Shortly after Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux stunned the world by announcing their engagement (the same weekend the tabloids claimed Brangelina were going to wed in France), the tabloids had fun with whether or not Jennifer would make Justin sign a prenup. While Justin has some money saved ? I would estimate his net worth to probably be seven figures ? Jennifer is one of the wealthiest women in Hollywood, with an estimated net worth of $120 million, give or take. I don?t think anybody would hold it against Jennifer to be smart about her assets and get an ironclad prenup, which is what the tabloids initially claimed. But now they?re saying Jennifer doesn?t think a prenup is romantic.
Jennifer Aniston must really be head over heels in love with her soon-to-be husband, Justin Theroux, because she?s reportedly willing to put her fortune on the line by nixing Justin?s gracious offer to sign a prenuptial agreement!
?Jen?s absolutely adamant about not having a prenup,? a source close to Jennifer told OK! magazine. ?She told several friends: ?I?m choosing love, not money. And people are just going to have to deal with it.?? Good for you, Jen!
The 44-year-old actress? romantic decision is a definite risk, one that could reportedly cost her about $150 million if she and Justin end up getting divorced. But she?s so in love that a prenup just seems insulting. ?I couldn?t be in a relationship without equality, generosity, integrity, spirit, kindness, and humor,? Jen told OK.
Understandably, Jennifer?s friends are reportedly concerned about her all-in attitude. ?It?s a sweet and romantic thing to do,? the source adds. ?But a number of friends are desperately worried her decision could come back to haunt her one day.? Jen was so badly hurt when Brad Pitt left her, it makes sense that her friends are extremely protective of her.
But reportedly Jen won?t hear it ? ?Everything is going so well between Jen and Justin right now, she doesn?t want to taint the romance,? the source says. Oh, to be in love.

Did anyone else giggle at ?taint the romance?? No? Just me? OK, I have the sense of humor of a 13-year-old boy. TAINT. Sorry. Anyway, there was a story last year that I actually believed ? that Jennifer was so in love with her artist fianc that she was putting him in charge of all of her business and career decisions. They were going to make ART together. They were going to be artists who share everything. I?m starting to wonder if that?s what we?re seeing. Then again, this story does originate in OK! Magazine, so it?s probably BS.

Jennifer Aniston appeals on today?s Ellen Show. I think it?s to promote Call Me Crazy, the Lifetime short film series which Aniston executive produced. At first, I only read the quotes from this interview and I was prepared to make fun of Jennifer, but after I watched the videos, I was kind of charmed by her. Jennifer is at her best and at her funniest when she?s around someone like Ellen. I laughed my ass off at the video of Jennifer trying (and failing) to scare Ellen.
Basically, Ellen and Jennifer are talking about the art of scaring people and Ellen asks her, ?Have you not ever scared anyone before? Don’t you like to scare? Don’t you hide when Justin comes home?” Jennifer admits, ?No, he does that to me. Well, he calls it trickery. But he’s constantly hiding behind drapes. I’m constantly scared. It’s like it doesn’t get old on me.? The videos are below:
Jennifer also sort-of debunks the rumor that there?s a planned Friends reunion. Marta Kaufman (co-creator of Friends) debunked the rumor two nights ago too. I just don?t think it?s happening at all. Jennifer probably wouldn?t do it, I can?t see Matthew Perry doing it (although I hope he comes back for more episodes of The Good Wife because he?s AMAZING on that show), and Courteney Cox is probably over it too. I think Lisa Kudrow and Matt Leblanc might do it if everyone else did it. And Schwimmer? God knows.

Call me crazy, but I?m not loving this ensemble on Jennifer Aniston. These are photos from last night?s LA premiere of Lifetime?s Call Me Crazy: A Five Film, and this time around the five stories are woven around a theme of mental illness and mental health. Jennifer is the executive producer on the film, just as she was in 2011 for that year?s ?five? film (I think she directed a segment that year too).
Jennifer?s shorts ensemble is Christian Dior. It doesn?t work, does it? The shorts look like they?re bunching up and the cut of the strapless tuxedo bustier thing makes Jennifer?s shoulders look wider than they actually are, and the whole thing is total mess in the midsection. Jennifer is a petite woman with a great figure, and this Dior thing adds weight to her frame and it?s really unflattering. Jennifer loves her little black dresses, so I guess her idea of trying something new was to go for little black shorts. I hate to criticize her for stepping out of her comfort zone and trying something sort-of new, but this is just a bad look.
But it?s not all bad news? she pulled her hair back! It just occurred to me that Duchess Kate and Jennifer Aniston are strikingly similar on that particular issue (and some others too, maybe). Kate and Jennifer both seem to hate to pull their hair back. They imagine themselves to be Hair Icons. While Jennifer is still flat-ironing (so Goopy), I like that she mixed it up a bit with this messy ponytail.
PS? Justin Theroux wasn?t there?? There are no photos of him, but maybe he snuck in through the back or something.

