Excited to be closing in on the weekend, Blake Lively was out getting an early start to the day in New York City on Friday (October 15).
The Serena van der Woodsen actress happened to be partaking in a photo shoot session, as she exited a local studio clad in a Saks Key to the Cure shirt.
The sighting comes as Miss Lively has found herself in tabloid fodder over rumors of a hookup with actor Ryan Gosling.
Stemming from a recent Disneyland sighting of the pair, a rep for Blake told Gossip Cop that the blond actress is still very much with her co-star beau Penn Badgley, and what most of the stories did not mention was that Lively was at Disneyland with a group of 15-plus people.

Showing some love to a canine fan, Blake Lively was spotted out in New York City earlier today (October 6).
The ?Gossip Girl? babe posed for pictures with a Rottweiler pooch, and even took some of her own. She also snapped a few shots with a passing female fan.
As for her gig with ?The Town,? Blake told press she wasn't initially aware she was hanging out with actual criminals on the film?s set.
?We were doing this scene in a real bar in Charlestown. And Ben [Affleck, director and star] went and filled it with real ex-cons ? which I didn?t know! That was until they started telling me, ?Oh yeah, yeah. I was in prison, and I just got out two months ago.??

Comments on the prank start at 8:10
Gossip Girl and The Town star, Blake Lively, was on Letterman Friday. Letterman was fawning all over her and kept trying to fix her hair, although he said she was “just a kid” at 23. I’ve never seen an interview with Blake before and was initially impressed by how relaxed, personable and friendly she was. While she seemed nice enough at first, she told a really disturbing story about the lengths she went through to prank her boyfriend, fellow Gossip Girl star Penn Badgley, this April Fool’s Day. The things she did to him sound downright mean, as clever as she obviously thought she was. Blake almost convinced that guy that he was adopted and that his biological father was Steven Tyler. She even got Penn’s publicist and mother in on it.
[Penn] always wondered how he was so musically gifted without having musically gifted parents. So I thought ‘who is musically gifted who has lots of kids? Steven Tyler’
So I thought, ‘Well I’m going to say that’s his father.’
So I created a fake e-mail address and wrote a letter to him the night before April Fools… saying ‘I had a child with Steven Tyler. I live in Maryland (where he was born), I’m an English professor. I want to reach out to you and I’d like to have a relationship with you now that you’re of age.’
And then I had his publicist call in the morning and say ‘hey listen, I got a call from one of the magazines in New York. They got a story, Steven Tyler is saying that he has a child who is also in this business, that he’s hoping to reach out to and connect with, he didn’t realize that this was his son’ and I had them play it off like ‘this is ridiculous’ so we were laughing about it all day.
And then his mom called him later and said ‘I need to talk to you.’ Yeah. [laughs]
I saw his whole life flash before his eyes in about 10 seconds…
He was obviously disappointed that his parents weren’t his parents and his whole life was a lie. A little traumatic.

So not only did Blake pull this very mean elaborate prank on her boyfriend, a prank that involved sequential steps in which a less self-confident person might have backed out and admitted it was joke, she used it as an anecdote to recount on national television. Personally, I hope she’s didn’t pull it off like this or it wasn’t as convincing as she’s trying to portray. Either way, she strikes me as rather cold and calculating.
NOTE BY KAISER: I think Blake is really self-confident, to the point where she kind of comes across as an a–hole. Whatever!

Enjoying an evening out on the town, Blake Lively was on-hand for the Spring 2011 Eyewear collection launch at Tiffany & Co. in New York City on Thursday (September 30).
The "Gossip Girl" beauty checked out the high-end brand's latest offerings while clad in Elie Saab and mingling with company employees including Vittorio Verdun, Antonio Miyakawa, Victor Melendez and Andrea Dorigo.
Meanwhile, it sounds as if Blake is getting a little nudging from Alec Baldwin to ditch her clothes for the people over at PETA.
The "30 Rock" actor told E!, ?These younger girls, whether they get naked or not, are the biggest stars, who are the role models?I?m a big fan of hers [Lively]. I think she?s a really really gorgeous woman, very stylish.?

Juggling her movie and television careers as best as she can, Blake Lively stepped out to tape an appearance on the "Late Show with David Letterman" on Monday night (September 27).
Always looking stylish, the Serena van der Woodsen actress showed up in casual attire before swapping into a sparkly Elie Saab frock to pose for pictures outside of the Ed Sullivan Theatre.
As for the reason behind the visit, Miss Lively happened to be promoting her recently released movie "The Town," which was directed by Ben Affleck.

Taking advantage of a little free time, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley were spotted taking a lunch break in Uptown, Manhattan on Tuesday (September 21).
Fresh off of filming scenes of their hit show "Gossip Girl," the co-star couple popped into Ed's Chowder House for some tasty seafood cuisine before getting back to work.
Meanwhile, you can catch Blake and Penn in a new episode of "Gossip Girl" titled "The Undergraduates" airing on Monday (September 27) at 9/8c on The CW.
A synopsis via the show's website tells: "On her first day at Columbia, Blair (Leighton Meester) attempts to gain membership into an ultra-exclusive social club, Hamilton House, but she's in for a few big surprises. Serena (Blake Lively) begins to suspect that Juliet (guest star Katie Cassidy) is intentionally sabotaging Serena's life and that it may have something to do with Nate (Chace Crawford). Rufus (Matthew Settle) is worried about Dan (Penn Badgley) and decides to take matters into his own hands. "
