I?m actually sort of surprised that Kristin Cavallari got knocked up a third time. I guess she enjoys being pregnant and for what it?s worth, she?s never complained about pregnancy or any of it. Maybe they were trying for the girl ? after two sons, Kristin is finally expecting a girl! Kristin covers the new issue of American Baby, a publication just waiting to be mocked with a French Baby cover featuring a cigarette-smoking baby wearing a beret. Kristin and Jay Cutler have only been married since 2013, although they?ve been together since 2010. So, more than five years. And they go to therapy together! Like, relationship counseling. Some highlights from American Baby:
She & Jay go to therapy: “I’m not ashamed to say that Jay and I consistently go to therapy, because it’s been extremely beneficial for our relationship. For example, when you’re fighting you should never place blame on your partner by saying, ?you do this’ or ?you do that.’ You should say how those actions make you feel. It goes a long way.”
Finally getting a daughter: “She’s going to steal Jay’s heart, which will in turn melt mine! I’m excited for the boys to grow up with a sister. I think it will help them to better understand and respect women.”
She?s already thrilled about shopping for a little girl: “Stuart Weitzman makes the cutest baby-girl shoes! I am excited to make some girly purchases. But we’ve been lucky and have been able to use the same Restoration Hardware crib for all three kids.”
When Jay retires, they?ll probably move to Nashville: “Jay went to school there, and I fell in love with it the first time I went. It’s beautiful, and the people are genuinely nice.”
Every child is different: “Every child is completely different. My two boys are opposites. Camden was such an easy baby. Jaxon is more of our rebel wild child, but he’s also a mama’s boy. Our little girl will have her own personality. I know I can’t change who they are. It’s important to let kids be themselves and to let them make mistakes. Self-discovery goes a long way.”

Meh, utterly harmless. A nothingburger, if you will. I do tend to side-eye celebrities who proudly announce that they?re in couples counseling or marriage therapy though. It?s not that I side-eye the fact that certain couples find it beneficial ? if it helps you and your partner, God bless. But I?m not sure about celebrities talking about it publicly, because almost every celebrity couple that proudly announces they?re in therapy ends up breaking up.

Taking a break from her SoCal digs, Kristin Cavallari showed up in Manhattan on Thursday night (February 12) for Go Red For Women Red Dress Collection 2015 presented by Macy?s.
The ?Laguna Beach? lady wore a marvelous red ensemble as she pranced around The Theatre at Lincoln Center with Ciara as part of Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week Fall 2015.
Meanwhile, Kristin recently lamented, "I don't why or how, but after I had children, my body literally changed. And now for me, it's about trying to keep muscle on and gain muscle, so that, yeah, I don't look too thin. It's very easy, because I have no curves, that I can look really skinny and I don't like that look. So, yes, I'm drinking protein shakes, I'm trying to put on muscle and I'm lifting very heavy weight right now."

It?s no secret that her role on ?Laguna Beach? was key to boosting her acting resume and Kristin Cavallari has mixed feelings about her reality show beginnings.
The ?Hills? alum is featured in the forthcoming episode of ?Oprah: Where Are They Now?? as she takes a look back over the years.
Kristin explains, "I was a junior in high school and MTV showed up and did open casting. You grab this 20-page packet and then they would take your Polaroid, and from there, they did on-camera interviews. They sort of narrowed it down to these eight people."
"We had no idea what we were doing. We were just going along with whatever MTV was telling us to do,? she added.
"My boyfriend at the time would take Lauren Conrad to dinner and buy her flowers, which never would have happened if it weren't for the show and MTV. I felt very used and manipulated."
Cavallari continued, "Being 16, 17 in high school, not knowing really how to handle your emotions or even realizing what's going on, I put up a wall. I put up a really tough exterior because I felt like they were really trying to take advantage of me.?
"When I saw it air and saw the way that they represented me, I was really, really upset. I cried for hours and hours after I saw the first episode.?

She gave birth to her second child Jaxon earlier this year and already Kristin Cavallari is in stellar shape again.
On Sunday (November 30) the former ?Hills? stunner posted a selfie from her workout studio to show fans her flawless physique.
Kristin captioned the shot, ?Just got a nice little workout in. Yes those are baby monitors behind me. #GottaLoveNapTime.?
Cavallari also previously told Access Hollywood, "I've been working out really hard. Those last five pounds are really stubborn. It's in your stomach. You have to eat really well and workout. I don't put any toxic chemicals in my body. I?m a freak about reading the ingredients. I don't count calories, I just read what's in whatever I'm going to be putting in my mouth.?
Furthermore, "I stay away from dairy for the most part. I think that is the number one weight gainer. If you're going to get one thing out of your diet, I think it should be dairy."

Showing some love to her Windy City fans, Kristin Cavallari showed up at Nordstrom on Michigan Avenue in Chicago on Saturday (October 18) for some promotional duties.
The ?Hills? star received a warm welcome from her loyal followers who waited patiently for her to show off her signature shoe collection from Chinese Laundry.
During her meet and greet, the gorgeous mother-of-two wore her own Cassie boot from the Kristin Cavallari by Chinese Laundry line and talked about her other fabulous footwear creations.
And of course, Kristin was more than happy to pose for photos and sign autographs for her fellow shoe seekers.

With a plate full of family and career duties, Kristin Cavallari finally got around to posting a snapshot of her newborn baby boy Jaxon via her own app.
Born on May 7th, the little guy is clearly camera-ready like his parents, though he?ll have to fight for the spotlight with his older brother Camden.
Kristin shared, ?The end of June through the end of July is my favorite time of the year, because Jay isn?t working and we use those 4 weeks to relax and spend as much time together as possible before he takes off for training camp and the football season begins.?
?This year we took Camden to the zoo for the first time, I cooked up a storm, we had family in and out, and most importantly we adjusted to now being a family of 4 with baby Jax. Speaking of Jax, here is my precious little peanut??