Making a rare red carpet appearance, Jennifer Aniston attended the premiere of Lifetime's "Call Me Crazy: A Five Film" in West Hollywood, CA on Tuesday (April 16).
The 44-year-old actress looked stunning as she worked the red carpet in an all-black ensemble which included classic pointy heels, shorts and a structured, strapless top.
The film, which Aniston executive produced, follows five shorts named after each title character -- Lucy, Eddie, Allison, Grace and Maggie ? whose powerful relationships built on hope and triumph raise a new understanding of what happens when a loved one struggles with mental illness
Starring Jennifer Hudson , Melissa Leo, Octavia Spencer, Sarah Hyland , and Brittany Snow among others, "Call Me Crazy" will debut April 20th at 8/7c.

Sidenote: Do you think Jennifer and Justin Theroux will marry this weekend, or will they be accused of trying to steal the Easter Bunny?s thunder?!? Anyway, remember when Jennifer scored the cover of People Magazine right after the Oscars and everyone was like, ?Huh? How was Jennifer the most notable person at the Oscars?!? In that People cover story, ?sources? claimed that Jennifer was determined to change her name to Jennifer Theroux once she married Justin, just because she thinks ?Jennifer Theroux? sounds ?posh?. Well, now Life & Style reports that Jennifer is already demanding that her friends refer to her as ?Mrs. Theroux?:
Jennifer Aniston and her fianc, Justin Theroux, have remained tight-lipped on their impending springtime nuptials, but now Life & Style can reveal Jen has already told friends and family to address her as ?Mrs. Theroux.?

One of my favorite things in the world is a Jennifer Aniston fluff piece. Sometimes a media outlet will just make something up, or just fluff up a simple story about ?Jennifer Aniston doing X with Y? for four paragraphs. I also think the fluff pieces are important ? they reveal the priorities of Jennifer?s team. Jennifer?s publicist still hasn?t confirmed or denied on the record many of the brutal stories about the uncool Bermuda Triangle, but her publicist will greenlight People Magazine?s totally EPIC story about what Jennifer is eating while she films a movie in Connecticut. I guess it?s noteworthy because A) Jennifer still drinks like a fish, which means she isn?t pregnant and B) It?s nice to know that Jennifer is branching out beyond her normal comfort zone of Cobb salads and straight vodka with a SmartWater chaser (I?m assuming). Behold, Jennifer Aniston The Foodie!!
Jennifer Aniston has gotten quite a taste of Connecticut. In town for the month, shooting her latest film on a Stamford set, the actress, 44, has managed to please her palate by visiting a number of popular local restaurants.
On Feb. 2, Aniston had an array of delectable items at eleven14 Kitchen, an American restaurant at J House Greenwich hotel. According to the restaurant, as an appetizer, the star enjoyed the organic green salad with pumpkin seeds and fennel pollen in red wine vinaigrette. For an entre, she chose the grilled Amish chicken with pearl onions, fingerling potatoes and mushrooms. For dessert, she indulged in almond dacquoise and chocolate mousse topped with gold leaf.
Sipping on gin and tonic, Aniston dressed casually in black jeans and a black and white print button-down shirt.
Valentine’s Day was ever so sweet for the starlet, whose fianc, Justin Theroux, provided her preferred meal from one of her favorite eateries in the area, Greenwich’s Terra Ristorante Italiano. Aniston’s order consisted of a tre color salad (baby salad, arugula, radicchio, shaved Parmesan and balsamic-lemon vinaigrette) and Parmesan-crusted filet of sole.
“The kitchen was closed, and we made it special for them,” the restaurant’s assistant manager Jean Maxine De Givenchy told PEOPLE.
Then a few days later, on Feb. 17, Aniston and Theroux, 41, headed back to New York and finally found some time to relax. In Greenwich Village, the couple and three pals dined at Il Cantinori, where they seemed “very happy, very casual, [and] relaxed [with] lots of laughing,” according to Tayma Gandur, who dined two tables away from the group.
“[It was a] calm, chatty night out with friends,” Gandur says, adding that Aniston seemed very happy and content. There was no PDA, but the engaged pair snuggled and sipped on white wine.
Also during her time in town, Aniston popped into L’Escale, the restaurant attached to the Delamar Greenwich Harbor hotel.
“She was having a cocktail,” De Givenchy, who happened to run into Aniston at the spot, says. “I was surprised because she drank vodka on the rocks with a squeeze of fresh lemon [when she dined at Terra Ristorante Italiano]. At L’Escale, too, she was drinking the same thing. She was very happy, and she had some friends with her [and some people from the movie]. I [heard] her saying, ‘Drink up girl, have fun!’”

