Getting an early start to her day, Blake Lively was spotted over at Rockefeller Plaza for an appearance on the ?Today? show this morning (November 18).
The ?Gossip Girl? actress looked lovely as she chatted with a few friends, sporting a light grey jacket, dark grey dress, leggings, and high-heeled ankle boots.

Vogue Magazine (American) has just released their ?Best Dressed of 2010? list, and it is? not good. Some of the choices are completely obvious, some are completely wrong, and some are completely dumb. From what I understand, this is going to be a ?special issue? - usually they put their best-dressed list in the December or January issue, but this is going to be a separate thing. I hope it gets sent to subscribers (hello!). Anyway, one of the biggest wrong/dumb choices was to put Blake Lively?s jacked tittays on the cover of the special issue. Now, is Blake a pretty girl? I think so. Is she a good dresser? It?s hit-or-miss, and more often than not, her style is just kind of trashy and tacky. But why put her jacked tittay on the COVER?!? Ugh. Here?s a little more about the rationale ?behind the tittay?.
The January issue of Vogue has historically been dedicated to the best dressed women of the year; it is the issue where we take stock and anoint those whose sartorial skills warrant some recognition.
?Inevitably, we?re overflowing with ideas, photos, and candidates?and there just isn?t room for all of it,? explains Vogue Style Director Alexandra Kotur. ?So this year, we decided to create a special issue devoted just to the best dressed.?
Kotur eagerly took on the role of issue editor, and the final product not only names the best dressed of the year and the decade but also boasts an exclusive interview with Natalia Vodianova, a look at the chicest couples, and an insider?s guide to the top shopping, fitness, and beauty in America. The issue, which is Vogue’s very first special edition and sure to be a collector’s item, was months in the making and goes on sale at newsstands today for a limited time.

Blake Lively wore a strange ensemble, even for her, to the opening of a new boutique in Soho last night. She had on a blue dress shirt with a wide collar open to her bra paired with a puffy sequin miniskirt that was possibly tiered and a tan leather belt folded in on itself. I really hate the trend of wearing sloppy leather belts with dresses, but that transgression is minor in the context of this outfit. The bottom of her shirt was hanging out from beneath the skirt. It’s like she’s daring us to tell her that it’s anything except high fashion. Blake admitted as much in a recent statement in which she bragged that she styles herself and is self taught from attending fashion shows. I think we can call her latest effort “throw it all together and see what sticks”:

I’ll say something nice - those boots are cute and I have a pair just like that. The outfit is a mess, though. At least her boobs aren’t hanging out, she’s wearing a skirt (although it’s shorter than her damn shirt) and you can’t see the inside of her upper thighs. Although that’s probably not the case when she sits down.

Thank you to the people who have already sent in props to me for calling this one - sources are now confirming to Us Weekly that Blake Lively and Penn Badgley are over, and have been over since mid-September. I thought this was the case back when it seemed like Blake had gone out on a date with Ryan Gosling, and I thought it again when I saw the weird, chaste kiss Penn and Blake gave each other last week. Of course, this means that Blake?s rep lied to Gossip Cop, amongst other media outlets. Oh, well.
Penn Badgley, 24, and Blake Lively, 23, have ended their three-year romance, a rep for the Gossip Girl costars exclusively tells the new Us Weekly (on newsstands now). They called it quits in mid-September.
“They?re professionals,” an insider tells Us Weekly. “They’re still good friends and hang out on the set.”
The source says that the duo — who met as preteen actors in L.A. — “kept this news to themselves for a while.”
Indeed, they have always taken a drama-free approach to their relationship.
Badgley told Us last fall that working together while dating didn’t present any problems: “Some would say it?s a double-edged sword, but in our case, we manage to balance it well.”
Even those closest to the twosome may be shocked to hear the news.
“Nobody on set had any idea,” says the insider. “They’re really just private.”

So Blake Lively is officially on the market. And we have no idea if she jumped without a jumpoff or if she?s going to do a few months of the ?single girl? thing before trading up to a film actor. Would you be worried if you were Jennifer Garner? Even though I think Ben Affleck might have been hung up on Blake, I tend to think Blake would prefer her trading-up boyfriend to be someone like Gosling? maybe Jake Gyllenhaal? JG and Blake would make a lot of sense together, actually. We just have to get him away from Swifty.

These are some new photos of Blake Lively and Penn Badgley filming Gossip Girl in New York on Wednesday. Fame Pictures notes that for a couple that has been together for two years, they seemed especially awkward on set together, and thus, they could be broken up. Or maybe they just had a fight? Or maybe Blake was feeling not-so-fresh? Or maybe Penn was feeling not-so-fresh? It could be anything.
Though Gossip Girl costars Penn Badgley and Blake Lively have been dating for over two years, pictures taken Wednesday, October 20, 2010, suggest there may be some turmoil between the once-happy couple. When Badgley and Lively passed each other on set, the normally affectionate pair exchanged a strange side-hug and air kiss more indicative of casual acquaintances than lovers. Are the two actors the latest couple to suffer a celebrity breakup?

Could be. It wouldn?t surprise me. I?ve long thought that Blake would end up dumping Penn once she found a good stepping stone boyfriend (or “jumpoff” if you will)? someone like Ryan Gosling, perhaps? Following a full day of "Gossip Girl" filming duties, Blake Lively changed up outfits and headed out for a night on the town in New York City on Wednesday (October 20).
The Serena van der Woodsen actress looked bright and cheery as she attended the launch of Vertu's smartphone held at Berry Hill Galleries.
As for her "Gossip Girl" happenings, Blake and the gang return for all-new episode titled "Easy J" airing Monday (October 25) at 9/8c on The CW.
A synopsis via the show's website tells: "Although Blair (Leighton Meester) made it perfectly clear that Little J was no longer welcome in Manhattan after what happened with Chuck (Ed Westwick), Jenny (Taylor Momsen) is tempted by a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet Tim Gunn ("Project Runway"), which could be a game changer for her future. Meanwhile, Serena (Blake Likely) discovers something about her new boyfriend, Colin (guest star Sam Page), that may put an end to their relationship just as it was getting good."
