. Kate on jam: “Jam! I love my jam. I’ve just had a batch of it come through, I’ve been making it.?
Kate on her Mango gig: “I’m doing a commercial for Mango with Terry Richardson,” Kate explains. Is she wearing Mango? “Yeah”. Did she choose the clothes she wears in the commercial? “Yeah”.
Does she think she’s an icon? “No! Liz Taylor’s an icon. I’m just normal.” What goals hasn’t she achieved? “Well I wasn’t in [George Michael's] Freedom video? I just missed it. That would have been amazing.”
Kate on Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge: “Oh I love her! She was so chic and seamless . And just beautiful, it was just as a royal wedding should be.” Where did she watch it? “In the country, with loads of friends and kids who were all crying. There were tears. We were like “ok, you can marry Harry!” Might she one day be Prince Harry’s mother-in-law then? “Nah! No!”
On the possibility of being made a ?Dame? by the Queen: “Ha ha. Can you imagine? I’m too young to be made a Dame. A Dame’s for old women. Like Margaret Thatcher.” I say she’s a Baroness. “I’d prefer to be a baroness. I’d quite like to be Lady Kate. But I’m happy just as I am.”
Kate on her favorite body part: “My mouth, I think that’s what other people would say.”

See? She seems rather nice. I like that she didn?t go the standard route of seemingly every ?high fashion? person in the industry and bash Kate Middleton. She just sounded like a cool English chick who watched the wedding with her kid and some friends. Kate Moss: one of us!
Also: I love that she gets to excited about jam. That makes her kind of awesome. The only thing that would be even more awesome is if she was a huge fan of crumpets or biscuits.

The English supermodel stepped out of her chauffeured car at the Browns Hotel in London, England and her top hung a bit too low, exposing her chest.

Stepping out to watch her man in action, Kate Moss was spotted leaving the Hospital Club in London, England on Thursday (March 24).
The beautiful model hopped into a chauffeured vehicle after watching fiance Jamie Hince play a gig with his band, The Kills.
The night before, Moss and Hince attended a dinner at the Groucho Club where they had a few too many cocktails with 80s TV presenter, Timmy Mallet.
According to a source, the trio, along with some other friends, took the stage and belted out Beatles hits while drinking the night away.

In musical news, it seems Ms. Moss? vocal stylings are being sought by none other than Kanye West.
The ?Love Lockdown? rapper has invited Kate to perform a duet with him at an upcoming gig. An insider told press, "Kate brought him into her inner circle at the Givenchy afterparty. Kate was rapping to Kanye and it wasn't long before they had a crowd around them. Kanye made up a freestyle on the spot for Kate, who was blushing."

Stepping out for a late lunch, Kate Moss and Jamie Hince were spotted leaving The Wolseley restaurant in London, England on Wednesday (February 23).
The British beauty looked stylish a gray designer suit and fedora hat while her guitarist fiance opted for some gray jeans and blazer paired with a neck tie.
Prior to the bite to eat, Kate and Jamie hit up London Fashion Week while taking in the James Small Menswearshow.
In other news, with her nuptials on the way, Moss is reportedly heading to the Ritz in France for her bachelorette party because she can smoke inside there.
According to a source, ?Kate is going to make her hen do the biggest party yet. Girlfriends Sadie Frost, Beth Ditto, Alexa Chung, Alice Dellal and Janelle Monae should all be there.?
?They?ll allow her to smoke inside. Hotel bosses have also told her they will organise everything,? the insider added.

Joined by her daughter Lila, the English supermodel sported a see-through white tank top as she sunned herself. Kate is in town to do a Vogue photo shoot with Mario Testino.
In a recent interview, Kate confessed that she?s really not that concerned with impressing people when it comes to her wardrobe.