The common themes of Jennifer?s diet are alcohol and salads, but trust me, she has branched out from the days where she would eat the same Cobb salad for lunch every single day. Now she mixes it up with house salads and fish and (gasp!) potatoes. As for alcohol? we?ve got gin and tonics, Vodka on the rocks with a lemon twist, and lots of white wine. THAT is why she works out so much ? because so many of the calories she consumes are empty liquor calories.

People Magazine has a new video interview with Jennifer Aniston’s longterm hairstylist, Chris McMillan, discussing her Oscar styling and his other favorite hair looks. It’s telling to me for a couple of reasons. One is that McMillan explains Aniston’s very staid, very consistent Oscar night styling as her own choice. He’s nice about it, but makes it clear that’s what she wanted. He says “She wanted to keep the makeup natural and the hair natural. I think it?s about, at this point, being really comfortable on the red carpet.” Of course it was Aniston’s preference, but it’s still interesting for me to hear it straight from her hairstylist.
The other thing is that McMillan absolutely gushes about how great the short edgy pixie cuts look on female celebrities like Charlize Theron and Anne Hathaway. He says those women had the best looks of the night “except for of course besides Jennifer Aniston always.” He explains that “short hair incorporates amazing on the red carpet” and adds “their hair looked really modern and simple and chic.”
He calls Michelle Williams “my girl,” and in the video he’s working on a lovely model with a short cut similar to Michelle’s current style. He calls Michelle “the representation of short hair last year” adding that there’s “Nothing chicer [than short hair], it’s fashion. It’s true fashion. My inspiration for short hair has always been anywhere from Twiggy to Mia Farrow in Rosemary’s baby.”
McMillan than goes on to style the model’s hair with some product and she ends up with a look similar to Miley Cyrus. He ends the video with the sentiment “there’s a short haircut for everybody.”
My question is – is this his way of deflecting blame for Aniston’s same old same old Oscar look and explaining that it wasn’t his decision? He loves short hair and thinks it’s amazing, but she wanted to be natural and comfortable.
Remember when Aniston got an updated hairstyle a couple of years ago, which she sported during her promotional duties for Just Go with It? Back then McMillian described it as a “hairline bob” and it was a kind of edgy angled bob that he said was inspired by Julie Christie. That didn’t last long at all, Aniston was rumored to hate it, and she grew it out and put extensions in to get back to her regular length. So at some point McMillan probably stopped trying to convince her to change it.
I have long hair about Aniston’s length and I’m attached to it so I get why she didn’t like it short, but I also mix up the style and will curl it, straightiron it or wear it up. I would be kind of mortified to show up at the Oscars with my “everyday” hair and makeup, is what I’m saying, since I see it as a missed opportunity. As someone who’s into hair and makeup, that’s the impression I got of Aniston’s Oscar look, and that’s basically what the commentators on E! were saying about it too.
Her styling reminds me of Duchess Kate insisting on doing her own makeup before her wedding. It’s a huge day in your life, a day when a change in makeup and hair is definitely in order for the occasion. If you’re scared about it do a trial run, but don’t just stay with the familiar because you know it looks good. So do other looks!
This haircut was cute and flattering but it didn’t last for long.

First comes love, then comes marriage ? and that may be it for Jennifer Aniston, 44, and Justin Theroux, 41! The happy couple has finally set a date for their intimate wedding, but they feel that their love and their lives together is enough that kids may not even be in the cards.
Pregnancy reports have been swirling around Jen since she was married to Brad Pitt (with whom she was married from 2000 to 2005), but the actress and Aveeno spokesperson may not ever add ?mommy? to her long resume.
?Jen never thought that kids automatically mean a happy life,? a source close to the Horrible Bosses actress tells People magazine. ?She?s always said that he would love to have a baby, especially since Justin came into her life, but she won?t be upset or disappointed if it doesn?t happen.?

Shock of shocks, Jennifer Aniston and her wedding plans got the cover of this week?s People Magazine. You?d think that People would have simply devoted their cover story to the post-Oscar coverage, but the Oscars were pushed to the sidebar so that Jennifer could enjoy her moment. I should have known that Jennifer and Justin Theroux?s Oscar red carpet extravaganza was part of a larger plan to make ?JustJen?s Wedding? a much bigger thing.
She conquered the Oscars, and now Jennifer Aniston is preparing for another very big day.
The actress, 44, is in the process of planning her wedding to screenwriter-actor Justin Theroux, 41 ? and she has already checked off some major tasks on her to-do list, including choosing wedding bands, setting a date and narrowing down dresses.
Just don’t expect the wedding, which is likely to take place soon after Aniston wraps her current film in Connecticut on March 8, to be a lavish production.
“It will be a small affair with their closest friends,” a source close to Aniston tells PEOPLE in this week’s cover story.
In the meantime, the bride-to-be is enjoying life with her future groom.
