Heidi Klum, 40, is German. I know you know this, but I’m reminding you because most Germans are nudists when judged by American standards. I lived there for years and I became somewhat of a nudist too. Not to the point where I would go topless on the beach, but when you’re at an awesome coed sauna and the only way to enjoy it is sans clothes, (they will tell you to take your bathing suit off or get kicked out), you get naked and you get used to it. I love telling that to my friends and seeing them get all wide-eyed. So if you’ve heard this story before just humor me. Now, when I’m in the locker room at my US gym and a woman goes into the bathroom stall to change, I find it bizarre.
In that respect, Heidi Klum showing her nice rack and taut bod at the beach seems pretty normal to me, if only there weren’t cameramen there. (We had to blur the photos due to our advertisers.) Heidi absolutely knows that the paps are there, because she called them. She’s in Mexico with her latest boytoy, a 27 year-old art dealer named Vito Schnabel. Schnabel is best known for dating Demi Moore in 2012 and then dumping her when she became embarrassing. He likes his women older, famous and rich and he surely enjoys the recognition and trappings that go along with that. Schnabel doesn’t want to be too obvious in his ambition, so Heidi is probably perfect for him. We know what she’s doing but the camera is sufficiently far away that there’s the pretense of a private moment.
Heidi just happened to be topless at the beach and lo and behold there were paps there. How could she have ever known? This isn’t the first time this has happened. But I do give her somewhat of a pass because she’s German. When Heidi takes her top off, she doesn’t think it’s scandalous at all (and it shouldn’t be) she just realizes that she’s going to get more press for it. Hence this story. Get it, Heidi.

Klum and her 27-year-old art dealer beau packed on the PDAs, frolicking in the waves and sunbaking in their own personal cabana, oblivious to onlookers.
Heidi has been dating Vito, who is the son of artist Julian Schnabel, for a little over a month. The pair recently took a romantic trip to Paris and were seen smooching like high school sweethearts in front of various iconic monuments.

Gearing up for a new season, Heidi Klum attended NBCUniversal's Summer Press Day in Pasadena, California on Tuesday (April 8).
The "America's Got Talent" judge looked gorgeous in a black and white patterned dress with black heeled sandals as she posed for pics.
During the event, the 40-year-old model talked about what she's looking for in the show and indicates she will not be easily swayed.
Not playing any games, Heidi told reporters, "I don't care how sad the background story is. If the act is bad, the act is bad and I get my 'X' out and say no."

Making her return to the West Coast, Heidi Klum showed up at LAX International Airport on Monday evening (April 7).
Joined by her lovely mother Erna Klum, the ?Project Runway? hottie was picture-perfect despite her long flight from New York City.
Perhaps Ms. Klum?s good spirits were the result of her show ?America?s Got Talent? scoring a mention in the Guinness Book of World Records.
The ?Got Talent? franchise was named the Most Successful Reality Television Format, as it?s been adapted for broadcast in a whopping 58 countries. Klum accepted the award with Melanie Brown, Howard Stern, Howie Mandel and Nick Cannon.

Stepping out for an evening of fun and excitement, Heidi Klum headed to the premiere of ?America?s Got Talent? in New York City on Friday (April 4).
The 40-year-old German model donned a leather dress with matching heels as she stopped take a few pictures with fans on the red carpet.
During a recent interview, Miss Klum revealed how all four of her children are finally becoming more self-sufficient.
?It?s easier now. It?s a different phase,? Heidi stated. ?They can all swim. Obviously, you still have to watch them. But they?re on a different level now. It?s a new chapter.?

The "Project Runway" host looked fabulous in a black bikini before covering up in a blue dress and sun hat for a walk on the beach with daughter Leni and her own mom, Irma.
She's been having a blast with her four little ones, taking a breather from her hectic work schedule.
